This is the base of Eastbay, and its the worst online retailer I ever encountered.I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, and only got 1 pair for my order, and when I tried to get a refund, the phone waiting time is more than 1 hour, and they transfer again and again among their departments, and no refund easily. And they spent 1 hour checking their records because the store lost the record 2 weeks before? Thats unimaginable.Never use this online retailer!!!!!!!

Friendly staff and good selection of new release nikes and new balances. Store manager was knowledgeable about products and provided an unbiased recommendation on stain repellant sprays. He even grabbed a pair of shoes and demonstrated how to apply the spray so that it remains invisible with no drip lines. I didnt plan on buying anything that night, but because he took care of me with awesome service I decided to buy the spray and will definitely return to shop some more.

A large store with a great selection. This Champs is located in the Willow Grove Mall. They carry all of the major brands... Nike, UA, Adidas, Reebok, and more... Great shopping for men, women, and children. All ages. Basketball Sneakers and Sports wear, Baseball, Football, and Soccer Cleats. I always shop here.

The customer service here is terrible ! The manager was rude, he wouldn’t let me try on two sneakers at a time and when I asked him to bring out the second pair of sneakers he rudely yelled at me to give him the first pair back .. he also said “ The shoe size still is the same, the color of the sneaker doesn’t matter”. How dare you questions customer choice on trying any sneaker in a SNEAKER STORE!.. I walked out the store so quickly because I refuse to give my hard earned cash to a store that has rude/ ignorant employees/ managers... I will never return again.. Need to hire better management because this is ridiculous

I walked into the store and 4 or 5 employees were standing in a circle talking to each other, I wasn’t greeted, and when I picked out a shoe to try on, no one came over to help even though i waited two or three minutes and continually looked over at them. Didn’t even look at me as I walked out. Horrible customer service...

Costumer service was bad. Manager was really mean and didn’t have any patience while we tried shoes (just ones but different sizes) and when we said we weren’t sure he said if it wasn’t good enough to buy and that we already came in twice. He was clearly mad and had a rude attitude towards us. I wouldn’t recommend this store EVER!!

Its alright I suppose. The employees dont usually speak unless spoken to. I usually only come here to see sneakers in person before buying them online or just to check out whats in stock if Im passing by. Nothing special.

I love shoe shopping and i love champs sports, but i will not spend my money in this champs. the employees curse at customers and one time i was looking for a specific shoe so i asked an employee to speak to their manager when he went to get the manager i waited 30 minutes for her to come speak to me and she was RUDE and completely unhelpful!!! the 2nd time i went into the store, hoping that the first time it was me who was having the bad day, the manager SAM was at the cash register when i asked her for help she ignored me. i repeatedly asked for help until she finally came from around the register and had an attitude. i cannot stand bad customer service the higher manager should really beware of the who he hires as a manager!!!

Horrible horrible customer service!! All of those employees need to fired seriously!! They are simply ignorant and rude. I really like the store but because of the way the employees ignore you, I would never spend my money there.

Was there on Saturday with my family .. picked a Jordan shoe and told a fat guy .. manager name Doug ... told him to get me that Jordan and I asked him and I need to try both shoes and wanted to see if it’s ok for me and he refused to gave ...
