Employee with the blond braids has horrible customer service skills. Because of her we unfortunately left everything we were shopping for. Ended up going to the Childrens Place across the walkway and ended up buying everything we wanted plus more, they were really nice over there.

Cheap doesnt mean bad!Great value for little money.A store is not only goods, but first of all it is employees, these are people who communicate with you. It depends on their attitude whether you buy something or not. A guy named Darrell made my visit to this store as positive as possible. He helped me 2 times: first, he allowed me to open a completely new shirt so that I could try on. Then he not only showed me what I was looking for, but led me there through the entire store, although he could, like many other sellers, just point the finger. Mr. Darrell was not too lazy and brought me in personally. I ended up buying both a shirt and ties.Thank you Mr. Darrell!Thank you, Primark!

Primark is wonderful. If youre looking for a place to pick up some cute clothing for cheap definitely shop here. Also the lines arent slow anymore they are super fast, also accepts apple pay.

Good but the lines were VERY long and there werent clear markers on where to stand so I accidentally let 3 people in front of me because I didnt notice another person was standing behind the last customer (he was behind a giant column). Not a lot of purses or house stuff! :( But everything was well stocked and the kids working there were all friendly

GREAT store! GREAT prices and GREAT selections/variety of styles! Ive been told about PriMark by a few friends but sadly hadnt had the opportunity to shop there until recently! Sooo glad I finally experienced this store!! They have super cute clothes as well as closes for work and literally any occasion you may be needing to get dressed for including bedtime! I LOVE their prices and their selection of clothes for kids as well! My 10yr old daughter had a field day in here and bought most of her clothes for our Back to School Shopping Trip from here as did I. Definitely looking forward to returning again VERY soon!

Its very big and clean. They have lots of cute clothing but nothing in my size. I did find a pair of shoes in my size but thats all. The workers were nice and the lines moved quickly. A nice store, but not for me until they bring in plus sizes.

Clothes and prices are nice. Won’t set foot in the store again due to rude employees who don’t speak a single word to you throughout the entire checkout process. You say thank you and they scream NEXT! in your face for the next customer. It’s laughable really 🤣 Do better.

Love Primark for great Disney and Harry Potter merchandise. Prices are crazy low for some hard to find items !!

Very nice store. Only issue was the underwear section people have taken the undies out of the packs so you cant even buy underwear its really sad because its nice underwear. Other then that very cute clothes.

Primark product very nice . But they have too many staff than customer. Staff has not enough job in there hand. I expend two hrs for baby cloths, its I keep a cart with my side. I’m looking another cloth for my baby from next line. But within 3 minutes my cart gone. Some staff took it for floor clear, manager say. Careful abt staff and always cart hold in hand.

Only 3 stars because everything I wanted was out in my size! I mean everything!! A US size 8 is not u common!Love the prizes but not the size offerings.

Its a good low to medium price store. They need to have a more open policy on returns. When you buy a gift, you might not see the person for several months. If you have a legitimate receipt why cant you get your money back or at least a store credit?

Overall the experience at this Primark is good, it is inside of Willow Grove Mall. Gets very crowded on Saturdays, which one many run against ignorant people at times.It is a 2 floor store, on the second floor are the kids clothing section and first floor are the adults sections. The lines are fast and employee personals and are willing to help.Pros:- Still have good deals- employee personals are niceCons:- The customers that come here can be ignorant and eccentric. Especially on weekends.- The kid section is a mess at times.

I like this store, the prices are good, the quality is ok, you have to check the items and the price tags. Same item could be 2 different prices. Nice variety of items to choose from. One draw back is kids and baby clothing cost about the same as adults, they could be cheaper.

Great store for solid colors, sweats and unnder xlothes

Went today to find my mom some sweat pants. I was so excited to find they had many different sizes only a few colors. Some of the hoodies or sweatshirts matched to complete an outfit. I grabbed my son a few and went to checkout. The line was long but they had so many cashiers that it went very quickly. They were so helpful and polite I will definitely go back.

The checkout line was so long, despite having 7 registers open on each floor of the store. It did move rather quick.I was exchanging sizes and what a difference one week makes...the inventory level was bare...everyone got a taste of fall and said we gotta grab clothes.I will be back, the trendy, affordable pieces of kids clothes stretches this momma budget and a company that passes the savings 😉

Definitely the best place to get clothes for work or going out. I spend $750.00 for clothes for winter and work, as well as some summer clothes. I literally got, 3 pairs of jeans, 8 dress shirts, 2 belts, 5 pairs of shoes, 5 sweaters, 7 long sleeve sweaters, 4 packets of socks, 4 packets of boxers, 4 pairs of dress pants and literally an assortment of other items. I walked out with 20+ bags... Seems excessive but man what a deal, this would have been thousands of dollars at other stores. Its always packed in here and if you are a common size good luck getting something without being ravaged. However, if you do, youll walk out like a king or queen

Fashionable and inexpensive clothes. I’m a big fan of Primark and the only locations near me are in Willow Grove and King of Prussia. The parking for the Willow Grove location is in a section of the parking lot that is constantly under construction but other than that mild inconvenience, this is a great store.

Love this Primark better than K.O.P. nice selections of materials. Has selection of inexpensive and higher priced styles. Love the selections and staff is very pleasant

Some nice clothes up in Primark for just about any one. Love the baby section and cant wait for the summer clothes cause I plan to wrack up on clothes for my babies.

I love Primark. But this particular location is horrendous!! The staff is made up on nothing but a bunch of unprofessional lazy teenagers!! There were scattered huddles of employees (kids) standing around talking, cussing, TWERKING, one employee dragging clothes on the floor like she didnt feel like being there, its a disgrace!!!! And good luck trying to get some assistance. They need to revamp that whole staff!

Store wasnt busy at all. Register was a bit busy but it went fast. Employee at register was possibly new but he asked question which made the transaction faster. Its well organized and it has most sizes.

I was really torn between giving this 3 stars or 4. They have a huge assortment of clothes, accessories, bags, household items such as bed linens, curtains. All of it was incredibly low prices. The only problem I had was that the sizing was really small. A large shirt from there was basically like a small on me. So I would recommend buying up a size or 2. I did get some nice shoes there for around $10 each pair.

Absolute disappointment. Store was dirty and clearly not recovered. The mall doesnt even open until 11am and before 2pm with low traffic its a huge mess.Staff is generally aloof and unable to answer basic questions and theres is no sign of basic hospitality. Greetings, did you find everything, thanks for coming in, etc. Worst of all, not one associate wearing a mask properly. To end, the line was unbelievably slow. 4 associates checking people out and waited in line for 15 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. In retail, that is disgraceful. Do not recommend this store.
