Being a visitor from out of town II was early impressed with the whole staff and stock of this outlet store. Everyone was friendly and patient and more than willing to assist in any way possible.. My hats off to the staff and management of this location

All the people were polite and helpful when I couldnt find the shoe I Wanted in my size a salesman name Dan said he would look for the shoes on the computer so now they have the shoes come to me in five days cool

NB has a nice variety of shoes for my husbands odd size feet.

Very helpful didnt have the size shorts my husband wanted so so ordering was offered

Great WIDE selection. Helpful staff. Got my New Balance bubble broken. A long ago shoe store employee.... New Balance was All American.... That is no longer true. 😭

Good choice but prices were disappointing.

I asked the employee if the shoes come in different color and she said yes they can help me order it online and when I brought the shoes in different color to cashier ( a different lady)and asked her to order it in the color I want ( which I already saw it available online), she rolled her eyes on me and said no if it’s not that color she can’t scan it with an upset voice. I said it was ok I can order it myself then she told me to bring the shoe back to where it was!!

Husband needed new shoes and hated the idea of going to look for new ones. However, Chris was able to help him pick a great shoe based on what he needed and fairly quickly too. He made it painless and enjoyable. Thank you!!!

I love NB but the selection was weak and so was the service...

Great store. I learned the regular retail store sold me shoes that were too big. I was able to get my son properly measured. Then Michelle was able to order the shoes he needed (kids 860v10) online at the buy one get one half off price. She was super helpful. We will be proud owners of two new pairs of NB.

Hit or miss store. Some great deals can be had, its all timing and what youre looking for. I found a pair of sneakers on sale, they didnt have my size. They offered to get them from another store. I paid for them in advance and was never contacted. That was really not great service on their part. I had to go back to the store and get a refund, calling them was impossible, they literally never answered the phone. Their excuse was something about the phone lines, etc blah blah blah

This is a good store with good deals. Having a wide foot makes it more difficult but I was able to get to pair that I wanted. The sales are much cheaper then the retail store

I will never shop here. I will order online. The blond manager on duty was rude and acted like I was going to shoplift or something. Maybe cause I stopped in, in my work clothes. If you do t like your job then quit !!!

Brought in a pair of new balance the sole almost came completely off, like to have done a sommersault at bushgardens last nite, and they didnt have the same shoe in stock, so they offered me there employee discount??? These shoes mite have been worn 10 times at the most!!!! Rediculous.
