Awesome location! Very cool setting in a lifestyle center that is very similar to a downtown area. We visited from out of town and needed to stop for supplies. This location has plenty of supplies in stock including fabric and thread. We were also able to shop some of the new fall and Halloween designs.

Great yarn selection. Easy to order online to supplement amount of yarn needed for project if needed.

Got what I needed to make a top for my poker table. Good price

Went to her for foot concerns. She wanted a follow up visit to measure for orthotics. I asked since I was there would she do it then. She reluctantly agreed. She charged $400 for the orthotics. Ultimately they needed to be adjusted even though they were supposed to be custom. When the foam attached to them was getting worn I was told it was $150 to replace it. At this point my left foot was worse off than before I saw her. I now have a large bunion on my left foot. I have since discovered Aetrex insoles that you can get at the outlet mall that work much better and only cost $80.

One cashier does not wear face mask. Not comfortable there.

2 associate in the whole place casher and fabric cutter prices are on fabric boxes but if youve never been there youll get frustrated like me and my wife did.

They had variety but the employee didnt even know some materials and send me to wrong aisles it was upsetting . The store its not huge but they have a very good shelving and astetic . The place ita kind of hidden on a lil site town mall its nice .

Big store!! Staff is very helpful. So many choices.

Long line. Went there because their site said the item I wanted was in stocks. When I got there I was told none were available.

They got done new fabrics in. The wife was happy that she can make a few new masks. She also got some cricut supplies, however, being in Williamsburg the stores arent as big or week stocked as bigger markets are.

Quality fabrics and there are always coupons at their website. Bought Dr Seuss fabrics and Kona black solid.

Good selection of fabric but not enough clerks to wait on customers. Long wait to have fabric measured and even longer to be checked out. Perhaps management thinks that because there are fewer fabric stores customers are willing to settle for poor service in exchange for convenience. Its a sure way to drive business to the internet.

I have NEVER seen a JoAnn this big, and this effective! I wandered around for a while because there was just so much to see! When I was ready to get my cloth cut, they have an effective system that made it a snap! Love this store!

I need to reupholster a few chairs, joanns fabric had the perfect material to get the look I wanted. There wasnt enough material in the store but they ordered it from the warehouse at the sale price. Great customer service.

Went for a beginners sewing class and the whole experience was wonderful due to the caliber of a magnificent instructor - Ms. Burnella. Absolutely amazing. Her master seamstress skills and knowledge she shared were well appreciated.

We were looking for something relatively rare, craft leather edging. Two different staff members told us to different places--and both were correct, with different types. It is nice to know that we can get a wide variation of types of leather etching and different colors, as well.

This place was great! They had a wide selection of fabrics and everything was very well stocked and well taken care of. The staff were very helpful, and when they couldnt find exactly what I was looking for, they pointed me to a website that specializes in those items. Very pleased with the experience :)

This place is my home away from home. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Im here almost everyday and the women that work here provide the best customer service. The store manager is literally the nicest person ever. I always share my creations with her as well as the other women that work there. The customer service in this place is exceptional!!! With that said, the reason I gave it a 4 stars is because there is a woman by the name of Julie that works there that is has been rude to me and my kids for the past 5 years of me shopping there. Ive had a recent experience with her where she asked me in disgust, why I was buying a certain type of fabric. I was in absolute shock when she asked me that!!! I couldnt believe it. That upset me so much, I took to my Instagram and expressed to my followers how that made me feel. One thing, Julie wasnt aware of, is that Im a very accomplished sewing blogger with several thousand supporters. I received a call from the company head quarters that apologized for Julies actions and the company have been nothing but extremely nice to me. From that point on, Ive only had one other bad experience with Julie yelling at my children. She definitely needs training in Customer Service.Closing this out on a good note, the store is a wonderland of crafty goodies. The women that work there provide the beat shopping experience for their customers. I would highly recommend this place.

They need more help there theyve got a lot of products and some are very nice some are just cheap things from China but some are very nice and there are some very creative wonderful people there but they need more help!

Mall layout is dreadful. I fortunately got parked right in front of the store. The fabric selection is great for the store size and the customer service was awesome!

We purchased some items and tried to return them less than 24 hours later. Didnt have the receipt initially and they only gave us store credit on a card for half the value of what we originally paid. Called the store less than an hour later with the original receipt and the staff said that since we dont have the items we purchased anymore, they couldnt help us. Extremely frustrating to deal with them! In this age of technology you would think a big store like Jo-Ann Fabric would have the ability to take returns and work to make sure they have happy customers. We had returns for several other retail stores and all took the items back with not problem. Stay away from this store...we wont be shopping there again.
