This place is amazing. I hit a deer and they filed a claim with my insurance and got everything taken care of. They even helped me as far as the other estimates I had before I went there that didnt seem right to me.. I had a loaner that I didnt have to pay for, and they were able to take care of my deductible... Totally amazing.. I sincerely mean this when I say that I recommend them whole heartedly... I will be back, and I will recommend to everyone I know who has any auto issues.. oh and if anything else happens at the location of my accident all I need to do is call and they will take care of the rest.. sometimes things can sound to good to be true BUTTTT this place is too good to be true.. haha.. they definitely helped me out in a time when I needed the help and someone to be honest and truthful because I had no idea what I was doing. I was a ball of nerves not trusting any mechanic but they have my trust and my business going forward ❤️❤️❤️🙏 I posted some before pictures and will add some after photos once I get my car back later today.. yayyyy...!!

Best Auto Body Shop around! They do great work and have rental cars on location. Nick was easy to work with and got all the approvals from my insurance adjuster before drop off. They were very concerned about my wheelchair van and minimized the work time where they could. Love 💘 this shop!

Great people, great communication, and went above and beyind! First time customer and could not have asked for better service, honesty, and assistance. My truck was in an accident, they took my truck in, and dealt with everything. They took the photos for me, gave a timely estimate to the insurance company, dealt with the others guys insurance company, arranged for me to receive a rental car, and made sure I was in the know of what was being done to my truck and how long it would take. They also explained the process, things to beware of, and answered all my crazy questions of interest. My truck came back looking better than before the accident. Made the process so easy and forever grateful! Highly recommended.

I had a hit and run on my Ford Fusion and got it to Wickcliffe auto. I could not be happier with the service, I was updated about the vehicle in the shop regularly. It had to have a lot of welding work and when finished looked brand new. The paint job was immaculate I honestly could not stop smiling. I recently was involved in a minor accident. The responsible party had Nationwide Insurance. I went to the Nationwide preferred automobile repair facility: Wickliffe Auto Body. They made the repair process run smoothly and did a great job with the repair. I would highly recommend them. The owner Danny and all the staff are helpful and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle I was delighted to find that they cleaned my windows inside and out!

This place is FANTASTIC!!! They will have your car for a while BUT, the wait is well worth it! When I got my car back it looked GREAT! Not only were the repairs very good but my car was SUPER clean! How awesome is that?The employees are very nice and helpful as well. I would highly recommend.

The hood of my 2014 Scion got mashed up when my wife accidentally backed her truck into it. The estimator at Wickliffe Auto Body was very professional and she worked with me to reuse existing parts to keep the price down. The result is that my hood looks brand new and the car runs great. I needed a dent repaired on my SUV and checked out Wickliffe Auto Body on a recommendation. I was extremely pleased. From the estimate and explanation of work to be done to the finished work the entire experience was excellent. The finished work was perfect and my car was returned clean. Had my SUV repaired after a collision, the work was done timely with no complaints. You don’t have to leave the premises to get a rental,and your car is returned washed. All of the employees especially the ladies in the office are very cordial and engaging in real conversations. If I should ever have need of repair work again, I’LL BE BACK!

Very impressed with the work done and service I received at Wickliffe Auto Body. They made dealing with insurance a breeze, provided a rental (making sure I got a van since I have 4 kids I need to drive around), and they kept me up to date on how the work was going. I have never been more impressed with a body shop experience. I literally got hit pulled up to the shop and gave them my info. They did ALL the work. The ladies are nice and informative. Rental cars are on site which makes the process so much easier. I described to the staff other body issues with my vehicle and upon picking up my vehicle I was very surprised the staff found a way to include the additional body work for no out of pocket cost to me! The cherry on top was the full buff and interior detail of my truck. Im not familiar with any other shop around that does this! I thank you for the job the staff did on my 2014 ram 1500. Its as if I just drove off the lot

I have been using Wickliffe Auto Body since I was 17 due to my parents only using them for their repair work. 20 yrs later they are still the BEST with the friendliest staff. They take all stress off customers by completely handling the insurance part of it. Which is great because who has time for all those phone calls and they even have rental cars too. It is a one stop shop. Best of all your car looks brand new when you get it back. They detail inside and out. Why go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

I had been in a fender bender when someone pulled out in front me. I had minimal front end damage, but still needed to get my bumper cover replaced which had me worried. I drive a plum crazy purple dodge charger so naturally I was worried about paint not matching.They had a crazy fast turn around and they did an amazing job with the paint. I was so happy and impressed with their work. I would definitely recommend them for body work. Everyone there that I spoke to was also very helpful and kind, so it was an overall pleasant experience for a very unpleasant situation.

I have a 2002 Jeep and my back bumper and tail light on the drivers side was smashed in a parking lot by a hit & run. Dan was awesome to deal with and very caring. The company gave me a renal car for time being which was a big help being able to get a rental right then and there! They got the job done quickly and it looks amazing! I spoke to Tom on the phone about some work that I thought they could do for me. He was straight forward and honest with me so I got in the car to meet this man. I am amazed that I tried to throw money at them for a few different things and was refused. Why? The hones answer is, it wqs not im my best interest. There words not mine. It is not about only the moneyThey are genuine about doint it right for a fair price and not doing something they could make a good deal of money on that ultimatel does not solve the probelm. like a band aid on an amputation. Oher shops were ready to do the work for 800.00-1,000.00 and in a rathera short time the problem would be back. Truly amazing in todays world someone willing to give up dollars when it onky benefits them. If you want honest answers give them a chance they will not tell you what you want to hear just to get the work. They will spell it out in detail that you can understand..

The staff was super nice but prices kind of high. They were gonna charge me $1500 for a front fender and I went to domestic and foreign auto and got the same job for $775
