I like their products but they keep rescheduling my delivery dates. Asked drivers not to stop unless I place online order to save them a stop when I dont need anything or wont be home as we live off the beaten path. Paced order the first week of April and wont be delivered until the end of May!!!- that is if they dont reschedule again-- Schwans changed my delivery date 3 times after I placed my order. I tried to call Williston office to see about pickup at a different location but after several tries on several different days still no answer. Cannot depend on receiving products so will no longer be a customer.

First time we ordered and not impressed! Email I got said I didnt have to be home because they leave everything on the door step with ice packs. Well thankfully I was bc delivery driver (who said he was the manager) called me as he pulled up and said I had to be home because he had no supplies. Then he didnt have over half the items I wanted on my order & said they would make no special attempt to deliver them at a later date & if I wanted them I would have to wait for their 2 week rotation or call later and ask for a special delivery. Then he did not give me my first time customer discount of $10 but only gave me $6 since they were out of the other items (because that made sense). He made no COVID precautions and came right up to our door with no mask or anything. Didnt even ask if I was sick & took no sanitation precautions. The entire experience was poor and unprofessional and I cancelled any future shipments. Along those lines...ice cream was sub par and nothing better than what I can get from Walmart (actually blue bunny is way better) so I will just keep my business at Walmart.

I love Schwans food but Ive been trying to call since Friday about ordering options and still no one has answered the phone even when I called during business hours. 😥

Disorganized mess. Employees are treated poorly.

Maybe answer the phone. Maybe return a phone call. Drivers post your cell number on here to get more business.

Never here when they are supposed to be, when you call line is always busy, good food but crap for service
