I typically have excellent experiences in this store from shoe selection to awesome customer service. I called in today to inquire about a shoe that I found online and spoke to a representative named Karen. Karen cut me off multiple time while I was trying to explain what I was looking for and when I was asking a question regarding where I could find them. Im not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but very dissatisfied with my interaction this time around. I love their products but will not continue to shop here if representatives are rude.

Was helped today by Lucie, who had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable about Mens style. She knew exactly what I was looking for, and she pulled the perfect pair on the first try. Very happy with the product and service, will definitely shop there again.

Jesse and Kathy were FANTASTIC and so very helpful. My family was visiting from the Philippines and really wanted to go to the store but we didnt get there until the same minute they closed, and they let the whole family in and were very informative and willing to go in the back for different shoes and clothes even after the store technically closed. Absolutely excellent customer service.

I hate at shopping at stores like this, but the staff made it a pleasant experience. The prices were reasonable and they have good sales. I wish the store had better organization and layout but I will be back.

Everytime I need a piece of clothing I go else were to try and find what I need but I always end up at Bass anyway because their prices are so great. They have the best deals in the outlet mall and the employees are really helpful!

They have good quality clothes and shoes. Dont forget to shop the clearance rack. We found a pair of shoes there that started at $120 for $8 this time. It is rare.

Very disappointed. They were very low on inventory. I used to get my boots there. There was nothing to chose from, and no sizes available.

Memorial weekend (only about 3 weekends ago)i stopped by and bought a nice pair of brown wingstip wish i fall in love with them, very comfortable and excellent elegant. Amazing dessign excellent Service.BUT SADLY THE PRODUCT TURNED OUT TO BE CHEAPER GARBAGE THAN WALMART!!😡 Im at work right now and part of my sole is ready to fall out. This is soo embarrassing. Every time i go there, they have signs saying Going out of Business, or 70% off. Yet, same ole merchandise.No bargains there!!!

We ran into this store minutes before it was closing and we knew exactly what we were looking for. We thanked the staff many times for not ripping our heads off for being those people who come in like that. The woman even gave us a couple more options to choose from and we were out the door less than 5 minutes after closing! Thank you!
