Always a pleasure to get a new purse or 2 or 3!!

I bought a purse and wallet today which I tend to do periodically. The sales person went in back to get me a new purse. To my surprise I got home and someones boarding passes and 2 perfume samples were in this new bag. Manager wasnt too concerned. My last purchase from this store.

Didn’t have the best experience at the Norfolk store - they didn’t even acknowledge my MIL, daughter, or I but this one was completely different. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, asked if we needed anything, and they even complimented my shirt. Small details in customer service really do make a difference. The selection was good, the experience was pleasant, and I got a heck of a deal on my bag and wallet. They even listened to my 3 year old tell them about her Crocs. First time buyer here and will definitely drive the almost hour to get to this store versus the 25 minute drive to Norfolk. Good job to all the workers even in a busy store!!

The store was nice and sleek. The selection was decent and the staff friendly. You were welcomed almost immediately after entering the door and informed on the deals. There was never a staff member too far away if you had any questions. Overall nice store.

This is honestly ridiculous. I am a dedicated customer of MK and have multiple wallets, bags, and access. I have never had any issues in store, BUT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! I order a wallet online as an anniversary present and it said it would arrive last Saturday 8/21, the day before my anniversary. Therefore I ordered it because it was perfect timing. The day of its initial delivery date it was moved to 8/27. This is way after the delivery date and ruined my anniversary plans. Fast forward to 8/27 and my package is still not here. The delivery date got moved again to 8/28. And it is now almost 9 pm with no updated delivery date. There is no estimate on when my delivery will come and this has been so inconvenient. I’m so upset that my spouse has yet to get there gift a week after our anniversary and when it was supposed to be delivered. This has been an utter disappointment. Had I known this would happen I would not have ordered this wallet.

All of the employees are very attentive, I had 3 of them greet me within 5 minutes of being there. My husband bought me a purse and a wallet for $223 I have been wanting one for many years and with the outlet prices I was finally able to get one.

Friendly and helpful staff! They continuously checked on us during our visit, answered any questions we had, and even made sure I knew how to use the Renew and Protect products properly before leaving. Enjoying my new bags already!!

Very upset the way they treat service people that you have to spend over 250.00 to get a discount I think it is Ridiculous how the woman treated somebody who was in the service

Great place to catch an off sale

Always a good experience. Helpful store associates that always try to help in the shopping experience (they may get commission). Clean and bright store. Hand sanitizer available. They give the items to you fresh out of the backroom so you know that no one has touched them. My wife loves shopping here and they have some nice mens items as well.

We shopped in the Michael Kors outlet. They have mostly purses and wallets, but they do have some clothes and shoes as well. The staff offers to assist you, but they do not hover over you while you shop. The dressing rooms are not open right now due to Covid19 but they will allow you to try it on over your clothes if you need to. They had bundle deals and they also had 60%, 70% and 80% off some items. Sale items are clearly marked and the staff will explain the bundle deals to you.

Lovely store sales attendance are very helpful and knowledgeable, prices are very reasonable.

I love Michael Kors and I love a great deal, but after cruising through the outlet I felt I got better merch through the online retail site than the outlet. The online site, when they have a sale the knock it out the park with their prices. The outlet had good merch but I prefer the online experience. Thats just me.

This is my favorite store at this outlet mall. They have a great selection and awesome prices. My only complaint is service. While friendly, every time I shop here I feel constantly pestered by staff. While trying to be friendly their enthusiasm does not come across as genuine. There have been times where I have been where staff has been genuinely friendly and just attentive enough. Still a must shop.

I did not have a good experience this shopping trip with the Michael Kors outlet store. The store was moderately busy but when I entered no one greated me. I shopped and had items in my hands and no one offered to assist me. The one time and employee did speak to me it was to say excuse me for me to move out of the way so they could get an item for another customer. I walked the entire store twice no one spoke to me. One employee who was straightening items looked at me and as we made eye contact she turned around and walked away. I put back all of my items and left the store. This is not my first time experiencing this in the store.I went to Coach and made my purchases and was greeted and assisted as soon as I enter the door with the same amount of volume of customers.

Love Love Love this place and the staff! We go at minimum once a month traveling 30+ min. And each visit we walk out with at least 2 handbags and a piece of jewelry. The staff are personable and I know some by first name, they recognize us when we walk through the door. They are extremely helpful with guiding me in making selections. There are always great deals going on and when I leave Im am leaving with quality.

I so expected to be treated like garbage after going into an Apple store and getting ignored. I just assumed anywhere that charges several hundred dollars for a purse would shun me and my rainbow Crocs.I was so delighted to be proven wrong! The two women working were phenomenal and incredibly sweet. How do you maintain such a positive attitude and wear high heels all day?!They must be some kind of super hero.Natalie went above and beyond with her customer service, and she had so much pep and kindness I was blown away. Ive never met someone so passionate about a retail job. She made me want to cry she was so sweet.If youre in the area, just go in and say hello. You wont regret it. 😊💙And if the owners are reading this: I really hope you treat those girls well. They just won you a customer for life. Dont ever lose them.

Had to return an item. The staff moved quickly to meet my needs and ensure I was satisfied. I felt as if I was their only customer. The entire exchange took less than ten minutes. I was able to select a replacement purse and get checked out in less than 10 minutes. Nice and friendly staff.

The staff was extremely helpful with information on their smart watches and made deciding which one my wife wanted a lot easier. They also were able to size the band quickly. All n all very pleased with how helpful they have been.

I placed an order here over the phone since the outlet near my location did not have the selection I was interested in. Unfortunately half of the many items I received were defective, scratched, stained merchandise. I was shocked to receive items in such awful condition. When calling the store to address the issue, the assistant store manager told me to ask another store to fix it. The store manager, Jennifer, told me to call customer service to get it fixed. Im shocked that they would take advantage of over the phone clients to get rid of the merchandise they cannot sell in store.

5 stars only because the staff was working really hard to accommodate what I was looking for. Young and eager. The store itself focused more on the hard leather, big bags and lots of metal. They needed more medium size bags, with out all the chains. I like the earlier styles much more. Went in too spend and came out empty handed. Ill order from Belk.

I was surprised better prices an friendlier staff then Coach which is typically my go to outlet, but I actually walked back to Michael Kors an purchased the wallet an purse because they were so much nicer then the staff at coach an they actually had outlet pricing as opposed to coach. Not a big fan of the vulture sales techniques. Every. Single. Time I go in here I get attacked with questions SO FAR unrelated to me buying a purse. I cant even look around. I ALWAYS end up trying to ignore the girls or walking out. I literally asked one girl if I could just look around & would get her if I needed help and she kept following/badgering me. I hate it but I definitely cannot go back. Go to Kate Spade, theyre more helpful and have better prices with same quality.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Distract manager called weeks after incident... then told me the store manager would be reaching out, never heard from her. I had to call the store and she basically blew me off.

Wife bought a purse sales associate was helpful. Had a really good sale so I dont feel as though we broke the bank.

After ordering something in the beginning of December it is now the 22nd and I have never had to deal with an order like this! 1st. The order was shipped to me and suppose to be delivered on a wed. It was on the way! The company accidentally emailed me and put a return on my shipment on a tues. So therefor I didnt receive my shipment it went BACK! after being reimbursed after telling them I wanted my merchandise not a reimbursement we RE-ORDERED the merchandise with a customer service rep. to be shipped next day and re paid for it! the very next day I get a email from the company saying my merchandise wasnt in stock! REALLY! So i cancelled all together and went somewhere else. I havent been refunded yet at this point! Their was one Lady that was really helpful and nice but as far as the rest were rude, didnt care about a mistake on their part they tried to blame fed-ex! and the manager would never call back! Worst experience ever!

The sales ladies are aggressive and FAKE as hell. They are so fake like you thought you will only see these scenes on tv and movies.Asked my friend and I by a sales lady we were from, then she asked us whats our job (Am I having a job interview?). Then I said I am a student working in a grocery store, then she said oh me to I go to xxx college, then literally just turned around and ask another customer the same questions.So we just started shopping. Yet, the sales lady kept wearing the bags on her to show us how the products will look on a person, and kept pushing my friend on buying those bags, but its just annoying, like we were just tryna shop by ourselves.Eventually this annoying b left, and my friend got a coin purse and ready to check out. And for god sake another sales lady saw us and told that annoying b, and she started to ask my friend to buy more stuff since shes a tourist.Since I was not a MK fan and got nothing to do, I saw everything behind my friend. I saw their b faces when they knew my friend just got a coin purse, their eyes were like falling out, and start talking ear by ear.Finally my friend just go the coin purse and left.Apparently they will just be nice to you if they know youre gonna spend big money. They didnt mean to ask you questions like they care because they’re just tryna be fake and make you spend big money. And buying a $50 coin purse is nothing to them. Its not only about customer service, its about their values as a human being is just wrong.
