It was a painful experience trying to find a granite or marble countertop that they actually had in stock from the beginning. I went through thirteen; yes thirteen, different selections before we actually found one that they had in stock to cut a small 16.4 sqft section out of on 1-20-2021.Only to then be E-mailed a week later on 1-28-2021 by Jordan Rogers saying they had made an error and I would yet again need to come in and make a different selection.Once my new selection was confirmed on 2-3-2021 I was finally given an installation date. Of which was delayed by S&H three times until finally they came to install my countertop on 3-12-21.During the process they immediately punctured a section of wall with a prybar. Installed the backsplash and caulked partially over the damage before only making me aware of this as they were leaving.When I contacted them about this issue I was promptly dismissed with a E-mail from Chelsea Eaton saying this sort of thing is considered incidental damage and apparently acceptable to them.I will now have to pay several hundred dollars to an independent contractor to come remove my brand new backsplash installed by S&H, have a section of sheetrock cut from the wall, replaced, re-textured, and repainted to fix it properly due to this.

The stone should have been fabricated in 1 single piece. The cut is splintered and looks like it was done with a dull blade.I am totally disappointed with the finished product.
