I have been resistant to purchasing hearing aids because of complaints I kept hearing from my friends about their devices. I had trial sessions with four different companies. The fourth was Miracle Ear at the Willow Grove store. I was immediately amazed at the sound clarity of the trial hearing aids Lisa put in my ears. Now I know it was her expertise at adjusting them to my particular needs that made them perfect for me. She spent a lot of time educating me on the use and care of my devices. I cant say enough good things about the Willow Grove Miracle Ear. Clearly the technical aspects of their product are outstanding. As important as that is, the service is equally important and also outstanding. Lisa Lucas is the most caring and amazing person. I brought my mother to Miracle Ear. My mother is pretty tough and suspicious of people, which I learned is due to the inability to hear, but Lisa made her feel comfortable and cared for. I have had 3 hearing screenings. Lisa was just so patient and also very empathetic about all my concerns. Professional yet warm and so very helpful. She answered all my questions and took 2 hours with me to screen and let me try all the settings on the device.

I have had my Miracle Ear hearing aids for almost a year. I have had other hearing aids and they just were never right. With my Miracle Ear aids, I can hear clearly and never have a problem. The service is impeccable!!! Miracle Ear hearing aids might be more expensive but they are worth every cent.

When those hearing aids quit working, My Husband researched the internet and found Miracle Ear. He was very impressed with your excellent ratings. We decided to purchase the hearing aids (I can get hearing aids for free from the VA) at Miracle Ear. We were sitting in Lisas office when she put the hearing aids in my ears. I was facing her desk with my back to the door. Lisa went out the door, down the hall, into the reception area, and had her back to us talking in her normal voice. I COULD HEAR EVERY WORD SHE SAID. My Husband was very emotional, because I have had so many problems with my hearing. Lisa programmed my phone so I can control my hearing in crowds, concerts, and have the ability to turn up or down the volume in my hearing aids. My hearing aids are waterproof and that alone is a huge benefit. At times, we have a tendency to sweat, and my other hearing aids quit working because of the condensation build up in my hearing aids. I cannot emphasize how amazing these Miracle Ear hearing aids are for me and my Husband and how they have completely changed OUR lives. Miracle Ear is our miracle!!!!!

Good product, very professional and informative, but way too expensive Edit, August 2019: I should have done this sooner, but my husband discovered that he was able to use his veterans benefits to qualify for free hearing aids, & more sophisticated than what was available here. So, if you have VA benefits, check with your local VA Clinic. Its worth your time.

So, I go to Miracle-Ear in Willow Grove, looking for a product to help me deal with hearing losses, that have increasing over the years, making life frustratingly miserable. I meet Gail and Lisa whom appear nice enough; they schedule me to come back for screening a couple days later. The experience was so cool! Let me tell you, Lisa is an amazingly gifted soul; she knows her products, has tons of knowledge about the hearing process, and how to adjust those products for your ultimate hearing experience. And what is even more amazing is that Lisa genuinely care about those whom she serves; what an outstanding level of service, and at time when notions like courtesy, respect, and professional business practices have been all but forgotten. Product prices at first seem a little pricey, but when you factor in the level of hearing improvement, product service to keep you investment working properly, and having the ability to trade up as technology advances - I think its worth the purchase.
