Very clean and organized store. Only issue is that I am surprised that a large store of this quality does not carry wild caught seafood like salmon and shrimp. However, the fresh fruit and veggie sections are awesome. There is a variety of organic to choose from with great prices. I just would like to have seen more locally grown organic coming from the US instead of places like India, Peru, China etc.

I love this market! It’s super clean And Ms. TRISH IS THEEEEEE BEST ! She’s usually working the self check out ; the sweetest ever .! She’s very alert, helpful and seems genuine. I can tell she likes her job .

They never have half-and-half cream and only sometimes have low fat milk. These are basic dairy items, and stores nearby usually have them.

I dont no how they made room for the expansion but it looks good 👍

Giant Foods is a very great place to go shopping at. There are lots of options. The store has plant based foods also.

I just ran in for a few items. The selection was VERY picked over. Many of the sale items were out of stock. I was disappointed. I was there on a Sunday. Their sale ad begins Friday. Why was the selection so poor?On the plus side, the employees at this location were much friendlier than other Giant food stores I have been in.

Went grocery shopping tonight and used the self check out line where an employee named Tricia (Trish) operating the self check made me feel very uncomfortable. As a hardworking, honest, black women I do not need someone standing directly over me watching to make sure I am scanning everything. No to mention she went through every item on my screen just to find out that everything I previously scanned was accounted for. All the while, there was several other white man using the self-check out at the same time and she didn’t even look their way. Unfortunately, in the last year or so I have spent thousands of dollars at this location because it is close to my house, but not anymore! I’ll drive elsewhere. Do not waste your time or hard earn money going here. Unless you want to get mistreated and pre judged. I will be calling corporate in the morning and not let up until this issue gets resolved. Unbelievable! I’ll take my business else where .Updated : the manager called apologized, sent a hand written letter and a whooping $25 gift card .

One of the best kept grocery stores in the area. Associates are pleasant and friendly. Self checkout is a one very important factor my number of visits.Curbside pickup is available and seamless to use.The beer and wine store has been a welcomed addition.You can find refrigerated and room temperature items. Nice selections of both wines and beer.Plenty of free parking.

First time was overwhelming such a huge stow with everything including place to eat and places to get ready made food

Giant can take your money for groceries until 12am, but if you have an unsatisfactory purchase at 7pm there is no good customer service for returns. I was told to come back tomorrow with my bag of rotten onions. I had to fight to return them, mental note dont shop Giant.

Best supermarket in the area by far

I have never seen the hand scanners for customers to use and scan their own order as they shop. It sounds like a great idea.

My first time at the Pharmacy today. The Tech and the Pharmacist were EXTREMELY friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond helping. Way to go Giant for hiring such exceptional people. This is now my Pharmacy of choice.

There is more selection of products, although the shelves are more often bare.For a year or more I have requested that Sherry be sold and to date it has not.

Meh, if you dont need Produce is Giant is overall pretty good. Friendly associates, a great pharmacy, clean. I will say the exception and biggest issue is the Produce department. It is straight up awful, they often are out of spices and some vegetables I want. Some items are also sitting out when they are already rotting! Ive attached a photo of awful strawberries I saw there the other day. Ive reported this several times but I always hear excuses. Its all we have We only get produce two days a week

Easy shopping trip, most items on my list were available. Not a lot of people in the store at 1PM on a Thursday either. One of the best features at this store is the ability to scan your items and bag them as you shop, then simply use the checkout feature at the self check kiosk, swipe a credit card, and youre on the way! Minimal touching of anything during the checkout process which is much appreciated right now.

They need to make sure no one is dead from using this service or getting stalked. Why does everyone post there locations on here??? Everytime you make a move someone can see where you have been. Someone could be stalking you with all the locations you people post on here. Google needs to remove this service. I was just reading someones reviews and he has been to almost 7 different cities and states and every review has his location posted. That is illegal! And an invasion of someones privacy. Im going to send a report to Googles cooperate headquarters and see why is someones every move someone elses business.

This was my first time in this market. I really like the whole layout of everything. All the products were simple and easy to find. Yes i will definitely be returning again and again.

While the staff and employees were very helpful in finding items that I was looking for that I was not able to find on my own. And while the checkout person was very accommodating and asking every question that he should be asking I must complain about the person who was bagging my groceries. Her name was Talia she basically look like she didnt give a rats behind about being there. She was bagging things that shouldnt be going together in the same bag she was putting heavy items on top of later items. I had to go and return a loaf of bread that was completely crushed because what she put on top of it was about 2 gallons worth of juice and milk. Im not one to complain, but in this case I think its more than warranted. I wish her a a pleasant afternoon she didnt even acknowledge that I had said something as I was walking by her. Highly disappointed and what she did for me as a customer

It seems that a lot of the Giant stores are redoing the layout so it is an adventure to find things.

It the much bigger version of the Giant on Susquehanna and Easton Roads. If you are looking for a more comprehensive experience and goods, this is the Giant to go to. They simply have larger selections of everything you would see in a mor modest supermarket.

We want to thank Willow Grove Giant for opening the store for seniors at 6 am this morning. We were able to get most everything our list. A very nice young man greeted us at the door with a pleasant “Good morning “. Another very pleasant and patient young man helped rattled seniors at the self checkout. Good roomy store. They almost always have what you need. Clean Store. Courteous employees. A decent shopping experience. I would recommend the online ordering for pickup.....a very convenient service. The prices seem a bit higher than some of the competition, however not so much that I would shop elsewhere.

I love this GIANT Food Store! The have a Starbucks and the seafood department is great!

They have these fantastic Sorrento lemons right now. If you make your own limoncello or want to make some lemon gelato or a lemon granita you must try it with these lemons!

Not my favorite place to do shopping. They dont carry a number of items that are essential to my cooking. Today I went in for fresh whiting fish, they dont carry it.

My usual grocery store, they have a good selection of just about everything. They have boars head deli meat at their deli, a small but good sushi selection, wine and beer, and a meat and seafood counter. They also have a really good chicken wings bar perfect for parties or game days.

No heavy cream

This has always been my go to store. But, today was above and beyond what’s considered good customer service. A small issue at the deli led me to inform Lisa at the service desk who promptly called Nellie the manager in duty, both handled my situation professionally, courteously and with genuine concern. I was blown away how fast it was resolved and how far above the norm they both went. Absolutely incredible! Thank you both!

I went shopping there with my high school class on Monday every 2 weeks.

Biggest giant in the area and always packed no matter the time of day.

This is where most if my food shopping happens and its pretty nice. The prices are ok and I love the sales. 4 stars because some of the veggies look a bit rough. Especially the red onions. What happened to them? Jeez.

Of all the Giant locations in the area this is our family go-to store. It’s cleanly, the staff is friendly and the shelves are always stocked!

I was in line at the deli and literally someone sweeping behind the counter did not have his mask on. Then when the employee that was serving me asked him a question about the computer, he came over without his mask on and helped her. I canceled my order and walked out. Not cool.

Cashiers are always plentiful. Deli people need to kick it in gear. No sense of urgency whatsoever. The one young girl was so nice n sliced my items perfectly. She was only one making an effort.

I love my Supper Giant in Willow Grove, since this Pandemic, you will always see employees cleaning the carts to keep us safe

How do you order any food in the Marketplace if there isn’t a single person working? This place used to be buzzing with employees, good food and customers. Now there’s no one around and the food doesn’t look fresh. Bummer. Used to be a go-to but now it’s just a last resort.

I shop here at least once a day and I always go through self checkout to see Jeanise! Shes a great worker and always smiling she usually has paper bags ready for me and is quick whenever I need help! I hope they move her to the desk eventually she has a great personality! The store has a great variety of everything and I love the seafood here.
