It was a great time. Especially when they turn the black lights on. The whole family had a blast. We ate lots of great food. The only down side is the pizza could have been cooked a little bit longer.
Would love to love this cosmic bowling. Showed up at 9:30 and was really having fun. Then they played back Drake esq. songs for an hour. Seriously not cosmic bowling music and it really killed the vibe.
Expensive but worth it. They go by the hour. So u just bowl fast and cant take your time if you want to get your moneys worth. My girl. Kid and IIt coats me 50$ per hr for the first hr then 30$ after that. They do have different costs depending on the time. But still enjoy going there
The Cafe service was very helpful for my KETO low carb diet meal with a friend. Months ago I had awesome bowling time which reminded me of fun from years ago where I bought my bowling ball, shoes and bag. Happy days there customers.!

We had a great time! Lilac Lanes and staff exceeded our expectations. Were looking forward to going back again soon. 🤗
Great place to hang out and have fun. Loud music sounds good the lanes are easy to use and the food was good and great customer service from the guy at the counter to the gal that makes the food awesome experience

I was there for a birthday party. My friends 39th birthday. I was the driver of the Spokane Party Bus. There were 15 to 20 adults and kids. Our server was awesome! We had ordered a ton of food and drinks, she never missed a beat! Hard worker and super friendly.

Lilac Lanes isnt as great as it used to be. They needs to have better customer orientated staff for one. This place seems desperate to make a buck for its employees, have. it is fun place to hang. Bring your own ball. Expect leagues to take over past 6:00 pm.As per the responder. The bowling balls have huge pits in them. The floors look warped. The place looks swept and up kept up. But as far as the other claim, not seeing the upgrade so much.

Super overpriced. (15$ a hr per 1 person) but was fun to bowl. Wouldnt sell a friend a beer because her id was vertical even though she was 22 years old. Bartender also was talking mad smack to 2 other employees. The food was overpriced too but was good.
They have a great summer program that I never knew about before where kids bowl 2 games free and adult can join them with a season pass. Check it out for sure.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Computers are very easy to use. Servers actually check on you frequently, which is nice. Probably most upscale bowling alley Ive ever been to

All of the employees here are so rude. Don’t try to go play cards late at night because they’ll tell you excuses so they don’t have to open tables. They are really rude to the younger crowd and will kick you out for drinking two beers even though they have multiple bars. Each employees have different rules so I would not recommend going here
Monday night are our family nights here. Made some friend and might have even found a team for leagues this fall.

Went to watch my daughter bowl league. They had a full league and only one food server. We watched a full game before my wife received her beverage. At that time we ordered our food and it took another game and a half to get that. The food was cold. I took it to the kitchen to warm up in the microwave(chili) and it did not work properly. Went back to the kitchen to pay our bill and I had to wait for my server. Get your act together Lilac Lanes. This service was not the faught of COVID or employees. Full league? Put people to work.

My land lord Dan worked there all the way up until covid and the only reason he had to go was because he just had a health scare a week before covid was announced. He worked for them most of his life. He is 72 I believe and still lives here. A truly hard working man. My adult uncles love to go to lilac lanes as often as they can. They live all the way out past riverside. My grandpa and grandpa take care of them and bring them to lilac laines usually once a month. Its so fun to bowl with them and enjoy the food. The p lace is truly family oriented and there for all kinds weather your on a date and need a cold one or just want to biwl.

Lanes sometimes dont work. Social distance rules seem arbitrary, considering the worker telling us we had to wear the masks while in our bowling lane wasnt wearing his while working face to face with customers. Bar says it closes at 11 but actually close at 10:45 and then they come around to dump your drinks out at 11. So I dont think we will be going back until they figure out their social distance protocol and their bar situation
I Love bowling at this bowling ally. The workers are vary nice and every time i go to this bowling ally they already know my shoe size.

I arrived there a little after 11pm and all of your associates were acting very disrespectful. It doesn’t matter when I showed up you never treat customers with disrespect. Bar hours are till 12am and I was told you guys don’t serve anymore don’t lie to people about it or maybe put up a proper sign.
I have a hard time in crowds of any size since my brain injury, but I was ok at Lilac Lanes. The beautiful people who work there were incredibly kind and accommodating. They helped is give our son the birthday he wanted and that matters. It was his very first time bowling, and he did pretty good.

What can I say this place is the typical bowling establishment everybody loves, equipped with a bar and special deals like ladies night, and cosmic bowling. Never so busy that you have to go at certain times theres always plenty of room. Bring your own ball or use theirs either way a good time is guaranteed!
When Ive been here for my special Olympics bowling seasons over the last 9 or 10 years my experience has been great!! Of course I am using this name to protect my identity on the internet. So this is not my real name.Anyway, I called today because my family was thinking about going bowling and you guys came up as open. However, after the guy clarified that it was because the casino was open he immediately gives me a snarky Im sorry. And hangs up. Doesnt even give me a chance to say no worries have a good afternoon. Just hangs up.If my bowling happens again this season because of COVID-19 I know we will probably have to have the tournament there at the end of the season. But I figured I would share this on here so that the owner could take care of the situation beforehand so I can give the company 5 stars.
Im 25 years old. I have ALWAYS wanted to go bowling. But the older I get, the stranger it is for a adult to go bowling alone. I hope with this 5 star review I will get to cross off bowling from my bucket list:) but I dunno
Fun place! Clean lanes and shoes. Went for a friend’s birthday and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The service was a little bit slow for a few of us and the draft beer was a little spendy but generally I’d say this is a great spot to hit with friends or family if you want to get some bowling in!

We had my daughters 18th birthday party. They explained expenses and gave use the best deal for the time we needed the lanes. And delivered food. Super friendly and accommodating.

Great service during very busy hours! We got right in to our reserved lanes, the waitress was nice and quick, the equipment was all in fairly good working condition (one of our lanes had a bit of a lag), and the pizza was astonishingly amazing. I was DEFINITELY not expecting the incredible pizza!! I was bummed at the very low selection of tap brews and minimal arcade games. Overall, loved the experience.
Its got a good sized arcade, a whole mess of Alleys to bowl. Great cooking. The casino is a small, no slots all card games, but they have daily poker tournaments. As well as serve liquor. All around a great place for if you need to blow some steam, have a good family day, or just eat some food and play a game.
I did not spend very long inside this casino but the time I did spend was very relaxing, the staff and other people there were very friendly, I felt very comfortable like I was at home. And not to mention the chicken strips and burgers are delicious. I was very entertained watching everyone just have a good time I will definitely be returning for more fun!

Bowled here two days ago with my son. The group next to me was very courteous and patient. All of the employees were very accommodating and kind. I bought their one hour pizza deal and it was a STEAL!!!

Eddie Williams in the pro shop is first rate, he took the time to work with me to find a ball that fit my style, drilled it perfectly, and had me try it to make sure I was happy with it. Super nice guy and he will always be my go to guy for all my bowling needs. Two thumbs up. Thanks Eddie! 😀

Played a Poker tournament on Friday night. Nice big room. 62 players in the tournament. The poker room served some free food during the break. It wasnt great but it was free. Somewhat friendly staff except for a few dealers. Definitely worth checking out. Northern quest still has the best poker room though.
Every time we go here, we have a good time. The staff is always friendly. The facility is always clean. Overall, no complaints!
