Had an awesome time working with Luis get some metric bolts for my truck. I was running late near closing. Called in and explained I could get there last minute and gave him the dimensions of the bolts. He had them bagged up and ready to go when I got to the store 5 minutes before closing. Turned out the bolts I specd out might have been longer than I needed and he quickly brought up shorter ones on the computer and timeframe for them coming in from an order. I felt bad because I hadnt measured twice and cut once so to speak, but Luis was friendly and professional the whole time, when he could have been short on patience with me. Ill keep them in mind next time I need harder-to-find size metric bolts based on the great service I received from this experience.
