Please use this shop before dealing with the bigger shops in town!!I have used Windshield Doctor & Vinyl twice now. You’re missing out if you use any one else in town. I had a horrible time with two other businesses but these guys took care of it all.I wish I would have gone with them in the first place.Using another windshield repair shop in town cost me 5 extra days without my vehicle, a rental car ($$) and I missed time with my mom who I get to see maybe twice a year. I had to pay my own tow over to WD&V because the other businesses that I used were just that nice (sarcasm).I was also told that there was no way I could find someone else to do it any faster because 90% of North Dakota gets their glass from the same place.Well, I’m not sure if WD&V uses the same glass exporter but they got my glass and fixed my car in one day.I’m extremely grateful for this repair shop.Thank you guys. So much.

While getting my window for my car took some doing with what it is and covid delays, they did an outstanding job installing it and making sure I was statisfied. Meticulous, careful, and done right.

We were looking to have some window decals made for our dear friend Tyler, who passed away in July. I posted on new Williston connections, and Ashley quickly responded to me and was super helpful in helping me design 2 different window decals, and was even kind enough to work with us with the price due to the quantity and the circumstances. We ended up with 200 absolutely beautiful to honor Tyler, and could not have had a better experience here. Great job and attention to detail. Theres also a fairly big play space for kids. Job was done in a timely manner and a fair price after looking in minot and surrounding areas.

I had a chip in my windshield and stop by just to see if I could get an appointment and they were able to get me in right away and the chip only took minutes to fix, it was also a fair price and you can barely tell there was a chip there. I will definitely be a repeat customer.Round 2 of going to Windshield Doctor - Over Thanksgiving (I meant to leave this review sooner) we had a huge rock hit our windshield and we just needed to get a new windshield. I called Windshield Doctor and they were very helpful with getting a new windshield ordered and said it would be there in 2 days and they could get me in the day after it was delivered to have it installed. I went in to get my windshield installed it only took about an hour. I also, had left a whole bunch of things on my windshield and he took them off and put all of back in the same exact spot. I am very satisfied the service and product that I received. They are very helpful, very friendly, quick, and most definitely have fair pricing. You are amazing Robert/Windshield Doctor! Robert fixed a chip in my windshield. Great service in a timely manner. He was able to fix it on the spot. Would definitely recommend and/or return if I ever had any other windshield issues.
