Beautiful store! The furniture manager is awesome! I only wish the recorded greeting we listened to last night had the correct hours so we hadnt wasted over an hour waiting for them to open at 10 when the recorded message clearly said open at 9 please fix.

This store is hidden away and I dont think enough ppl know about it! its got great deals and helpful staff. their 20% off coupons are the best!

Bought a loveseat and when we got it home, we realized they loaded the wrong one on our truck. We called the store and Mark and Elaine arranged to have it picked up and the correct item delivered as we drove a long distance to purchase it. Very good service. Thank you.

Customer Service was on point at this store. This location had wonderful lighting throughout the entire store. Each and every aisle was wide enough for my shopping cart to get through without some other store object in the way. The entire store was clean !!!

Big Lots it’s not for me. If necessary I would shop. It’s a new store with great variety. Price friendly. Cashier was very friendly. Overall it’s a great store.

This is best Big Lots Ive been in. The store is big, spacious and clean. They had a great selection of things.

The furniture manager was very rude. I waited over ten minutes as one person was working in the furniture section. Once it was my turn she stopped and still helped a white couple before me. After I waited my turn.Christine the furniture manager then immediately said I DONT HAVE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS. She didn’t check another store or offer to until I told her.Then I ask for the store manager and she proceeds to tell me how well and how much customers love Christine. But I watched her be rude. The store manager Michelle made excuses for her behavior and talked about how every one loves Christine. I don’t care. I’m telling you about my experience with Christine.I’m pretty sure my skin and dress had a lot to do with it. They missed out on an $4k sale. I needed to furnish two bedrooms. An office. Living and dinning and patioThey won’t EVER GET MY BUSINESS

Website is not updated properly. Website stated there was 2 of the item I was looking for. I rushed to the store about 5 minutes prior to closing. I entered the store and asked the cashier to help me. Boy did I ask the wrong question. Very bad attitude and customer service skills! And of course they were sold out of the item I was looking for. Nobody wants to feel like they are being a bother as a customer. Sad times.

I have never been to a Big Lots this clean, and with employees this nice. From the moment I entered the store I was created, everything was organized and despite the insane pollen, the store was mostly dust free and clean. You can tell these employees take pride in their efforts. Great job and kudos to management on standing up a great big lots and keeping your team motivated.

Always a pleasure to shop at this discount giant. Some items have no savings. But with COVID19 they almost daily have a military discount.

They have everything accept that thing you want, ive been there like 5 times and every time theve had everything accept the thing I was there for. Idk how they do it but its impressive...2/5.

Prices are great (sometimes cheaper that Walmart). Staff is always friendly and I found some candy that reminded me of my childhood!

I have never been so disgusted by the lack of going the extra mile to help a customer. All you get is what the cant do and nothing on what they can do. Working in retail myself and understanding the reputation of a company you represent and this is seriously lacking regardless of what a situation is I can say that my company would have taken care of this in less than 24 hours even if it ment eating a profit. It should about the customer because that customer coming back helps the bottom line.

Very spacious and clean. Looks new. Found some good deals. Lots of furniture. Friendly. But, I got home without one of my bags. Not sure what happened but it was still on bagging turnstile is my guess. Would recommend though. Nice selection.

This is not your typical Big Lots! The store is huge and the layout is nice. Wide aisles and a very clean store make this a priority place to shop

Nobody spoke nor asked if assistance was needed... Employees just continued talking to each other. One walked right in front of me didnt say excuse me or anything. However 1 of the cashiers was nice.

Pricing is very good on certain items. A certain brand of organic baby food is almost half that of some other big box stores. Very friendly staff and clean store.
