My experience with Priority Nissan in Williamsburg Virginia was phenomenal. Taylor, the salesman was very helpful and I must say that he is a stupendous salesperson. He has a great sense of humor that will furthermore create a great purchasing experience for one that may be a little nervous about making such a purchase. Cole, in the finance department, was great to work with also. The GM will go hard for you as well. Berry Gary, he is just an abundance of fun. In all, everyone was great to work with. Personally, I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a great vehicle purchasing experience to visit this particular dealership.

After a minor miscommunication leading to us finding a vehicle elsewhere, I would like to say that they where very willing to work with us in the event that we did not get a vehicle. They tried to make it right all day. I personally would like to thank everyone there for trying. Maybe someday we will be able to work together again. I received a recall notice from Nissan National to have my hood lock replaced, and for my trouble per the email I was to receive a free oil change and filter. I called Classic Nissan of Williamsburg, made the appointment and reminded them of my free oil change. They had no knowledge of the offer, I asked to speak with the service manager, she had no knowledge of the offer, she asked me to send her a copy of the email I received from Nissan National. When I went in for my appointment I had printed the email and told the service representative of my free oil change. He attached it to the work order. Later in the day when I went to pick up my vehicle, well you guess it, I was charge for the oil change and filter. What is frustrating I had communicated Three times and apparently no one was paying attention. This was my first interaction with Nissan of Williamsburg, you never get a second change to make a first impression, BTW, I spend $1400 in other repairs to pass State inspection.

It took several times every time I called to get connected with someone. I was routed back to the switch board several times every time I called. Whom ever entered my request for service entered the wrong code and even after correcting them and was told it was fixed, I still got a call the morning of the appointment questioning what I needed for service. I was contacted by a sales person a few time questioning if I was looking to buy a car, when I scheduled my service online. So even after talking to the sales person and explained that I scheduled service work. I was contacted again via text about purchasing a car. Not good business on either end of the dealership.

I came in for an inspection and was advised that my cabin filter and engine filter needed to be changed. I told the adviser that I recently had them changed because of allergy related complications but wasnt 100% sure about the engine filter. I was told that they could check but I was not told that there would be a $25 fee for them to check. Had I known I would have just made the call to my partner who changed it to verify! People should be made aware of what they will be charged. I felt taken advantage of.

Took my SUV into Classic Nissan for an oil change. Noticed sometime later while out of town that both running boards were damaged in the same spot on my Toyota 4 Runner. It was clear to anybody who saw it, that the only way this damage could occur would be through the lift used at Classic Nissan. The service manager denied any possibility that this could happen, but could give no other explanation on how something like this could happen. Even the body shop I took it too said that was most likely the cause At no time after I picked up the car did I hit or run over anything that could cause this kind of damage, especially considering the damage was on both running boards in the same location. I asked the manger to put the car on the lift again to demonstrate how if could happen, but he refused.Be careful when you pick a car at Classic Nissan to check for damage, because if you dont they will deny, deny deny any responsibility.

Professionalism, were not good at all . I didnt feel welcomed. I had a battery replaced and a recall on my hood latch. When I got home, I realized that they never replaced the battery and I couldnt shut my hood down. They showed no remorse when I returned my vehicle. I will not go back!!!!!!

Classic Nissan took over Priority Nissan only giving employees a 3 day notice of the take over. I have an issue with my vehicle with has Priority warranty and waited 1.5 hours on hold for the Classic Service Manager who never picked up and then could not be located. Finally spoke to the next in line the Parts Manager who told me to contact Priority Toyota of Chesapeake and speak to Matt Elder the #2 guy under the Priority owner. There is now no Priority dealer that services Nissan’s purchased from the previous Williamsburg Priority Nissan. I’m dealing with Hall Nissan of Chesapeake and they are trying to get a work around with another Priority dealership. Have not heard back from my message left for Matt Elder. I’m hoping that my car will be repaired under the Priority Dealership Warranty. Classic Nissan said they would not honor the Priority Warranty engine for life purchased through Williamsburg Nissan. Hopefully, Hall Nissan will be able to pull strings with another dealership so my warranty would have been purchased in vane. The Hall Dealership group can’t see any info for the Priority Dealership group just in case anyone else has Nissan Priority Warranty issues.

Dont waste your time. Classic Nissan is the absolute worst. They dont answer the phone. They dont return return your calls and give blatantly false information. The service department is in complete disarray since theyve been sold. Find somewhere else with better customer service and where the general manger is not condescending waste of time.

I was shocked today at Priority Nissan. This review has nothing to do with the service or the people handling my car. It has everything to do with a new Policy at Priority Nissan. This policy change requires the CUSTOMER to pay the credit card fee. Be ready for a surprise at check out with a 3% charge for using your credit card. The reason any merchant accepts credit cards is it is a convenience to their customers. Every busy is roughly 85% credit cards now. Unfortunately for Priority Nissan, we have choice. This policy is a policy to alienate customers. Be prepared to pay 3% on top of your bill, or pick another service group for your service.

I called this dealership three days in a row to schedule an appointment for an oil change and was transferred like 5 times every time. Was told two times that someone was going to call me to set it up but was never called. Finally got a hold of someone and had to schedule my appointment a week out. I then brought my vehicle in at 1030 for service and was told it will be done by 5pm. I went to the dealership and no one was to be found and they weren’t even close yet. I had a spare key so I turned by car on and realized that they didn’t even changed my oil after 8 hours of having it. This is the worst service I’ve ever had and I’ve been going here for years. Communication is so bad here!

Cant reach service via phone. Transferred all over. Had to call multiple times for courtesy ride. Had the car there because brakes are making a disconcerting noise only to be told they couldnt find anything making the noise. I left with it making the same noise. All this after already having rear brakes and rotors done in May, brake flush new tire in June. They dont seem to care or value customer service. I wont be back.

Berry Gary was awesome and so was Cole in the finance department which has nothing to do with the two stars. I traded in my car on 3/20/20. In all my 20+ years in buying a car I never been put through the ringer like this. It took until three days ago in order for the deal to go through. The car traded in is still showing under my name like I never even traded it in. My old finance company wanted a payment which I made thinking everything will be cleared up within a week or so. They said they heard nothing from Priority Nissan and as far as they were concerned I am still the owner of the Kia Optima. Then I got a call yesterday from my former finance company again to make another payment and I was told they still hadn’t heard anything at all about a trade. It made it seem like I was telling this story to them just to prevent me from making a payment. I was recommended by Family to buy a car from Priority but never ever again. I love Nissans I’ve had one in the past and never had this problem buying a vehicle or taking this amount of time to do a deal. I even called the GM this morning to ask for either a trade in or to bring the car back because I’m still dealing with this issue going on two months. He plainly said no and offered nothing else until I started asking other questions. Then lied and stated the auto industry does not return cars after its bought which is a bold face lie. I have dealt with cars for over 20 years and as of now some places have seven days and some three day return policy. He wanted to talk to me like I was stupid. I seem to be stuck with this vehicle at this moment but after this I will not deal with him ever again especially the Priority here in Williamsburg.

My first time even going to the Williamsburg dealership and this was horrible. I don’t understand how inconvenient it is for me to make an appointment to get my oil change and tires rotated and get turned away cause the guys aren’t available to do so….. the lady in the first desk shouldn’t have told me to pull up to that bar and had me sit there waiting for help for 30+ mins for them to tell me they can’t do it….. horrible and there was a person in each one of those desk and the guys just walking past me and no help was given what so ever. I would’ve gotten straight out the car and walked over there but that is not how the dealership in Newport News do their customers when they come in for a service….. i really recommend Newport Nissan to go get any service done to your car… not only do they do good with your vehicle but they care for you as a person. Just made an hour and ten minutes trip for no reason, and wasted another 30+ mins of my day to get turned away! Thanks for the first time experience “Classic Nissan of Williamsburg”!

This dealership has become a total disappointment since changing to Classic Nissan. The staff is rude, they do not answer the phones, and online requests for service are only responded to via text with the question of whether or not I want to trade in or purchase a new vehicle. When I stated I did not and I only wanted a service, my text response was not returned. They also do not honor priorities anymore.

Very courteous staff. Positive experience ends there though. After making an appointment for a simple service arrived to find out no part in stock. Had to come back a second day. Then to top it off I get told at checkout the machine charges 3% on credit cards. At a dealer service shop? Never heard of that. I asked what my options were and he shrugged. I then said I guess I wouldnt be back to this place. He shrugged again and said I guess not. So much for the positive staff review.

When I bought the car, there were issues that the salesperson said would be taken care of (flat tire, which the response was its been sitting a while, it will be taken care of, only to find a nail in the tire a week after purchase. ) To charge a diagnostic for everytime they look at something is ridiculous. Williamsburg Honda doesnt do that, ever!Not totally happy with my experience so far. Never even asked us if we wanted an extended warranty, which would have covered the more the $1000 that I have already spent on this car.Will think long and hard about the next vehicle I purchase.

My experience was wonderful. Mr. Daryl Johnson my salesman I called him to inquire with him about some vehicles that I had seen on their web site. After talking to Daryl and explaining my situation he asked me if I had a way to come in to the dealership to see him, I then stated to him no I did not. Daryl without hesitation said to me Mr. Little don’t worry about it, l’ll pick you up. He came to pick me up following all COVID-19 protocol safety measures. As we traveled from Norfolk Virginia to Williamsburg Virginia we talked but he never pressured me or was that pushy salesman, was as if we were family. Daryl listened to my concerns and what I wanted in my vehicle. Once we arrived to the dealership I was greeted by the other wonderful staff which made me feel great and more relaxed. Mr Johnson then got to work finding the vehicle that I was looking for. From start to finish of the sale it was amazing with all personnel. I was amazed by the family oriented service. I definitely will be coming back to Priority Nissan Williamsburg for my next vehicle. I also would recommend my family and friends to go see Mr. Daryl Johnson and others if they are in need of a quality reliable vehicle at amazingly reasonable prices. The worse experience ever.....spent well over $2,000 to have my car repaired & in the end the car still wasnt fixed. I had to take it back several times & each and every time the same problem still existed...but I was told each time that it was another part that was causing the problem & that I needed to replace the part to resolve it. Well this wen on for 2 months...I would take it back...pay to fix what they told me the problem was...only to get it back Drive it for a couple of weeks...not even a month...only to have the engine light come back on and for the car to ride terrible...well the last time i had another part replaced...which they told me once again was the cause of the problem..I only had it home and drove it for about a couple of days and guess what...it started giving me the same issue...but this time not only was the ride of the car terrible but it almost cut off on me on the road and it was shaking...trembling....and the engine light finally popped back on but this time it was blinking...well I called again to inform them that it was not fixed & that I couldnt drive it back to Williamsburg this time...so I was told to have it towed but this time to the Nissan in Newport News...I felt some kind of way because here it is I have spent all of this money & the car was still not running good. Well after long consideration I decided to have the car towed to another shop...Professional Diagnostics in Newport News...which I paid to have it diagnosed on their machine and guess what...the problem was found out the very next day & fixed....it was the spark plugs & ignition coils...and the engine manifold gasket that needed to be replaced...the car is riding excellent now...so just like I initially told Nissan...I didnt need a new air flow mass sensor....a new throttle body...of course I couldnt tell them nothing....they were so insistent that replacing those things would fix my car shaking....spitting....not keeping an idle....almost cutting off....etc....so I did & now like i said it was money that didnt need to be spent...I learned my lesson....I will never go back...it was a very stressful situation for 2 months....Corporate wasnt helpful nor was this dealership. This unfortunately was my experience with Priority Nissan in Williamsburg Service department & with Nissan Corporate office....a horrible experience that I will never forget.....they got me this time but never again...

Always great service! Priority Nissan replaced the alternator and battery. The work was completed a day early and the service personnel could not be more efficient and professional. I appreciate their knowledge and their patience in explaining all to me. I feel secure allowing Nissan to take care of all my repair needs. Recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano. Darryl assisted me and he had great customer service and had a great sense of humor (He had me laughing the entire time!) I didnt feel as if anyone was trying to force me into a sale but instead they wanted to make sure I was happy with my option. The finance guy had great customer service too and was helpful with any questions. Overall, great service and I would definitely go back there when looking for another vehicle. I also referred my parents to go there and ask for Darryl as they are in the market for vehicles as well!

Service was done appropriately. Service rep. and guys who drove the shuttle were pleasant. I requested that 10 or 5 percent off coupon be used, which came from dealership, and was refused. I was given (purportedly) a higher discount on part of the service but a 10 or 5 percent discount could have been given for the other work I had done as well. I was disappointed to smell cigarette smoke when I got in my car to leave. I do not smoke and cannot stand the smell - I get an instant headache from it.

If you’re looking for a service department that stands by their work, I recommend this shop. Not all work goes perfectly, but the service staff was friendly and understanding, and made their best effort to fix my truck, and then fix a follow on problem without dispute. Great service! Traveling on vacation and air conditioning went out. I took my car to firestone since they were one of the few places open on the weekend and they couldn’t fix the issue and wasted two days trying. I brought my car to Priority Nissan and they not only quickly found the problem and fixed it but also provided a rental car at a low cost for me to drive for the day, so I didn’t lose another day of my vacation. I highly recommend the nice staff and knowledgeable service department at Priority Nissan!

I was taken advantage of by Priority Nissan in Williamsburg, VA just like you see on TV. PLEASE DO NOT send your elderly relative there or let them go there without someone to look out for them. I was rushed and bullied into the purchase of a Nissan Sentra.I wrote the above review sometime in the middle of Nov. 2020. It is now Dec. 13, 2020 and we have still not resolved all of the issues with the purchase of the Nissan that I bought from them. They promised to deliver floor mats and an Owners Manuel to me in Newport News where I live, but when they received these items at the dealership they told me to come by the dealership and pick these things up, which I did.Now, for some unknown reason, the registration for my Nissan was sent to the Priority Nissan dealership in Williamsburg, VA instead of my address in Newport News, VA. WHY would this happen? They wont answer me. Now they are expecting me to make ANOTHER trip out to them to pick up the registration for the Nissan.I guess I should mention that my phone number has been blocked so I cant call them. So I have to communicate with them through text messaging.I have tried to contact the owner of Priority Auto, Dennis Elmer, but cant get past his Executive Assistant, Cindy Duncan. The internet list his email address as de_ _ _ _ _ _@priority auto.com. Good luck with that. His Executive Assistant wont let me get past her and the messages I left never did anything.I dont know if I own this car or not and I cant talk to anyone who will help me.

I came into Priority Nissan Williamsburg to trade in my 2017 Nissan Altima, I wanted to get something new and get my payments lowered. Josh really went above and beyond to get me a great deal. Josh listened to all my needs and showed me many options. He told me about the priority promise, that ranged from free oil changes, lifetime warranty on the car engine, to getting your nails done for free on Wednesdays. I test drove one of the Rogues and loved the way the moved. In that moment I fell in love with the 2020 Rogue Sport. Very friendly staff. They made the buying experience easy, and worked around my busy schedule. I have already been back since purchase to get my free oil change and complimentary car wash. The lobby has a Starbucks coffee machine. It also does hot cocoa... But I get the dark roast mocha vanilla espresso. So. Good. Thats just a cherry on top the cake. Even their bathrooms are nice. And the waiting room has a big TV, and comfortable tables. Complimentary water, and a vending machine. I have nothing but positive things to say about Nissan of Williamsburg. The free oil changes for Life 👌

My wife dropped off her vehicle for an oil change like every time it needs an oil change. Usually it gets a quick wash and we are very appreciative of that. However this time after we picked it up there was oil all over the front driver side fender in the shape of the oil container. They couldnt even wipe off where they rested the container. It seems every time we bring it there something happens or something is needed. I think we will be taking it to a different priority next time.

I was hit by another car that destroyed my passenger side front tire. The next day I arrived atNissan where I bought my car and even though I didnt have an appointment, they worked me in. They recommended I get two tires so the tread would ware smoothly, washed my car and changed the oil. I felt safe again. Those little donut tires feel creepy.

Standard preventative maintenance for vehicle. Also had a slow leak (passenger rear tire) since last maintenance. Nail on inside sidewall, tires were on the cusp, tread wise... So, sadly, for my wallet, I replaced all four... Original estimate was an ugly one but the final was, although not a delight, but much better than the original.. Priority has treated me well since I came to them.. This D A.V. will be a repeat customer with what time he has left... Thanks Guys and Gals.

Most of the 4-5 star reviews are from people buying cars. Yes they are great when your buying but when it comes to the after care....after this new service manager started it seems that the phones only take incoming calls and they don’t honor the warranty’s that they sell. I have had my vehicle just over two years and will never recommend someone buying a car from here. At this point I have been waiting on calls from the service manager and general manager for almost 2 months. I call weekly and get the “I’ll give them the message”. Maybe this will get a phone call and a resolution to the warranty issue!

Buyer Beware: They post vehicles online for a certain price to get you in and then bait and switch you with a totally different price or try to sell you a different vehicle. My wife found a 2019 Nissan Titan online for 41k. I had known this information prior to going in. The salesman who worked with me tried to play me the entire time, attempting to sell me the vehicle for 61k. After going home, I sent him a screenshot of the ad and he stated that the listed price was without modifications. (The vehicle ad was the same. Exact. Vehicle. With the modifications) False advertising/bait and switch.Whats worse is we currently have a vehicle from them that we drove off the showroom floor. We had every intention on being Nissan customers for life, however after this experience we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. Very dishonest business practice.
