Overheard my coworkers talking about why they like going to Bato so I thought he might be the right guy to work on a long overdue repair.Car had heatshield/exhaust rattling where the welds had rusted through, rusted rotors scraping through the turns, and had suffered several years of neglect before I finally decided it was time to get this solved. Part of me was worried the repair would cost more than the value of the vehicle! To my surprise, Bato answered my EMAIL (have you ever had an autoshop reply to an email?) within hours - even though he was on vacation.I brought my car the next day he returned from vacation, and within hours I had detailed pictures of all the broken parts causing the noise and a more than reasonable quote. Car was ready to go by the end of the day.With Bato, you are working with one master mechanic running his own shop, vs. the conventional (and often frustrating) hierarchy of managers and technicians youll get at some of the bigger shops. If you want it done right, fast, honest, and without the usual BS upsell from dealers and corporate shops, take it Bato!

This was making my car battery drain. After bringing it to the dealership and being told that I needed a whole new lamp, I was skeptical that it could be fixed. So, I brought it to Bato and he fixed it!On 06/07/19 I called Bato to get my car in for an inspection before the end of the month. He scheduled me for Monday 06/11 first thing. I informed him at the time of my call that “I might need new brakes” and that I needed an oil change too.I was also concerned with the amount of time he needed to have my car? He offered me a car that I could take to work and return when my service was done.This made it easy to have my car serviced!Before servicing my car Bato called me with the service that needed to be done. And the total cost, before doing the work.

This was my first time going to Bato Auto and it was a great experience. I was able to schedule an appointment within days of calling, Bato kept me informed of everything that was going on, my car was worked on quickly and Bato was always professional and willing to explain what was needed and why. Just experienced the above and beyond treatment from Bato.After purchasing a used car from him at the end of the year, we reported back to him that there were a couple miner glitches with the car which Bato was quick to show concern, knowledge, and responsibility to bring the car up to par for us. Highly recommend Bato for any type of car maintenance. I take both of my VWs to Bato. One of my cars is 18 years old and tanks to Bato it runs like new. His service is fast and very precise at an extremely reasonable price. This is a place that will get the work done right the first time and you wont be coming back a few weeks later to fix something new like other places. Bato helped put an end to an exhausting car search and I feel very fortunate to have found his business! He was extremely kind and honest when I stopped in to look at a car he had for sale. At no point did I feel like he was trying to push the sale on me or overrate the car. After I test drove the vehicle, he placed it up on the lift and happily answered all of my questions. He didnt rush me or overwhelm me with car jargon. I cant say enough about how honest and patient he was! When you go to shop and they tell you We dont do that your problem became even bigger so from that reason you go to BATO AUTO because he is one solution for ALL problems. His expertise in automotive is unchallenged. If is mechanical or electronic issue he will find problem and fix it with honesty and integrity that you can find in no many places .I recommend BATO AUTO to all my friends and family and I will continue to do same in future.
