My Travel trailer is safe and looks the same Evey time I go. Thats a good thing because that means its well guarded. The RV yard is well maytained as in organization and clean.

This Guys are really unprofessional, they give us acces really late, for this who we run a business I really don’t recommend, last 2 weeks we lost a project because Mr. Mager was on the post office and we didn’t have acces to get in

So my girl told me my things take up too much of the space in the garage. So I decided to find a storage place that cheap and reliable and close by. This hit all three of my needs. I got an amazing deal on my storage. Only 3 miles from my place. Its clean and has great security cameras. I recommend it to two of my friends.

This is a wonderful, safe storage facility. One of the very best things about it is the management. Jesse is an amazing manager and Alexandra is as nice and helpful as anyone could be. John is so handy and helpful as always. I hope I haven’t left anyone out.Highest recommendation from a long time renter.

Ive been storing my RV here for a little over a year and Ive had no issues. As someone else mentioned, I wish the operating hours were more flexible but they charge a very fair price, so I didnt knock them for that. Having the dump station there is a nice benefit and Ive used it a couple of times when bringing back the RV. If you need a spot to park an RV or other vehicle, this place has some of the best prices and is well worth it.

They not only let me work on my trail in peace but they also have a well maintained dumping site to drain out my sceptic tank moreover really patrol my property in my case I own a 24 footer travel trailer so I rent from the RV/Trailer side. But they also have a regular storage locker side and sure it must be also be well maintained and managed.

Ive been storing my trailer there for 4 years. Never had any problems with staff or theft. Always greeted with a professional attitude and friendly staff. Dump station and access to water make this facility perfect for me.I would have given a 5 star review if I had 24 hr access so I could return my trailer anytime I got back from a trip. I have to be very careful and plan my return times to catch them before they close. Thats the only thing I would improve.

Customer Service is great. Not sure how they forgot to mail me my deposit, but 6 months later the site manager realized it and fixed it immediately. It isnt cheap, but the lowest rates I found in the area.

Close by to where I live. Perfect size lot for what I needed. Very helpful and security on premises. One way access from freeway makes it both convenient and difficult so plan route accordingly.

I really like this place, their customer service is great and it is accessible. Ive had my RV stored there for over 2 years with no issue at all. All storage owners are required to sign in and out before entering the parking area y and certain staff members live on site. This helps to provide a higher level of security than most RV storage areas.

A friend recommended this storage facility and I can see why. Ive been renting here for a couple of years now and Ive never felt so secure that my belongings and valuables were safe. Raymond & Ralphs customer service is amazing, they never hesitate to go out of their way for you or even save you money if they can. The facility is always clean, the access hours are great and now Ive recommended this facility to a few friends and I was given a $30 credit for each one. Does it get any better?

Its really an awesome spot to store your things. Tight security, video surveillance, gate hours till 6:00 pm. Its trustworthy and a guarantee your things are secure. The ramp to load your belongings to the 2nd floor is a law suite waiting to happen. The units are dark and dungeon like .

Theres only negative responses;Inconvient & dangerous access to entering this location.No elevators.Other than that, I do like the management & customer service.

Ridiculous because every time you pull up to the gate you have to get out of your car and check in. And on the way out you have to wait for them to open the gate. The hours are weak. They close at six . Its makes me feel like I have no control over my storage. Cuz I dont, they do. Think about it.
