I see a lot of people saying the customer service isn’t great. I have never had an issue with the reps. I guess if you don’t need anyone doing backflips for you customer service is fine. You can’t beat the selection - it is the best in the county. If you’re looking for it they more than likely have it. If you haven’t been it is worth stopping to check it out.

The selection of beer is great but the cashier was insanely rude.

This place is horrible. You pay extra for cold beer and its room temperature not to mention the attitudes from the sales associates. Will not honor a military ID either. Definitely not my first choice to buy alcohol!

By far the worst customer service of any place Ive ever been in my entire life. The employees are extremely rude and act like they dont have the time of day for you and they dont accept passports or military ID as a valid form of identification... they dont accept two out of the three legal forms of ID in Pennsylvania.

Great place to go for your alcoholic beverages, would highly recommend if you are in search of something and have time!

Mask are not mandatory in the state of Pennsylvania. Requiring inside your store with people who have breathing problems is against the law. Rude people work there. I wouldnt take my worse enemy in there.

The place just isnt set up for a quality retail experience. The staff members dont know anything about beer. They have a good selection of cases for the brands they carry. But if you care to purchase kegs for draft theyre just terrible to deal with. They cant even tell you or provide a list of what is currently available. You cant just ask, Do you have any kegs from the Brooklyn Brewery. You have to ask for each brand and product by name individually and wait for them to look it up and check. If they cared even a little about the walk-in customer experience it could be much better.

Its my favorite beer distributor. The selection is awesome and they run specials on different kinds of beer and soda all the time. And they get you in and out quick!

After going here so many times over the years i reached my breaking point. Although they have one of the best selections in the area, their customer service is BY FAR the worst i have experienced. Maybe try engaging your customers, saying hello, act like you appreciate our business. Although you will get no more from me.
