I am the manager of Beacon Building Products at this location and was also the manager of RSG and Building Specialties before that. This is not a review this is a response to the review James G posted approximately one month ago. I am very upset to hear your experience at our front counter was sub par as I feel we have probably the best team up front with the most knowledge and experience that we have had in the 23 years that I have managed this location. We still have some of the same faces as we did at RSG and Building Specialties. I cannot imagine anyone experiencing all the negative comments that you shared. I really miss the front desk crews q at of Building Specialties and early RSG. I find the current front desk crew to be rude, unhappy and unprofessional. I now drive past this store to get needed materials. I hope this improves because the rest of the crew is great and products sold are of good quality.
