Clean store okay customer service sometimes you can offer to much customer service never thought I would say that! I was immediately greeted which was great I was making an exchange my bag was taken from me as soon as I entered the store passed by 3 employees like a assembly line to the register . Don’t want to play the race card because I can’t confirm if the same service was offered to the other customers but I was watched like a hawk and followed from a distance every time I looked up there was an employee eyeing me my every move and what I was doing .when eye contact was made they would try to make up a conversation one asked me so what did you return and why ?like really none of your business! I felt as if I could not shop in peace I decide not to continue shopping I gathered what I already had checked out and left due to me being uncomfortable they make it seem like you are going to steal

Always a pleasure shopping here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They are always willing to help you whether it be with your bag or helping you find a good deal or sale. Plus it smells amazing in there 🙂

I went into this location to just have a look around awesome the women there were great very friendly just like back home but theres nothing like my Bath & Body girls in Marketplace Mall in Rochester New York

Stingy people stuff even the manager. Im just asking for 3 spare small gift bag but they cant give it. Where is customer service. I bought 16pcs item. I just asked for 3 bag for gift.

Love this store. I got my favorite 1000 wishes travel size lotions for the car, my purse, my computer bag, next to my bed and my kitchen sink. I hate having dry hands this time of year. I herd that Fridays start the big weekend sales every weekend up to Christmas!!! Yay for all!!

I love going to Bath & Body Works for The Wallflowers and the soap and candles. Most times the people are very nice. What I am disappointed about if some of my favorites have been discontinued, for example Japanese cherry blossom candle and some of the other products Id like have been discontinued. It seems every time I like something it disappears that makes me sad. But overall everything is very nice.

Made a purchase on Monday 4/9/18 and brought it back to the store on Wednesday 4/11/18 and was told by the store manager that I could not return it. I informed her that on my receipt it says 100% satisfaction guarantee. After rolling her eyes she states we will do it this one time. I called the customer service number and informed them of what happen. They let me know that in fact you can return your purchase. They do not speak when you walk in and they are very snobby.

Other than the fact that Bath and body works use the same scents and just slap a new sticker on it when the weather changes or a holiday comes, the staff is always nice and the scents last a long time. I wish the prices would stop going up on the three wick candles. They went from 19.99 to 22.50 amd now theure 24 bucks. I guess they make up for it from the sales they have.
