This Starbucks store has had to move to Drive-Thru only at different times due to staffing issues, which is understandable.All I ask of Starbucks is if you do this, then please update your app to indicate Drive-thru only. This would save folks a lot of time.

Ordered through Uber Eats and wasnt notified that they were out of peach juice until we opened the bag and saw two trenta cups filled with coconut milk. Basically we were charged $17 for two drinks that had coconut milk and vanilla syrup. No one called to ask if we wanted a substitute or another drink. Very dissatisfied with this location.

Great morning/afternoon staff!

This is the only starbucks close to my house so I go here multiple times a week. I put 3 stars just because the people who work the morning shift are some of the best people; they are so friendly, good at their job, and they know my mom and I pretty well (as well as our order).That being said, I definitely prefer going in the mornings because whenever I go in the afternoons or nights its a completely different experience. The people who work at the later shifts are rather mean, seem openly annoyed every time, & there hasnt been a single time where theyve got my drink right first try (mind you that Ive been going here for years). I have always had a hard time speaking up for myself whenever my orders wrong at any food place, and its clear that they take advantage of that as much as they can. They had me pay $9 for my $4 drink once because I was in a rush and not paying attention to the price that much but realized after the fact. I can tell you that the reviews on this location are very much true to what its actually like, I dont know why they have such a hard time making drinks right, especially because my drink is literally one ingredient, and they get extremely upset and visibly annoyed whenever I ask them to remake a drink that Im paying for.I think its important to say that I use to work at starbucks, & it was my very first job so I know what its like to deal with difficult customers in a high-stress environment and maybe thats why its always so hard for me to correct them because the last thing I want to do is make their job harder. But its gotten to a point where I just wish I could go and get my drink made correctly because getting a drink is the only thing I can do during this pandemic so its really the only place I go.

Hours at this location are completely random now. You can pull up at 8am on a Saturday morning and find the entire store closed with a sign outside with new random hours. No consistency and very confusing.Normally this is the go-to location, but it’s become disorganized

This place is amazing. Not only do the baristas have FUN, but they hook you up & if they mess something up they fix it to the ^10!!! (Tenth power in case u didn’t know.... google it 🙄 lol) I love sitting here doing my thang and hearing LAUGHTER coming from the barista station! When you have FUN at your job you perform better & the performance of these baristas is amazing! Had to leave a review! For sure come here! Especially STLCC students!!

8-17-18. Ordered a frappuccino with caramel on inside of cup. Got caramel only on top of whip, fine whatever. But the rest of the drink was like iced milk with all the flavor sitting on top right under the whip. Like they didnt even try to blend it. Very dissappointed.

I ordered a coffee cake from here from Uber eats and apparently Starbucks was out of coffee cakes which is fine I don’t care. Just follow the Uber eats policy and cancel the order if you don’t have it. Instead they decided to throw in a blueberry muffin on a wrapper that said it had coffee cake in it. First off I’m allergic to blueberries so I’m not exactly sure why you think I would want that over the thing that I actually ordered? I called them to get a refund because whatever no big deal. Then the manager Stephanie preceded to tell me that I had to go to Uber eats to get my refund? No Stephanie if you had followed policy then I wouldn’t have needed to call you in the first place. No acceptance of responsibility no apology. Just a that’s not my responsibility that’s Uber’s. Fantastic customer service Stephanie. (Sarcasm) How about you set a good example for your employees by accepting responsibility since you are the manager... Oh and by the way I could hear you talk to your employee about not wanting to take my call when she brought the phone over to you. Thanks again.

Just your basic Starbucks, no complaints.

Starbucks is good across. But this location has lot of out door seating which is very special. The time we went it was drizzling so sat out and had a coffee.. Rain, Coffee and music always the best combination

Probably the best place to buy coffee. Starbucks has exceptional prices for their coffee. It also has water bowls for dogs. It has very fast service so you will get you drink is minutes. I would definitely recommend this for coffee.

Im disappointed today. I feel I let Starbucks cheat me. Today 2/24 they are out of venti cups, so I had to settle for a grande. The price of a venti according to the app would have been $5.33. They charged me $5.19 for the grande. Something seems wrong, the window checker even checked the price of a venti and confirmed it was a way better deal but all that was offered was sorry but this is what my machine is telling me. Sorry guys but thats poor customer service.

Go to a different Starbucks Thanks for making my day terrible!!. They dont know how to make the drinks correctly. Gave this store three tries in the last month and every time had to go back have them remake the drinks. One time just didnt go back. Gave it a fourth try today and asked for a Double Chocolate chip frap. We were told no chocolate chips so we asked them to make it without the chips. I guess its to hard to understand how to not add the chips. We were given a Syrp Crmft???? It tastes like iced milk. Thanks Starbucks for another bad experience. You use to make good drinks. Never coming back new management is needed!

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. The past 3 times I have gone to this Starbucks they have gotten my drink order wrong. Which is sad because I order a nitro cold brew. You literally just pour it out of the tap. Apparently even the manager didnt know that it isnt supposed to get ice. Yesterday, I ordered a nitro cold brew with salted honey cold foam. After I drove away, I realized that my cup was FULL of ice. I returned to Starbucks and went inside to explain that I had gotten the wrong drink. They said they would remake it, but it might take a while...?! I received my new drink, left Starbucks, then noticed that there was ice again in my drink. I couldnt tell at first, as the cold brew was settling when I received my drink. I drove back to Starbucks for the third time, and told them my drink wasnt right again. The cashier called the manager over to talk to me. The manager asked what I ordered; I told her; then she told me that was what I received. I told her there was ice in my drink and that the cold brew isnt suppose to come with ice. I told her I wanted my drink the way it was shown in the picture, and how it was described in the Starbucks menu. There were 2 pictures of this featured drink in the drive through, and a huge picture displayed inside on the menu which I didnt mention, but seriously, they still cant get it right? After spending over an hour trying to get the right drink and returning to Starbucks twice, I finally received my correct order. They didnt even comp my drink. Thanks for wasting my Saturday and not understanding a basic menu item like a nitro cold brew. I wont be back.

This place is the best Starbucks I ever visited, The manager went way way way above and beyond service to see that I hot my correct drink, New years eve, after 7 pm. I hope I am correct with his name, Greg.This guy deserves much kiddos and a raise.I owe him the biggest thank you for making/correcting my experience there so awesome!

This was our first visit to this location. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich, and I requested my regular drink (grande raspberry mocha). Service was quick and friendly. We did have to turn around and go back because my drink wasnt quite right (less sweet, not as much raspberry as usual), but they were nice about it and remade my drink right away. So ... overall a good experience. ☺

This is the worst Starbucks in the region. They consistently get the drinks wrong, and twice, they told me they discontinued a product (fruit + nut blend) that is displayed right next to the register. Yesterday, they gave me a limp and soggy cup that was so soaked in coffee. I pointed it out to the drive through attendant, and she giggled: “Yeah, I guess it is.” I ordered a cappuccino, and got a 12 oz cup of hot milk (no foam, and if it had coffee, I couldn’t taste it). Today, II asked for a frappacino and was handed an iced coffee. It happens every time. I sit in the drive through 15 minutes, and then have to run inside to have them correct the order. It’s maddening.

I usually visit this location on my way into work, utilizing the drive thru. The staff is always so nice, helpful and happy! I truly enjoy them and they always help me to start my day a little easier ^_^ Thanks, guys!

What up with their music selection...if you like it then you belong! If your looking for a place to do some work this is not the place because of the obnoxious music and the poor build out. If your looking for a place to meet friends go next door to Cold Stone or one of the Pubs nearby. In the future if Im out this way and need to upload work files, Ill just go home. I can pass this one up and make my own coffee instead of subjecting myself to this music. I was going to get a Blueberry muffin but there was a fly in the case..:(

Visited yesterday on our way out of town around 3pm. The drive thru line wasnt moving after several minutes and I was lucky enough no one was behind us so we got out and place our order thru the app. We ordered 3 drinks and 3 pastry items. After 5 mins, I sent my teenager in to pick them up. After another 5 mins passed, I went in to find out what was going on - the app said our order had been ready since she went in. I found her standing with our drinks waiting for our pastry items - only no one was working on food. I walked up to the counter where I was actively ignored. Finally after everyone else in the store had been taken care of - Im asked if there was something I needed. No one had any idea there were food items that had been ordered. 25 minutes after the initial order was placed, we finally walked out with all our items (note - drive thru was busy, inside there were a few customers). Then! We drive off and start drinking our beverages and they were horrible! Not just one of them - all 3 of them! My London Fog latte tasted like watered down milk, the pumpkin creme cold brew ratio was off to the point of bitter coffee being the dominant flavor, I dont know what was wrong with the other drink, but it didnt get drank either. Wont be tempted to head out of town that way again because of easier access to this Starbucks location.

Best Location

After a long and frustrating day all I wanted was a ham and cheese croissant. The cashier was not only rude but informed me that they had no more ham and cheese croissants.

They have the best tasting peach citrus green tea.

On multiple occasions this location has messed up our order. Example: a mocha Frappuccino with no mocha...or a caramel macchiato with no caramel or sweetener.

Theyre usually pretty fast and accurate in the drive thru.

So heres the deal with this particular location. My family and I visit this location alot, primarily because its on our way to St Louis, annnd its also the only location near our home. That being said, when we go during the day, its always great, they get our drinks right and employees are friendly.However, when we go at night, its AWFUL!!ALL of our drinks are wrong, Everytime!!We will never go there again, after sundown for sure

I just felt that if I posted this change may happen. Dirty restrooms, dirty eating area and an employee boating about eating while working-the food was in her pocket which she pulled out twice. Two girls talking about having a bad day. Not all employees were like this but the girl who laughed about just making someones drink wrong also made mine. It didnt taste like it usually does from other places. I guess what bothered me most was the dirtiness of the place.

I feel like a customer at Cheers (yes the old t.v. show). Where everybody knows your name. They are extreaty kind, know my drink, & are the best Starbucks Ive been to. I prefer this one over any other. The one in Target Washington, MO has a very rude employee and even though it is a lot closer...I WILL, AS THEIR EMPLOYEE STATED, ENJOY MY DRIVE TO WILDWOOD TO GET MY DRINK MADE RIGHT Since Washington location couldnt get it right. Love Wildwood :)
