I love the material that I got. The only thing was the girl that was helping me didnt figure quite right. So I didnt get enough of fabric. But I loved the large selection of fabric to chose from. Would definitely go back again.😊 Working on my curtains now. Here is one of the panels. I still have to hem it yet but want to wait till I have them all done.

Great selection of fabrics, ribbon, and small crafting supplies. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. If they do not have something that you are looking for they will try and locate it and have it shipped to the store! We stop in seasonally for supplies to work on decor projects and they usually have everything we’re looking for.

Nice shop, but has more fabric and sewing items than anything else. If that is your focus this is a great place.

I always love a trip to joannns but I must admit when your favorite yarn is almost non existent its a sad day. Everyone was nice, the store was well organized, just a lot of empty yarn bins

Wonderful selection, very helpful staff. I do multiple types of crafts,(sewing, crocheting, drawing and painting). It is a one-stop-shop for me.

Decent store. Pretty small which makes it a great stop for small projects but not for anything special. I was able to find ribbon but not the pins I need for a suicide prevention awareness project I am doing. They have a decent selection of fabric if that is all you are looking for. Also items from the ad were not in this store. They didnt have even one that matched.

Lots of different items for different crafts... But having so many options there arent a lot of choices for each section. Space is limited in the store, but my favorite thing about this place is the staff. They are always so friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. Dont be afraid to ask, you may be surprised by their response.

I went in thinking that they would of been sold out of what I was looking for but nope I was the first one to purchase one. I was an am so excited. The staff was very helpful and polite I will be back for more of my sewing and crafting needs.

The staff was incredibly kind! I was looking at something as simple as the reuseable shopping bag totes, only $2.00 and made a comment that I liked a floral patterned one but it was only in the smaller sized bag and I needed the larger size and the woman working (I am upset I didnt get her name because she deserves high praise) overheard me, checked the back and subsequently found a variety of floral totes in the large size.Plus, when I checked out I got a free gift! I was able to pick from a rack, ultimately choosing a make your own fleece blanket which will become an Adventure Time blanket once my son and I finish it off, that would easily retail for $25.00.I highly recommend! Superior guest service was provided.

This is the very first craft store I can ever remember going to. Theres even its own amazing smell to the store that just gets you creative juices flowing. The only reason I didnt give them five stars is because their selection on certain brands has been really cut back or gone all together! Like my fimo clay!!

I just stopped in for more elastic. Was disappointed that they didnt have 1/4 inch elastic, but the 3/8 inch cut in half wonderfully.

The staff was super helpful they assisted us in our time of need. Very polite staff. I will go there more.

Nice selection of craft supplies and MOST of the staff is helpful and friendly just one in particular thats snooty and hardly ever knows the answers to some pretty basic questions. Prices are higher than a lot of other crafting / art stores. Make sure that you check for ALL coupons that apply to your purchase as sometimes you can use more than one coupon.

The lady working there was very rude and yelling as customers were walking into the store.. Wont ever return to their store in Williamsport. Id give their store zero stars if I could..

I like their selection of material and accessories. They have materials for craft projects that are pretty cool also.

Very rude blonde woman at the fabric counter. Never seems to be happy or enjoying her job, has an issue any time I ask her for assistance.Many of the other employees provide excellent customer service but this specific one ruins my shopping experience every time she is working.

Always disappointed when I shop here. Checked online to buy online and pick up in store, but online shopping Cart not working right. Online said there were 5 of the items I wanted in the store. When I arrived at the store ( 50 minute drive) of course they had none! Store associates are not very helpful. Not this trip, but previous trip they were quite rude. I will not shop here again.

Very polite and approachable. Took my clients and and one wanted to sit down and a clerk took this person right to a chair and table. This client was very happy and thanked her

My wife loves to quilt. This store has most everything she needs for her craft.

Satire associates are rude and not very helpful. They were too busy having personal conversations to even assist us. I would give 0 stars but it is not an option. I wouldnt go back if my life depended on it.

The lady that assisted us this day was AMAZING! I wish I remember her name.

I do have to say that the amount of employees staffed over the holidays was absolutely ridiculous. Many times I went to shop for Christmas and New Years and there were only two employees working with crowds of crazy shoppers. Of course I just left every time. You might be stingy enough to to not hire enough staff, but Im not crazy enough to shop in those conditions. Im not the only one who just left either, I witnessed several other people just walk in and walk out too. Seems to me you shot yourself in the foot, losing all of those customers. Great job!!!

I stopped in looking at patterns. I got none, as the pricing was unimpressive to me. I havemt priced patterns in more than thirty years, but thought they would not be as expensive as they are.

It is great for most quick needed craft items, but it is smaller and has limited space, so dont expect to find everything you need there.

It was horriblewaited in line 30 mon while 2 people were checked out. 2 workers in entire store and the one running cash register appeared incompetent. I actually was the one incompetent for waiting all that time. several people left. i had item i needed tonight but dont think i will return. i was third in line for over 25 min as person in front of me left.
