My experience working here has been amazing! I came in during a challenging time while the market and industry was really feeling the affects of covid, and the leadership of this organization really helped keep the ship on track. Although this business unit is part of the larger collection of Eaton businesses, it is still able to maintain its small family feel along with the ability to respond to customer needs as if we were a local business right in their back yard.
Recently purchased several lighthouse pedals and could not be more pleased. Jorie was incredibly helpful. Planning on following up on additional supplies with Eaton in the future.
Needed multiple parts for a lighthouse marine pedestal and called to order multiple parts that had deteriorated over the 10-12 year life of the weather exposed pedestal.Ayanna Adams had in depth knowledge of the unit and the various parts. She was very helpful and patient to assist in getting the specific parts needed for the repair. I was impressed with her knowledge of the product and give her FIVE STARS for her knowledge and service. Eaton: Give her a raise! She is exactly the kind of service person ALL businesses need as we change our service models in so many industries!Thank you, Ayanna and Eaton!
Great place to work!
Great people and great manufacturing comes from here.
My mom worked for eaton for 20 years. This place is not eaton. management keeps morale, safety, and quality at the bottom of the barrel right below costumers
After spending over $15,000 on power pedestals for a military facility, the service after the sale has been non-existent. Absolutely horrible. A power pedestal that is less than 2 years caught on fire and burned the entire interior to melting point. Contacted the company and was told they were no longer under warranty. Ok, no worries. I need to order the parts to have this pedestal repaired and back in operation. Sent the photos to Paul the Engineer to see if he could help us figure out why this happened in the first place. He never responded after 2 attempts. (tells me something is very wrong) Ordered the parts with Kim and was told they would ship out on 4/20. Called back on 4/27 and was told by Jane the parts would ship out the next day. Called back on 5/8 to hear that we have no account history, the parts never shipped. I WARN ANYBODY WHO WILL LISTEN, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Horrible place to work for if you have small kids and need to take a few hours to conduct business. They expect you to work 6 days a week overtime til after 7:00 p.m. everyday. Management is very rude and insensitive to those who have children. Working Monday thru Friday one would need to be able to take time off to handle weekday situations., especially working there through a temp agency they get treated less than human, and this is the Williamsburg location!!!
Very unorganized company.. lack of comunication between management and assemblers.. never able to complete oders do to running out of supplies and spicific parts.. as much work the employees put in, dont expect a break from the long hours.. i must say this was the worst manufacturing company ive ever worked for
Ok
