The outlet store carries all retail bags. They are not at a huge discount always though but you will find items at better prices than the web site USUALLY. The sales representatives are helpful and cordial... always friendly. The store is clean and in perfect order.

I went to the outlet store looking to purchase a handbag but they had nothing that I really liked. I saw this clutch wallet and it was on sale for a really good price. It fit all my credit cards, my change and my money plus a other few items inside without bulking out. Great purchase

Omg!!!!! I bought my daughter and myself a travel crossbody purse each, a nice matching wallet, and an umbrella for total of $203. Need I say anymore? The prices were phenomenal!!!!

My girlfriend and I drove for almost 2 hours only to find that the store in Williamsburg has been closed since the pandemic. We were very, very disappointed to say the least. Please hurry and open back upAnd they’re still closed!!☹️

The African American women that worked there on Sunday Dec22 2019 a skinny women was Beautiful to me. Very honest and very knowledgeable in reference to the Handbags. She helped me select once again a beautiful handbag for a great price. I didn’t get her name but she is an asset and valuable to that store. I hope Dooney and Bourke pays her well!!!! I loved her...

They had football team bags. The leather stinks, but at least its real leather. The ladies were nice, greeted you came in to the store.

The selection of bags is very good, however the people that work there could not care less! They don’t even acknowledge your presence when you walk in the store. Very disappointed, COACH is literally down the corridor and it’s a completely different experience. I did see a few beautiful handbags however after the employees were not helpful I left, as did several other customers.

The store was great. Staff was busy chatting with their friends at the front of the store. When I walked up to the store the woman was holding the door shut, I thought the store was closed. She let me in, but very unprofessional given the price and type of product sold.
