Very unhappy with the Service there. We were standing in line to but an Atv, 2nd in line. There was a guy in front of us and a couple behind us. The guy in front of course was getting help at the desk and the salesman came in and skipped us and went to help the ones behind us. So we left. Thanks for the bad review ! We will never go back!

Bad customer service....cant ever get through by phone and the people I dealt with had very little knowledge about the lines they carry. To be fair it is harder than usual to find good help in this town, but Mondak is below par even when taking that into consideration. Better off dealing with the folks in Minot or Dickinson.

Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE. We bought a brand new machine from this place and had almost 5k worth or accessories put on because they told us it was free installation, which i guess was true. They told us it would be a week for them to come in and a few days to put on. They had our machine for almost a month. No on called to update us on what was going on, everytime i called no one knew what machine i was talking about. They installed a $1,000 windshield that fell off the first ride out. The shop is completely incompetent.

I bought a brand new four wheeler from them and they had good customer service and were professional

Working with Mondak motorsports was a simple a pleasurable experience. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. I had several questions about which bikes would work best for my needs and about the kits required to turn them into snow bikes. Stood around for over 30 minutes waiting for the 1 sales person to help me but he was helping a customer who had obviously done no research on what he wanted and was using the salesman as his personal google searcher. Not necessarily salesmans fault but still frustrating.

Extremely incompetent techs. They installed extended forward controls on my bike and left the brake switch unhooked and the petal way out of adjustment. Told them to change every fluid on the bike which they interpreted as just engine oil. I got a different answer on parts every time I called - I dont think anyone over there knew what they were doing. Maybe it was just a bad day..or 3 weeks. I wouldnt buy from them or have them service anything.

I have been doing business with Mondak Sports for over 13 years. They have always treated me extremely well from sales to service. I have bought multiple motorcycles and boats from them and will continue to do so.

Went in to the store to rent a tool specific to my OB. The Parts guy took my name and number and said he would ask and call me back. Two days later I called and it was explained to me that the policy was not to rent out there tools. This was unfortunate but understandable. I still needed the tool so I started to search on the internet and found the item I needed on Amazon. While there I found several other consumables for my OB that were in fact cheaper (~25%). I want to thank Mondak for showing me the ways of internet shopping.

Mondak Sports has been my go to for all my recreational needs. From guns, to side by sides, and snowmobiles. I have purchased 5 units from them the last few years. The best in the west!

Pretty good place

Brought my bike in to trade for something else. then decided it would be better to sell it myself then buy the bike i wanted.So I had my wife go pickup up my bike from them. they set my tailgate of a brand new pickup ON there loading ramps. Now I have 4 dents/scratches. I thought they would be a little bit more professional than that.Probably wont be buying from them since i would be bringing the new bike back to them for services, and my pickup would get beat up more from there employees

Customer service is good but theyre never open I work on weekdays usually til after 5. And they are never open on weekends

Bought a used jet ski and brand new trailer in 13. Later found that the jet skis jet unit was completely tore up. Impeller, wear ring, transmon plate and impellar shaft all needed replaced, and of course they didnt want to do it, and accused me of running the machine through gravel. Not only that but they handed me a title that was still in the previous owners name...which Im pretty sure is illegal for a dealer to sell. Been trying to track down the previous owner to sign it over. And I had no MSO of any sort for the trailer. Im still to this day trying to get the title for the trailer and machines title in my name. Bunch of rats and snakes at Mondak.

Worst experience of my life, lack of knowledge and ability and rude to top it off. The shop is slower than frozen molasses. Screwed up my engine on a complete rebuild then didnt want to stand behind it! It hadnt even been ran! Save yourself and drive to another town or order from a different dealer. These guys are horrible.Update they fixed my engine and now works as it should work no more charges. Attitude flipped 180° after they read my review.1/23/19In September bike engine had 17 hrs on it since complete rebuild from MonDak. Had a power loss and started leaking coolant from overflow. Transmission shifting issues had also started. Brought into a reputable shop they stated powervalave had been assembled incorrectly and bearings where missing in transmission. Got the bill and bike back from reputable shop and contacted Josh with MonDak. Took nearly two months of calling him before he got back to me and offered me 300 in store credit on nearly 1800 bill. What a joke.

This is my 1 year review. i purchased a 2017 yxz1000r ss from show floor. i paid $24k for this sxs. i never spoke to them about a warranty or that i would like to purchase an extended warranty. yet here we are and my initial 20hr service was done incorrectly. you are an authorized dealer and should know exactly what comes with a 20hr service. all they did was my oil change supposedly. i asked for photos of everything and all i got was an oil pan on the floor with dirty oil in it. no vehicles or anything around it. they added $1,100 to my purchase for an extended 2year warranty. well they never took care of my vehicle properly. I am at 2500 miles and my engines top end is ruined.valve clearance and adjustment should be part of the 20hr service as well as:( spark plugs,fuel injection, cooling system, primary air filter, oil and oil filter, transmission oil, final gear oil/ differential gear oil, ycc-s clutch, brake system, parking break, accelerator pedal, wheels, wheel bearings, steering system, front and rear axle boots, fittings and fasteners.) i never asked for a warranty because i was going to do all maintenance and repairs myself. if i knew they made me pay for the warranty and explained the warranty and would stand by there work and THERE mistakes i would go back to them. i have a bad engine now and my valves are having problems and scream a metal on metal sound and the valves arent to be checked on my engine till 3200 miles CHECKED AND ADJUSTED NOT REPAIRED!!!!i have not altered my engine or anything of that nature to void warranty. i am ALLOWED to change my own oil,oil filter, transmission oil,spark arrestor, and last differential oil. i have only changed my engine/transmission oils and filter and torqued to exact ft.lbs. needed. I spoke to yamaha extended services/policies. and i explained everything this morning to them and now will be driving 2 1/2 hours to Dickinson for my new authorized yamaha dealer. i never EVER even got a piece of paper informing me of my extended warranty, or anything mailed to my house. my purchase paper says i have purchased a extended service policy that i never approved. Dickinson definitely understood my frustration. and explained that typically that falls in tear/wear and maintenance. but since they neglected everything about me and my machine, that is mondaks mistake and i should be covered for my repairs that i will now need. thank you for purchasing a warranty for my machine behind my back so that i can get it fixed from a real yamaha authorized dealer/mechanic. never ever in my life. and i almost purchased another vehicle from them....smh i will be going to a lawyer if need be. i will just pay him the 1100 that you guys stole from me and more if need be to protect me and my $24,000 machine i purchased. So I have to say that there not a bad company just is unfortunate really. I like tucker and everyone always awesome customer service. Things can take forever sometimes to order but is what it is. Also dont understand how it takes 3 days to change oil and grease fittings. Idk but I have actually done it myself in a matter of 2 hours for Everything. I do understand that they have multiple people that need help. Im not there main priority. We all are. im only upset that I purchased a warranty for 1100 and didnt even know. I wouldve put it to use rather then waste the money. I wouldve hd an awesome review. I did a year because they were just always so nice and the guy that sold us the yxz dont remember his name but he actually says hi and checks on me everytime I come in. Just is an unfortunate situation.

Had a 19 year old work on my pontoon and didnt do anything to the motor as requested.... worked on it for a little over a month and all they did was put on a crank strap and a transom mount..... When I called to see how the motor was going I was told they were waiting on a call back from mercury.... never did anything and WAY over priced. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR BAOT OUT THE SAME YEAR!!!!!!

Brought my bike in for service. I needed a rear tire put on, oil change, rebuilt fork seals, and new plastics put on. They charged me $1,100 and took 16 days to complete. I brought it in on friday, like scheduled. They didnt even look at it til Tuesday. I had to call and pester damion in the service center, who is rude as all get out. If i hadnt, who knows how long it would have took. When i got the bike back, it is now leaking antifreeze, they left multiple bolts off the bike. Two bolts on my windscreen, the front fender wasnt bolted down, the brake lines werent bolted down to the front fender. They couldnt get the front right fairing to fit properly, so they drilled a hole in my brand new fairings, and ZIPTIED IT! They did NOT tell me about that. They did not snap all the fairinga together, so NOTHING is flush. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE. EVER. These people are absolutely awful.

Slow work, overpriced for the horrible job. Missing hardware, zip ties where there should be bolts. Took them 2 weeks to return my vehicle in worse condition than when I brought it.On top of that, owner refuses to compensate for whats been done to the vehicle. Wish I could give negative stars.

Overpriced, terrible quality I ordered a nut and washer got both 5 days late from arrival date, installed nut and washer nut started free spinning, nut is stripped.
