Was able to order a part that was on backorder everywhere else for weeks. They were actually the only store who offered to try and find the part. Was quoted 7-10 days and the part arrived within 4 days! Great service and I will support them in the future.

Great customer service. Had an issue with my dryer, I took in a video to get their opinion. Lady and gentlemen both said the motor needed to be replaced. After asking me a few questions, gentlemen told me to check the belt first before ordering the part. Turned out to be the motor, part was ordered and received the next day. Honest and trustworthy!

Stopped in for a part for my dryer. Already replaced one part and was hoping I had the solution. The man explained that it could be the part I was requesting ($20) but it could also be another part ($45). He tested the part I brought in and it was bad (which my husband already did),he suggested i try the $20 part and see if it is the solution instead of pushing me to buy the $45 part also. Great customer service. I will be back. Oh and dryer is fixed with the $20 part. Thank you much 😊
