I will never return to this store again. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. They sold me an item that was incomplete and when I returned for the piece I needed they said they didnt sell them. The first thing they told me was that they have a no return policy, even though I was not asking for a refund. When I was trying to explain the situation the guy just repeated I dont know and ignored my question. I had to go to another smoke shop down the road that was able to help me. I recommend you driving 2 min further to a more knowledgeable and professional shop. Dont waste your time here.

Cheap quality products which dont stand up to repeated use. Also Ive been in the humidor and there isnt always water in it and they have had some product on the shelves for so long its falling apart, dry, and bad tasting. Save your money and go literally anywhere else but here.
