I loved the choice of dresses selected and purchased. Though a bit pricey and little too no negotiations. The customer service was difficult due to the language barrier. Though all efforts were made to please. Timelines were missed but the finish products were great.

My fiance and I went to this location to look for possible wedding dresses. Not only was the sales associate blatantly racist towards my fiance but she was not helpful at all. I was unable to find a dress I liked however my fiance did and she put the dress on hold for future payments. No payment arrangement was made, no due date for final payments and the dress was damaged. The rude sales girl offered to make adjustments to the dress for my fiance at no cost yet has continued to harass her for payment. Since this was an unpleasant experience for her she decided against the dress but that has not stopped them from continuing to email, call, and text her for payment. I have used the retailer in the past but REFUSE return to them as a customer.

I wish I could give them 0 stars which is what they deserve. The dress I custom ordered for my daughters prom is not what we received and along with that it also started to fall apart as soon as she got to her prom leaving her completely upset and her night ruined.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!I would not recommend this store. If it was up to me I would not give this any stars. They’re very unprofessional. I ordered dresses the end of February for my bridesmaids and they told me the dresses would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 months went by and we still haven’t seen the dresses. My bridesmaids were constantly calling and so was I and they were not communicating. I came up to the store to see what was going on and they told me they ordered the wrong dresses and didn’t seem sincere at all they said they were going to order the right dresses after they pretty much laughed about it. Another 2 weeks went by and there was still no answer so I showed up again and the manager said she was going to give me a call. A week went by and AGAIN I heard nothing so I decided to call and they told me that they were not able to get the dresses that we ordered. They were very unprofessional they didn’t communicate at all and pretty much left me screwed with a little over a month before my wedding not even leaving enough time for me to get something else. I would NOT recommend this to anyone!!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I repeat, DON’T EVEN BOTHER. This company is VERY unprofessional. My sister is getting married in the beginning of July & we ordered our dresses the end of February. Myself & all the bridesmaids paid & were told we’d get a call in 2WEEKS. We had to keep checking up on them instead and EVERY time got told a different story. It is now the end of May and we still got no update. My sister ended up calling and they told her the dress we wanted doesn’t come in the same fabric anymore and suggested a completely different dress from what myself and the other bridesmaids ordered. I fear that they are making money by telling people at the last minute they don’t have the product so that people become desperate and have no other choice. Please don’t make that mistake!P.S - We got our money back. And are still looking for dresses. We have 5.5 weeks left. Wish us luck!

Very very poor service. Every time I went with the group of people who were coming out in my event the store personal would walk away and let us standing there unattended. They will talk and argue in there native language. And did not keep up with prices, track of who dresses belong to who. (Gave the dress to the wrong girl). Did never own up to whatever mistake the made because the were not organize in keep my parties garment all together and well label to know what was what. I do not recommend this store unless they learn to keep there sales organized in a better manner and their sales and floor personal well prepared to attend clients in a respectful one to one base.

I walked into this store on Saturday looking for a specific type of dress for my sisters wedding. There were no customers in the store and the salesperson was on a cell phone. I waited for a minute or two for her to finish her call. After looking me in my face, she never acknowledged my presence and proceeded to walk to the back of the store to finish her personal call in another language. Needless to say I left this store very annoyed. I will never patronize an establishment with such rude customer service and will not recommend this store to anyone looking for formal wear. Im only giving them 1 star because thats the minimum you can give to write a review.
