10/10 recommend. I ordered cupcakes for my sons 7th birthday. With covid I thought it would be the safest way of enjoying cake with a few friends. Not only were the cupcakes so cute and designed exactly how I invisioned, they were beyond delicious! I will definitely be going back.

Great customer service. Went for a cake tasting to place an order and it exceeded my expectations with price and quality. Not too many choices for fillings but decent enough that you will find something you like. *update: got my cake and cupcake order and it was amazing!! Everyone at my party loved the way the cake and cupcakes came out and I kept getting asked where I got it from and of course I had to share the secret! and the cake did taste very good better than I imagined it would.

They made us an awesome Alice in Wonderland cake with 2 dozen cupcakes. They were delicious and beautiful. Everyone loved them. Service was excellent and staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back

We bought a couple peanut butter and chocolate bars and a cupcake. The PBC bar was not bad, though the chocolate was hard and hurt when I first bit into it. Soften it up and its good, but not amazing. The cupcake was okay. Tasted like low-quality ingredients and was only a dollar.This store sells nice looking cakes but we dont have faith in spending that much when the other stuff was not up to par. Wed come back and try again if they raised their prices and used better ingredients.

Came highly recommended and now I am a very happy customer. Will be going to Pin Up Cakes for all my cakes from now on.

Best cakes. Told them what I wanted and they did a design that I loved. Got a dragon cake and a unicorn cake for my kids 8th bday. Taste was also great

I ordered a bday cake, 10 cupcakes and smash cake (for my grand-daughter) in advance 1 month. They did tell me up front if i want to cancel i have to do it 1 week in advance. So its 3 days before the party and my grandbaby was so sick & party had to be canceled . I called pin up cakes not caring about getting a refund but i wanted to see if i move up the date for the following wknd i explained how she was sick but the lady response was you need 1 week to cancel i told her 1 week ago she wasnt sick or else i would have canceled she says the best she can do is refund me HALF my money, and if i want to pick another date to have the cake made then her words were you have to come in and start all over again to explain how i want the cake ..she refused to make it the following wknd and also the following wknd after that....now i know there isnt many partys during the week, the lady didnt even offer to make it during the week so its not sitting in my fridge for 1 whole week. So bottom line was they made me take the $50 OR i have them make the cake even knowimg there is no party....so i had them make the cake i told them i guess i have to keep it in my fridge for a whole week and they didnt say anything..they werent trying to help. They did throw in my face that they made me a last minute smash cake the week b4 already & that was a change they werent expecting...it was like i was being punished. Never again, they act like their business is a waiting list in beverly hills

We came in to get a cake but noticed the desserts. We bought an eclair and a lemon bar. Both were old and stale. We could not eat them.
