Beware of this place these guys are sneaky! Called ahead and asked about a 2008 Lexus IS350, they said it was in perfect condition and even knocked off a couple hundred bucks. Great. We drove 6 HOURS to this place and literally almost had it off the lot before realizing the navigation system was defective, a $2000 fix these guys apparently thought wasn’t worth mentioning knowing we were driving 6 HOURS to pick it up. Kind of makes you wonder what else might’ve been wrong with the car. They offered no apologies for this and wouldn’t even budge on the price after this came up, so we went home empty-handed. Save yourself the headache and avoid these scammers.

I went there to buy a Honda CR-V and ended up buying a Honda Element. They come at u with all the carfax of how good the car is but once u leave the place u realize the horn dosent work. At night time u see that all the lights on the speedometer and the rest of the dash don’t work. Took it too my mechanic just to make sure all is well. Had to replace the shocks and struts. Took it back today for the squeaky noise I hear. Suspension arm may be messed up. So pretty much I got played. Thanks Low Miles auto

Wow where do I start! Came in on a Thursday evening with excellent service. Wanted to come in looking for a good commute car just from A to B nothing new but ok looking. I sent an inquiry through Car Gurus on a vehicle informed them also that I had credit issues and would put 2000.00 dollars down on a 3900.00 dollar car. Filled the credit they ran it but never heard back. I know my credit had issues but it was in the high 500s and also was pre-approved on a lender on Car Gurus. I am glad I did not as if there was a problem with the car I was interested they would have probably not called me back.

I was excited to buy a car from this delearship and before you buy a car from this dealer make sure you bring your own mechanic I took it to a mechanic to make sure everything was done properly and there was 6 major things not done in this car which are brakes, the gages are messed up it’s missing a button they didn’t tell me nothing what was wrong with the car all they said was that it was in good condition and low miles and discounted price and when it came to doing paperwork really look into to it certain things were not done and they said once we take the car out the lot we take as is and they will send all paperwork to dmv that Friday and all this time I thought it was coming In The mail and I waited 3 weeks till current and never got it kept calling and calling and they always tell me the same story and tell me that the guys who run the shop is not there and when I bought the car I didn’t get the temporary plate and I been calling and calling till now at 7 pm someone answered and told me I have to waste my time to go back to get the smog check done so they can send the paperwork to the dmv to get my plates how crazy is that !!!! All the delearships will try to fix the car they gave me the car with regular tires with no helpcaps and when I took it the same day all the tires where not balance and I had to use my hard working money to get it done unbelievable! Don’t waste your time in this delearship they are only after your money and when it says low miles they just giving you that price just to come in and look at it and next thing you know it’s not the right car they try to sale to you its different one. The lemon law says if the car is already messed up then they have to fix it and they only do 50% of the work and you pay the other half the biggest rip off ever seen in my life what a customer service right ! I understand it’s sold as is but if you running a delearship atleast fix the parts that cost less like the brakes and gauges and your life is more important than a car they could of did that as favor. This is the worst delearship in the world!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR HERE PLS!!!!!! I had so many issues since the start with bad paperwork they did had to go back and do it again cause of they added stuff to make me pay more. These guys made me drive back and forth for months to them, but the worst part! I only had the car for 5 months and it caught on fire. Ever since the start I had trouble with the muffler, then it was the power steering pump that had to be replaced, the window stopped working and now my car caught on fire while we were still in it! Horrible please go somewhere reliable and professional! I do not want anyone to go through the trouble I am in now, I am so upset I want to sue!

I just want to let everybody know that the so-called manager, Mr. Lopez, went back on his word once again. Blatantly lied to me multiple times when he didn’t have the Kerge to step up and admit when he’s wrong but yet continue on and not even follow through once the truth is been brought to light. I have never met someone that is so much about his ego when the truth is staring everybody right in the face and he still can’t come clean. People that work for him under him or whatever know what I’m talking about because I had a long conversation with one of his coworkers. He gave me the runaround saying that he was going to work for me and do everything he could for me turns out he hasn’t done a damn thing no phone call even after all that’s going on nothing.
