I took my DR Trimmer-very old-to them and they worked magic! I had it somewhere else and it ran for 30 seconds once home so I called Vt Engine. They were honest as to the cost vs a new, etc., but I had so much into the failed repairs that I asked them to fix-and they did.Honest, quick, good shop.

I would avoid this place if you actually want something done. I came in with a simple request, which they told me would take a day or two at most. Two days later, didnt hear anything, so I called. They said they would call me back. Never heard back. 3 weeks later, they never even started the job. Not to mention, one of the employees was bitching and whining about doing the job when I first walked in. I should have just walked out right then and there. Instead, they waste 3 weeks of my time, and did nothing.

They were not able to help me on a rush job but promptly gave me the number of someone who could help. Their regular turn time was still better than others I called.
