I love Colonial Williamsburg. Its really chill and its a good place to spend your weekend

Travel back to colonial America during the Revolutionary era in this picturesque Virginia town. While at Williamsburg history connects personally to every visitor. Craftsmen of all varieties including cabinet makers, weavers, blacksmiths, printers, and more immerse guests in 18th century life.

I visit every year to purchase items for the holidays. This year I was disappointed as new items were not on display. I realize that the craft house boxwood & berry will be combined next year and move. That didnt help my quest to give presents to family and friends.

Williamsburg was great as usual. We ate at the Kings Arms. The dining tables were a little to close, the food was great.

Nice little jewelry and gift shop. My wife bought a pair of earrings her that she loves. They had a slight defect in the hook, and were the last pair in the shop, so they called around to try to find another pair. They couldnt find another pair, so the sold her the ones they had at a discount.

High quality household items.

Nice collection of local items and gift. Lovely high end pottery and glass ware.

Great place to I find many wonderfully crafted folk items from artisans around the country. Besides these they have a fine selection of dishware and other fine items for your home. We have been there many times and there is always something new to see. When shopping this a must.

Service was slow at every step along the way. We sat in the middle of the restaurant, passed by servers (including our) numerous times yet not checked on. 5 minute wait for an initial greeting from our server, another 5 minutes for drinks to be delivered. This is priced as a more upscale place yet it seems more pedestrian once actually seated. Food was tasty, with average portion sizes. We are glad we went, we probably would not return. I would suggest someone considering this place also consider Opus 9 steakhouse. Much much better service and meal for a similar price.

Mildly disappointed. We stopped in three years ago and were wowed by the selection. This time was not as impressive, but it is still a very nice shop.

I always walk out of this store, on the corner of Merchants Square, with at least one little something. Lovely items, great as souvenirs for self or others. Currently they still have Christmas items on sale for half off.

I always find something that I cant live without here. Make sure you go down the stairs and see their folk art items.

My husband and I bought 16 wine/water goblets. They were wrapped/boxed and delivered to our hotel. When we unpacked them upon our arrival home, 3 were broken. After a quick call to the Craft House, 3 were mailed out promptly, no questions asked. When the package arrived a day later, there was 1 out of the 3 broken :(. Again I called and another goblet was mailed to us and it arrived in one piece!! I would not hesitate to recommend shopping at the Craft House to my friends. They have a devoted customer in me for life. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service!

History, shopping, eating and drinking ... a fun day out. The store is quaint with gifts galore. Must see.

Great store for gifts from Williamsburg! I have bought several pieces of silver jewelry there for my wife. Quality stuff, but some things can be a bit overpriced. If you shop smart, though, you should be able to find a decent deal! Please like my review if it helped you. 😊

Great shop. So many wonderful items. Bought a beautiful salad bowl which I love.

What a surprise to be offered a bourbon flight! Great appetizers and $1.00 oysters from York river. A little light music too. We all enjoyed ourselves.

A favorite for shopping for gifts. There is something for everyone but my favorite spot is downstairs in the back right corner where the clearance items are located. Always a deal to be had!!!

Super great people that wait on you. Couldnt be mote helpful. Prices keep going up, but beautiful stuff. Glad for the 20% discount, or would not have bought the $229. Magnolia wreath.

Great selection of goods. Sometimes can take a while to checkout as it is usually very busy. Offers lots of unique items and the staff is always very kind.

Selection of Williamsburg inspired home decor items. I miss the more traditional and expensive furniture and accessories that they used to carry.

Staff was not friendly. When I ask about a certain item I saw on line, the associate rudely replyed that it might be at one of their other stores but wouldnt take the time or go to the trouble of looking. I was unaware they had other stores. And the associate also informed my husband they were getting ready to close. We told her according to their website they closed at 8:00 oclock. She practically call us liers. Told us we were just wrong. So basically dont believe the website according to their associate.

Has 2 floors, one with alchohal in it the other with normal stuff. Its very quiet and relaxing.

I was looking for colonial craft kits, but this store didnt have any. Nice things if you were looking for their inventory.

This shop has been in Williamsburg s Merchants Square for decades and always has wonderful merchandise for Williamsburg lovers! Check out the downstairs for folk art items too!
