Sadly have to give this a bad review. I went into the store the day before Valentine’s and ordered 3 bouquets. I was hoping to be able to have a selection in the store, but there wasn’t anything. I understand it is a busy time, but this would be a good thing to have on hand. I asked to have them delivered to my home, and my neighbors house but was told that I would have to pay two delivery fees...... across the street!!! So after having to explain myself 5 times, I just had it sent to my house and delivered it myself. Additionally, I paid $217 for these 3 arrangements— asking for the pineapple to be dipped too. These were sad sad looking. The chocolate was separated from the wilted strawberry on every single strawberry. The pineapple was NOT DIPPED even though I paid for it, and the pineapple was basically all core so it couldn’t be ate.I spent way too much money to have this level of (lack of) quality. I went to another local shop in Woodstock and the chocolate covered strawberries were 100 times better than a company where this is their only business.

I enjoyed some delicious chocolate covered strawberries and fresh baked cookies. I highly recommend the pineapple chocolate chip and strawberry white chocolate cookies, they were all good but those are my favorite! Of course the chocolate covered strawberries were yum! I also tried the candied cinnamon sugar pecans very delicious if you like pecans.

Their sample pack is very good, just the right amount.

This review is primarily for Mr. Rick in the Willimantic store. I needed a delivery same day (sort of an emergency) for a bday and he accommodated me from beginning to end. After I placed the order from long distance, he personally called me to confirm it was all correct as requested. I had specific request for sunflowers to be added and he quickly checked on that and confirmed. This gave me a great sense of security that my money was well spent. He has outstanding customer service skills and makes sure to tailor what you are looking for to fit your specific needs. I highly recommend speaking and doing business with him. Rest assured, you are in great hands. Thank you for all you did for us. This delivery will make our mother very happy.

I purchased an arrangement for my mom and she loved it. The best part of the arrangement was that the fruit was fresh and beautifully made. I would definitely purchase other arrangements for upcoming events.

Well, lets just say I made it convenient for them to deliver 2 days prior to when I wanted it since they were going out that way on a delivery. Probably my 1st mistake it was delivered quickly but what was delivered looked nothing at all like what I purchased as well as it didnt even come with the cantaloupe balls it was supposed to have also. The pineapple flower shapes were nicer than what was ordered i will say that. I feel robbed of 53 dollars and what did I get 6 pineapple cool flowers and the rest just thrown together

AWFUL! If I could give 0 stars I would. Rich Tarascio delivered a surprise birthday package TWO weeks early and when he realized he messed up because he called my husband, he backed up in my driveway and took the package right out of my hand after I said I would call to get my money back for being upset about it being so early. He refused to give me the package back after I asked several times, even though it was paid for, so I refused to let him leave until he gave it back and he told me “I don’t care, I get paid by the hour, I can sit here all day.” To make matters worse, the manager or store owner Chris (a woman) called my husband after and proceeded to tell him that it was not the drivers fault at all, rather than starting with an apology for messing up the surprise order to begin with. She also said I was “out of hand.” She was not even there for the incident. When my husband asked for corporates number she asked if we were going to complain, and then refused to give the number to us and told us to google it. I was going to let it go, but after the store owner decided to take the time to call my husband to tell him how it was not their fault, I decided to call corporate. AWFUL, awful people and customer service. Go anywhere but here!

We recd as a gift a fruit arrangement for Christmas this year. Had to ask that it be replaced since fruit was soggy & slimy, barely lasted to the next day, chocolate was messy and falling off fruit. We had also ordered one for our Christmas Eve gathering, and were picking it up on Christmas Eve. They agreed over the phone to make a 2nd one up to replace the first one which was delivered to our door on the 21st. We ended up giving one to a friend, and we had one. Not much better.....will never buy from here again!! Very expensive, and not quality! I had two from the Manchester store last year, and they were delicious, neatly presented, and lasted for a few days....I think the problem with edible arrangements is, they are not consistent from store to store.

Their smoothies are so good especially when its very hot out.

It has very fast and efficient, the people were very welcoming and treated me with great hospitality.

Broken chocolate heart on the strawberry, didnt put in requested card and had to pick up order earlier than able to because they said they were closing at 5pm on Saturday but mothers day hours said 7pm.

I have been disappointed to have realized that this place is not as responsible and professional as they make you think ... We were victims of their unprofessionalism ... my Husband bought them an arrangement for Valentines Day of this Year 2021 In the Store and Payment @ $ 95 ... He received his order, he took me personally to my work and everything looked divine ... When I got home I wonder if the cheesecakes were good and if I had reserved one for him ... but to my surprise and the I never received cheesecakes from him, the arrangement only had brownies and strawberries with chocolates ... and a very nice Bouquet of Flowers but it did not have the value of $ 40 ... When calling them and making the claim of the Cheesecakes they questioned the honesty from my Husband and they tried to give him evidence that that was what was received ... something absurd since when I received the order I shared strawberries with my co-workers and I ate a brownie, not knowing what he had bought. .. They didnt want to deliver the little 3 cheesecakes. ... They treated my Husband as a Liar ... they offered him a box of chocolates after He let him know their Lack of Service ... He insisted on receiving what he paid for ... They gave them to him and what was my Surprise that the box that they used in the original arrangement could hardly be closed and the 3 brownies that should have been accompanying the arrangement ordered by the Book could not be accommodated ... They lost us as Customers ... they were usually Ordered @ 6 to 10 arrangements per Year ... Never again !!! Always take Photos of the arrangements so that you might believe what they do ... and what they dont do!
