I had a fabulous visit on Saturday! I needed help with an item I purchased that had missing pieces. I was taken care of by Scarlet. I was impressed with her knowledge of how to handle this situation with no complications and she did it well! Her overall demeanor was so friendly and it was refreshing! I have been coming to this store for quite a few years but never received this pleasantness and attentiveness. It was an absolute pleasure interacting with Scarlet on Saturday! She is a wonderful young woman who knows how to take care of her customers! Thank you Scarlet!

They pretty much always have what I need. Sales and coupons are pretty fantastic sometimes. Yesterday I got ribbon, buy 3 get two free with an additional 15 off of everything! (About 50% off each!) Ali, Scarlett, and some of the other stuff are always helpful to me! I forget the name of the one nice lady I always see at customer services, but shes also pretty awesome. Keep up the good work!

This is one of my favorite stores to shop around the holidays. The environment promotes creativity. The staff is nice and helpful. The floor staff looked for my items quickly and efficiently. The customers were even helping each other with suggestions and reach merchandise. The store manager saw that I needed help on the floor and stepped in to help me and other customers. He also went on to provide ideas and suggestions. I found almost everything I needed but the manager gave me a suitable alternative for my holiday decor. My experience here was wonderful. I highly recommend this location for all creative people. Come be inspired!

This place always seems to have everything you need. It can be a challenge at times to find someone to help you find something, but the staff is always friendly. The check out process is well accomodated with several lines. My only complaint would be that it is tough to navigate around the store with its many floor displays. I usually have to double back to let someone get by. But overall a pretty good shopping experience.

One of my top 3 spaces to shop. I love this craft store. Clean and organized. Well stocked. You have to get buzzed into their bathroom now, a small inconvenience. Not easy to find workers on the floor when you need help.

I almost exclusively do all my shopping as a teacher through a c Moore. Ive had some pretty good experiences at my local store they have good coupons etc but the most frustrating thing about shopping at AC Moore is the people they hire rotate so quickly. each person that checks you out has a different understanding of your teacher discount policy some require a and ID some dont and Im getting sick of the argument each time I go in there. Figure it out AC Moore or Im jumping ship to Michaels

Wide selection of craft materials, books, and even some games & toys. They manage to fit an amazing amount of stuff into a moderately small store. Store is organized with different crafts in separate areas, so its fairly easy to find what you need.

My daughter had a big list of art supplies that she needed for starting college at RISD. The staff Cynthia helped her find all the items specified in the school list. It would have taken us hours to find all the stuff. Cynthia helped her set up her account and get the student discount. It was pleasant shopping at A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts, Willow Grove. Thank you!

Love AC Moore great craft store. Make sure you download a coupon every time you shop. There’s a different savings everyday. Also sign up for points. I gotten $10 every month for shopping for crafts for my brilliantly talented daughter

I really like this AC Moore. They have a way better yarn selection than Michaels. Theyre always pretty busy as well. I go here pretty regularly. Never had a bad experience.

I just went to this store and asked the man who works there if they carry the silk flower cleaning item. I told him its a spray and i have bought it from here in the past. He responds we dont have anything like that here. I know they do but he was being lazy and unfriendly. And then i went to the cashier and she said i think we do (unsure) maybe its in home decor section. Neither of them was helpful (they did not want to be bothered). Walked around in the store for 10 minutes and left. Its okay i will stop over at Michaels .

This establishment has a friendly and helpful staff, is well organized, and offers great pricing on arts and craft supplies.

We went here to get some fabric paint for a couple of projects and the trip was well worth it we found exactly what we were looking for and the young man that helped us to find it gave us multiple options in different department and it was also a young lady who went out of her way to find us some extra markers from in the bag. Overall the experience was great and I will continue to go to this arts and crafts supply store.

Assistance from the staff was amazing. When I go into a store and cant find what Im looking for I like it when the worker either tells me the exact location or physically walks me to the area instead of pointing in the direction

Spent more time in line than shopping. Then we as customers formed one line for 2 cashiers only for one to move to another register an said open instead of next. Then the people at the end of the line was able to leave before those of us that was patiently waiting.

This is a great craft store! The prices are low and they have a large variety of craft items. It is always clean and neat, and the staff is very helpful.

A good selection of stuff for arts and crafting. I got what I needed, and am happy every time I go. I wish there was a bigger selection of frames for art and special frames for projects.

Super friendly staff and great rewards perks. They handle lines better then other ones Ive been too. Inventory is decent for the amount of art subjects they cater to.

While the selection in this store is very nice, the employees seem to not enjoy helping customers. Even if you dont like helping people, at least try to make them think you do. The one girl who was just standing near the registers said she couldnt help another customer find something because she couldnt go with her. She called someone else over their walkie talkies, not realizing the person she was calling was also ringing people up. If I ask someone where something is in their maze of a store, they make it seem like youre bothering and annoying them.Fix your customer service!!

Their Kids Crafternoon is horrible! The room is too small with only two big tables...can you say claustrophobia? Yes indeed! They pile too many kids in that tiny room and the parents are standing in the room as well. Oh yeah by the way there are no chairs. There is a very long wait so if you are impatient and have a restless child then save your $2 and just but some arts and crafts and have a great day. Thats what I ended up doing after the short Mexican girl moved my son to make room for more kids in that tiny room. Ugh she has an attitude problem anyway by how she talked to some of the people waiting in line. She tried to talk to me like that and she had a scared look on her face when I snapped back at her. She had the right one that day!

HUGE Arts and crafts store with 2 floors packed with everything you need. Great selection of Arts and Crafts . The Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the flagship store for Philadelphia.

Not as good as michaels, but will do. They never seem to have EXACTLY what you want, but generally it will be good enough. Coupons arent as good either.

The Audobon store has a much more helpful staff than Willow Grove (avoid). Good source for crafts and frames.

The costumer service was terrible. While I was looking for silicone, I looked around for it for about thirty minutes, because the staff told me different places. I asked three employees. The first person was pointing looking annoyed at a isle, the second kept ignoring me until I finally blocked her way and she gave me a irritated look. The third employee was the most helpful, she actually TRIED to find it. AC moore is now a place that Ill never go for art supplies. Congratz AC Moore you lost a person who spends over a hundred dollars each time.
