Went here and bought two pairs of gold earrings for my cartilage and conch piercings with Gwen’s help! I felt really heard by her because she picked out exactly the kind of jewelry I was looking for. When I mentioned wanting something cute and different she had the brilliant idea of showing me their girls’ earring collection which I wouldn’t have even thought of doing! She was so friendly and easy to talk to.

Staff was incredibly friendly! I recommend this place to anyone who is getting ear piercings!

Star was very courteous and kind from beginning to end. As well as she did a great job giving me my nose piercing. I had it done once before and she was able to get it dead on in the place I had it done previously. Hopefully she can help me again when I come back with my daughter on her 11th birthday

I went to get my ears reported and the staff was awesome. Very informative, verynnice. There is a nice selection of earrings and other jewelry. Very clean and they dont try to make you spend more money then you want to. They reminded me to come back in a few weeks so they can check and make sure my ears are healing properly

Took my almost 3 year old daughter today to get her ears piecred. The staff was so sweet with her and took the time to go through all the earrings she could pick and made her feel very comfortable and did not rush us. They were very gentle with her during the actual process and she was so happy after. Thank you for making this a very painless experience for us both!

I went here to get both myself and my daughters nose pierced. The staff was amazing however the jewelry used to pierce you with is not long enough to accommodate the swelling once the piercing is done therefore closing up your new piercing. If you do not purchase the insurance for the piercing once you close up you would have to pay for a new set of jewelry which is about $60 each time. We fortunately had the insurance but after being pierced twice and it closed up each time I decided to get a refund and go to another establishment. Once again the staff was amazing I just didnt like the policy they had with piercing noses and could have avoided the headache way before having to travel there three times within two weeks.

Average kiosk store. Not sure I would trust getting a piercing here. They have another store in the mall that is better from what I have heard.
