Visiting all different Harley Davidson dealerships on my trip. They have a good selection and have price tags on the bikes. Some dealerships dont do this. They had a good mix of new and old bikes which makes the prices ranges more friendly. They also have a little play area for the kiddos.

Usually I make the Ride to Abilene, Closer,. Besides the fact Purchased two Bikes there over the past 10 years, Always have to search someone out,. Forget that,.Made the trip to Red River after the courtesy I received over the Phone, Thanks Randy,.upon arrival a few days later walked in, A new face mind you, and within feet was Greeted By staff,. Wasnt buying a bike, still courtesy for me .It goes a long way. Genuine respect and Courtesy,. Again that word,. Thank you.Was worth the extra gas and traffic for sure.

Bought my 1st bike at a Harley Dealership and said i would never do that again. they were pushy and did not like the way i was treated so my last two bikes i bought from a non Harley dealership. When looking for a bike this time Red River had the bike i wanted so I reached out, There was no pushy people and I did not get overrun with text messages, phone calls or emails. We talked back and forth made the deal mostly over the phone. Drove to the dealership and took a test ride. Signed payments and was out of there in like a hour and half. My next bike i will be looking to buy from Red River and that is saying a lot seeing that I live in Fort Worth and it is a 100 mile ride to get there and I am surrounded by other Harley dealerships here, but i will gladly ride the 100 miles to Red River

Purchased a used 2014 Tri-Glide from Red River Harley Davidson n Wichita Falls, TX. The owner and staff were extremely courteous, friendly and very, very helpful. I talked with the owner over the phone and he helped me through the process with minimum difficulty. It was an easy transition from the owner to the finance staff to complete the purchase. When I picked the Tri-Glide up from the shop, my wife and I were treated exceptionally well by all staff members at the dealership. The owner might not give you the hat off of his head but he will always express his appreciation to you for a good comment and is always there to help and support their community, law enforcement and veterans.I would HIGHLY recommend Red River Harley Davidson to anyone looking to purchase any new or used Harley Davidson motorcycle.My wife and I enjoyed the overall experience tremendously.Thank you guys.

I recently tried to buy a poker chip from all the Harley shops Ive been to. Every single one of them charged me for the chip and shipping. I was happy to pay it, BUT RED RIVER HARLEY said no Ill send you this one chip free 9f charge. I know its small and menial but it meant a lot to me. Thank you Red River Harley so much.

I totally feel in love with a Softtail standard. They worked really hard at getting me financed,and had to get the bike from Amarillo on a SAT . They stayed late to get me on the road that evening. I had an unfortunate accident while riding on my 2017 Dyna Street Bob. My motorcycle had about $7,000 worth of damage. I chose Red River Harley-Davidson to fix my motorcycle and I do not regret the decision one bit. Jim Wiese has kept me informed throughout the whole process and left me with zero worry on my prized possession. I am very thankful and will be back on two wheels riding my motorcycle faster than what I expected. These guys are professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

And the folks in the clothing area are just as great. They know me by name and are always friendly and smiling.

I have always good experience every time I visit the Red River HD Store... I have done service on my Heritage, the service manager was very knowledgeable and explain to me what needed and by the was less expensive than others HD stores closed to me!!!! Well done and thank you!!!

I was traveling and realized I needed to add air to the shocks on my Road King. I looked online and found the nearest dealer was Red River Harley Davidson. I called and they told me to come on in. When I arrived at the service department about an hour later they had an air pump laid out waiting for me, the service manual pressure range and a technician ready to help me. After we got the pressure corrected, at no cost, I was invited to join the employees for dinner the next night where they were having a dinner ride near my destination. They really demonstrated the meaning of the Harley Davison Family.

The staff was extremely friendly and offered help finding something if needed. Prices are fair I bought a motorcycle model and a coffee cup as a gift for my dad. I would definitely return, they have some cool items.

Came in for some cleaning supplies and found exactly what I was looking for at a good price. Been to a few different Harley shops before and this one is VERY nice and a GREAT show room. I have a retail back round and I know Im old school but when the young lady behind the counter called me sweetie and at the end of the transaction she called me love (knowing what my name was at that time). I feel the word sir isnt used enough and once you know a persons name thats what you call them. Its a whole lot more professional and repectful.

To be fair they have a reasonable selection of motorcycles. But if you are dissatisfied in any way and ask to complain in any way. Be prepared to be humiliated by the staff and the owner. They are not interested in helping you . The owner/staff is very good at making anyone feel insignificant and at fault.Even though anywhere else the same concerns would be addressed as a businessman. Not with seething hatred.

Drove a little over 2 hours to look @ a project bike. Ended up looking at several and not buying anything but t-shirts, however I will be making a purchase and it will be from them. Spoke to several different salesman/employees and all were very friendly, helpful and professional.
