Staffs were nice and they have amazing selection of groceries.

The staff is great and with the Ralph rewards credit card we get serious points. Even better they send me coupons for products buy. Now thats a nice touch.

They don’t have Apple Pay which is a bummer for people who don’t deal with cash. Fast lines though. They have everything I need.

Hate coming here. Lines are always long. Hit and miss customer service. Its close to my house so I always think I can make a quick run but always disappointed.

They need at least one checkout stand for 15 items or less. They have self checkout, but if you buy any alcoholic beverage, you must go through the regular checkout. So if you buy a beer and a couple of grocery items like I frequently do, your stuck in a long line with people who have fully loaded carts

In store shopping is currently available, but be warned there are a lot of empty shelves so be specific on making a list prior to shopping here. Masks are required. Happy Hallows eve to all and be safe.

The home delivery service is excellant

This is the closest Ralphs to me; like that it is close to home. Meat is always fresh they also have a butcher, if you want a specific cut of meat. Always a large selection and good prices, if you are a Ralphs member. Vegetables and fruits are also fresh good selection. Full bakery and they have a flower area as well.

I have been doing curbside pickup from this store from the time lockdown started. I have always had a very pleasant experience. Just once they forgot to put milk for which I had already paid for. But then it was sorted out right away. I really appreciate their service.

This place is very efficient and helpful. The workers always have a positive attitude (even when they are tired) and the lines are never too long here. Thier self check out is also a big plus for someone like me who doesnt really shop in bulk because it gets me out of the store faster.

You know this used to be a better store, but the employees have gotten worse and worse. Management needs to step up our something. Cashiers should be friendly and considerate not rude and uncaring of how they treat the products you just bought.

This location doesnt open until 6am!!! I drove out of my way to get here because Google said they were open at 5a. Posted hours on the door are 6a-1a.

Very clean, and well stocked market, Great deals most of the time. The deli is wonderful. Had a great experience there. A lady named Genevieve helped me, she was so knowledgeable, and helpful.

Honestly I saw a manager offering to help people with their groceries. He was offering to help a gentleman grab milk from the highest shelf in the fridge. Check out was so friendly. I love this route from Whittier. Ive lived here for 5 years and I truly love the service here.

Good good at the right price

One of there employees got COVID-19 and store was not cleaned or santized until 2 days later.Unacceptable and not safe!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!This the worst ralphs I have ever been to. The staff is so unprofessional and a worker named Charlene does not help, and she is very rude!!! Also a worker name Stephanie is also very rude...they should not be working here at all. Pastor is very disrespectful!! Does not help just points instead of showing items and pointed me in the wrong direction multiple times!!!Worst ralphs ever!!!

Went there for fresh tuna from the meat department and was pleased to see that they had plenty on hand and it looked fresh. Was able to find Hoisin, and all the rest of what I needed. Walking by the deli and bakery, and everything looks wonderful.

Always friendly and fast. Excellent selection of items except for Asian sauces or cooking aids such as Sesame Oil or Chinese cooking wine. Otherwise, great meat sales and excellent bakery. And of course one will really like the Ralphs Club card discount even if you just give them your phone number each time. Saves $10-20 on the average.

I love to go grocery shopping at Ralphs. But I have to check the receipt. Sometimes I dont get the sale price. Otherwise everything good. Produce, meat and a variety of dry goods.

Lots of construction going on here. Parking lott is hard to get into. Otherwise friendly staff and clean aisles

I called the deli to order some fried chicken, the girl that answered was so rude, she put me on hold and NEVER came back on the phone. I hung up and called again but nobody picked up.

I love going to this location. Any time I have needed assistance, someone is always available or is made available right away. They do what they can to help and that is what keeps me coming back to this location. I have other grocery stores nearby but this is my preferred spot.

I went in today 4-10-20 after unloading my groceries Aaron told me to go to #13. Guess he hates old people. THE WORST SERVICE THERE!!

Good selections on fresh meats and produce. This store typically had that odd thing my wife sent me to the store for. Always a quick and friendly checkout. Sometimes the problems is that a product missing from shelve requires a stock boy run for such things as charcoal or out of a baby product.

Love this Ralphs. Our family shops here all the time. Theyre always extremely friendly to me and my children. The store is always clean and they are always helpful.

This store is always well stocked with advertised goods and regular stock. Their staff ia very customer friendly. I especially like there produce dept. Great produce and super clean.

They have really great produce especially the organic section but I go here for Vital Farms products their eggs and their butter because of their treatment of the animals are pasture-raised

The deli sandwiches are BIG!!! They stack a ton of meat in them with any toppings you choose. Soups are also very good depending on whats available that day. One thing tho is that they do take quite a long time to make the sandwich from start to finish but its worth it cus is very good quality !

This is my local store and I have other options but this Ralphs has a very good selection and and the staff has ALWAYS been good to me.

I have my husband in a wheelchair and I have him put his feet up on the cart and hang onto the cart while I push the him so its quite the ordeal we are like a long choo choo train and the workers are always helping move their carts out of the way in the produce section wherever their stocking shelves theyre always very polite and helpful thank you

The produce wasnt as fresh and overpriced. Price you see isnt always what you pay since it says in a small print ( price with card) Its a lot more without the card, but its too late when you find out after reviewing the receipt. Not coming back.

Gina was really stupid and doesnt know how to handle coupons. Juan was nice but really stuck up to the manager on coupons. Should retrain staff. Manager was rude when i presented coupons.

Good location with pleny of fresh produce. However the checkout time is always arduous at this location, They only have 4 regular lanes of which usally only 2 are open. Expect to spend an inordinate amount of time checking out as they typically dont bag your groceries for you.

Ok store, clean store, Prices are HIGHER than most places . Organic veggies look the same as regular veggies, some have organic stickers and some dont . I think they take regular veggies and put organic stickers to charge more .

Ralphs has alot of very good products, produce and drinks coffee ect. Its just some time people are hesitant to go there when there on EBT Ive heard several people claim this that the cashiers are often rude or their whole attitude changes once they see its a EBT recipient so this making the card user reluctant to shop at Ralphs and in some cases there intimidated by the whole process so its hard for me to give a higher rating due to this situation hopefully dose not end up like a Starbucks situation
