This is the best embroidery shop in town! Theresa is the absolute sweetest and will accommodate any request. She has so many font options to choose from for vinyl or stitching. I have gone to her a couple of times now, and leave so happy each time! Not to mention, the quick turnaround time. Same day even! I am so excited that this shop is close by, 100% recommended.

I had to get my graduation sash embroided pretty last minute and I could not have asked for a better place. Theresa was very responsive to my emails and answered every question I had. Theresa and her team will not compromise on quality nor integrity. This team meets their deadlines and does not promise things they cannot deliver. A fly-by-night embroidery businesses that I found online advertised all of the right things for me but when the pressure was put on them to deliver my product my order was canceled and refunded 30 days after the order was paid. It was Theresa and her team that came in and saved the day for us!

I cannot thank Theresa enough for making my son’s Marine graduation that much more special. I had 9 shirts in total and each shirt had something different printed on them. Every other place would not do it and if they did they were charging a ridiculous price. The appointment process is brillant! I was able to spend as much time as I needed to explain what I wanted to print and the order was tailored to my liking. They made me feel special. I highly recommend The Shirt Stop, especially if you like to support small, unique businesses instead of the number system that you find everywhere else.

This business should make it known online that they are available by appointment only! I walked all the way there for all of the lights to be off, doors locked, with a sign saying I need to make an appointment. I called and made an appointment (spoke on the phone with someone, she took down my contact info) and followed through - showed up at the correct time and day only to be met with the same thing. Locked doors, lights off, clearly no one is here. I called 10 times and got no answer. Would not recommend using this business.

Went in to ask about t shirts and all they had up was a sign with a number called and said she cant help shes booked until next year as a business I feel you should have had that information before anyone heads out to your store .
