Nothing compares to Kay diamonds.... The Carat, Cut & Clarity is flawless.... Also I love the customer service. The ladies in Kay go out their way to assist you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good quality diamonds.

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY (WHICH THEY LIE ABOUT) AND REALLY MEAN WORKERS!I was with my dad when we bought my two little sisters earrings, and they assured us we could return them within sixty days and get our money back on the card. But when we came back about forty days later, we were told that we could only exchange them and not get any money back.So frustrating!And to make matters worse, the lady was so rude about how she went about it. Instead of saying something like nice like Im so sorry that happened to you she was quick to fake laugh, and in such a nasty way say, Yeah thats a lie. Nobody in this store would ever say something like that. (Excuse me?! How dare you!!)I would avoid this location! The workers are really mean and dishonest about their return policies.

I must say, I was quite pleased with my purchase and the customer service. I felt neither rushed nor pressured, I shared with associate what I was looking for and the price range. She was immediately able to direct to items fitting my preferences. My final choice was above what I initially quoted, but she worked with me to arrive at a comfortable discount.

If I could give this store negative stars I would! Unbelievable how they treat customers! I have had an issue with every purchase I’ve made with them but this one takes the cake! We purchased our wedding bands from here and my fiancé’s ring had to be ordered. It never arrived. When my fiancé called the store the manager Michelle says she doesn’t know what happened to the ring and proceeded to give him a number to call. Why would she make finding out what happened to his ring our responsibility. So we call the number and no one can tell us where the ring is or if we will receive in time for our wedding. We decide to go to the store to exchange for something else... They then say we can’t exchange!!! Yes they say I have to make another purchase and call a number for a refund. They can’t tell me how long it will take or anything. At this point our wedding is in a week and we never received a ring and they are hold our money hostage! Beware Beware Beware! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!

Service was excellent. Im no expert in jewelry, actually I have no interest. But the shopping experience was great. Sales reps were friendly and extremely helpful.

If you plan to get engaged, make sure she says yes because you can’t return!!! Well you can, but the lady was like,” Only exchangeable,” when the other lady said we could return, anyways the worst part was that there was no prices listed, so she kept opening and closing the glass case to check the prices for us, and she looked super mad, like it’s not our fault it took us forever to find something decently pretty to Exchange with. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

I just used Kay Jewelers in The Willow Grove Mall for the first time (I have lived in the area for 28 years). I have to say that the professionalism of the staff was amazing. The final result of my ring is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be going back to Kay Jewelers again in the near future. The Manager and Assistant Manager went above and beyond and were so helpful. Thank you Kay Jewelers, you now have a customer for life! I will be sure to tell my family and friends about Kay and will highly, highly recommend.

If you have an issue because something arrives late and/or needs to be returned, good luck. Staff rolled their eyes at me and refused to be remotely helpful/remotely understanding to the situation.

The first time I have to get my wedding band resized my ring was lost. None of the employees told us anything at first we had to find out by asking what’s taking so long to resize the ring. After multiple visits to the store we were told the ring will be at the store in almost 3 weeks. We will be upgrading our ring a with a different company. Avoid this location if you can!!!

I went into Kay jewelers very poor customer service. I wanted to get a new clasp put on a chain and girl told me it’s a soldered item when she did not take the time to look at it. I took it over to another jewel place and put on clasp in 10 mins no soldering. What horrible customer service Kay’s have the girl just did not want to be bothered if I was not buying Jewerly

Wanda, and the entire staff are a dream to work with. Got a great deal on an enguagement ring, and got it customized in a rediculous time frame. There attention to detail is second to none!

The customer service has really gone south at all Kays locations the past few years. They sell you all these service plans and then at like you are nothing more than an inconvenience when you bring your jewelry in every 6 months for inspection. I always go when its slow because I have a lot to bring in. Dont push your service plans if you dont want to do the extra work.
