I have a tendon tear in my foot and was searching for a size small boot. I first visited another store and couldnt find my size. The assistant there said it would take two to three weeks for the boot to be available. Then I went to Keene Medical and spoke with Beverly Everest. That was on a Wednesday. One day later she called to say that the boot would be available the next Monday. That Monday, she called to say that the boot had arrived. I appreciated the phone calls and the speedy delivery. Plus, Beverly is a very friendly person who made me feel better.
About a week ago, I received a call from Pam letting me know that they were working on an order for a new CPAP machine as mine had just hit 5 years of age. Funny enough, a few days later my machine stopped working. Pam then called the distribution office, and went above and beyond to make sure that my new machine was going to be delivered to me ASAP. She really cares about Keene Medicals customers, and it was a great pleasure to have worked with her.
I was helped by Beverly Everest. Beverly went above and beyond to help me out getting my shoes and inserts. She was very cheerful and took the time to explain the best ways to take care of my feet. I look forward to seeing her again and am tell others to call on her for their shoes and such.

Equipment provided is good, but communication is lacking. Initially, emails for replacement parts were called surveys which is confusing. Last order was placed a month ago and till no items. One email was responded to, but subsequent communications are not answered.

Its a real pleasure to be working with personnel of Keene Medical/Williston--mostly with Mike Ladd--and a huge improvement over the group I worked with previously. The whole Keene staffs been welcoming and helpful every single time I called--even if it was just before closing. And Mikes made my transition from the-sleep-disorder-center-that-shall-not-named to Keene especially easy. He answers questions; he gives sound advice; he responds in a timely fashion. Im so glad to be doing business with Keene.
They were sent a referral over two months ago for a CPAP for me. After not hearing from them and being told by UVM to follow up directly I was told by Keene they needed another piece of documentation from the Dr but they never notified me.The following week I went to the Dr, got the document and had it sent to them. Still nothing, now two weeks later I follow up with them again and am told they received the document but my insurance doesnt pay them enough so they closed the file....and never contacted me.I managed a DME for almost ten years and would never had treated a patient like this, if you could not fulfill the order then let the patient know and they can use another DME. Worst of all no one I spoke to on the phone acted like this was anything unusual or a big deal. This should not be the way customers are treated in any situation.

I picked up a wheelchair for my mother and found the service to be outstanding. Beverly patiently walked me through the operation of the chair and made the experience very easy.
Y’know that desperate exhausted feeling after a day of dealing with the roadblocks of medical and insurance institutions? And how you want just one thing to go smoothly? Well, Keene Medical Products totally turned my day around!! I was looking for an electric Hoyer lift, and it was complicated and fraught with emotion because this is what’s needed for my Mom to live a full life. When I called, David didn’t have the equipment on hand, but he searched the other stores and found one. This morning, Thomas drove from Williston to Lebanon, got the lift, and turned around and came back. 4 hours of travel time. David was so pleasant and calming and reassuring through all my calls. Then Thomas delivered the lift straight to my parents’ apartment in assisted living, showed us how to use it, joked with us, and left us not only with the necessary lift, but with smiles on our faces. Truly, before reaching David, I was irritated and frustrated and the service that I got from David and from Thomas completely changed my outlook. If you are looking for medical equipment, I recommend using these guys. Wouldn’t you like to smile with relief rather than want to throw things? These are the guys to deal with!
The Keene team has been a pleasure to deal with. They are responsive and knowledgeable, and willing to work with me to make sure my wife and I get the equipment we need.

Repeatedly this company has failed me. They start out great but over time they assume you are just going to stay because they are the only gig in town. They don’t care about their clients just their money. David Glick is arrogant and likes to bully clients bully yelling at them over the phone. Why would they care? It’s not their health at risk.

I give this copany another try as im limited to where i can get my pari neb battery and supplies. i can go on amazon or another comapny for the battery that less money but i think i can swaggle them to lower there price on the batery. but i am back to vermont medical sleep disorder for my cpaps supplies due to i friend with owner of vermont medical sleep center.
Not only were the ladies there rude but then they wouldnt tell Me if they had what I needed until after I confirmed my form of payment. I wouldn’t recommend here to anyone.
