No Value Added - Refused to Honor WarrantyPurchased Four NAPA Eclipse calipers for a SuperDuty online some months back, one developed a heat-related piston operation problem and I attempted to exchange this defective caliper for another at this store (which they had in stock and I had my online receipt). You would think the store being corporate would honor their so-called national warranty, but that wasnt the case. They looked up my online order, said it was from a franchise store (like the customer knows the difference) and they couldnt help, that Id have to return the defective item to the franchise store which happened to be closed as this took place on Sunday.Bottom line: avoid this store, theyre no value added and to be honest Im inclined to avoid NAPA altogether for any purchases in the future (I co-own an eight-bay in Northern VA, also an auto tech student at Rappahannock (Diesel) and Tidewater Comm Colleges where I plan sharing my horrible NAPA Williamsburg Corporate experience with other auto tech students.Other Remarks:(1) Counter person asked me if I had the parts box as if it were a prerequisite to get warranty service --- ask this: who keeps empty auto parts boxes around for months in the event warranty service is required?(2) I initially started entering the store without a mask, then read their posted door sign which said mask required, went back to get a P95 mask only to find the two counter people werent wearing masks. If this is indeed a corporate store they need to either remove that sign (to comply with current VA Law) or follow the guidance posted on the sign.This corporate store needs to get its act together -- far from it currently.
Great staff and great management. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt feel taken advantage of at all and the store is clean and easy to navigate to find what I needed.
