I LOVE this Mall!!! So many great stores like my favorite Bloomingdales, Macys, and Uncle Joes Arcade. Everything is always clean and kept well.
I really like this mall. It is the perfect size not too big not too small. There is plenty of parking that is not far from the mall. A lot of my favorite stores are located in this mall and I prefer coming here over the other bigger mall. There are lots of activities for the kids in this mall. There is also a great carousel that my kids love in this mall.
Willow Grove has a good mall. There are a few good places to eat in the food court and throughout the mall. I wish it were bigger so there were more stores inside this mall. However, the mall has the basics that are good enough to get you prepared for any occasion. Last, the carousel and great lighting make for beautiful sight lines that keep my kids eyes lit up.
I havent been to this mall in an extremely long time. Im soo glad I decided to take my daughter here to try somewhere different for once for our Back to School Shopping Trip. We had a VERY successful day and there are A LOT of GREAT stores throughout the mall. Literally any store you may want to visit is most likely in there & more. Definitely will be returning again soon for another shopping trip and Im very excited to do so!

Slow service, ordered a medium cheeseburger, hot a well done one. I didnt want to wait another 20+ minutes for a remake. At least they comped me the burger.
I go back for nostalgic reasons.When the Amusement Park was there. Its like the comfort of coming home each time. And an enjoyable shopping experience.
Such a great idea to have this place in the mall!You can relax for some time while kids have fun!Or, you can reserve this place to have such a great blasting party for your kids!!!Very clean! The staff washes everything at the end of the day! Everyone is walking with socks on only-no shoes!!!!New equipment and new toys for boys and girls!!!! Soooo much fun!We like this place a lot!

Went to the Home goods. They have a multitude of items to buy from toys for kids to furniture for your home. The prices are very reasonable as well.
Pretty decent place to shop, affordable rates, and variety of locations to shop at. Except the food court is short on options and the Asian wok i ate wasn’t really good. But all ok.

My trip was very peaceful. I visited the stores with ease. Each store was fully and neatly stocked and not over crowded. A contrast to other local malls Ive visited over the past few months.
Three level mall. Its huge, plenty to shop at different pay scales.

Used to be a very nice mall. I visited 15 minutes before opening & couldnt believe how much trash was on the exterior near the Macys door.

This Mall is very nice inside and out. Clean and sanitized. The stores are lovely and the food court ... sweet. Always well kept and please keep it up. Luck brand associates are wonderful here. Excellent customer service along with Pandora. These 2 places I had a great shopping expensive.

A lot of good stores and a nice big food court. I just go during the week when its a lot slower because on the weekend it gets pretty packed. I also try to keep my son away from the sent of weed that you smell all throughout the mall on the weekends.

This place is a must go it you really want to shop. They have sooo many stores and a vast variety to choose from. This place has great customer help. If you get lost in the mall there are electronic maps on each floor so you will never get lost. One of the biggest and greatest malls OF ALL Time. Once you arrive you will never want to leave. This place is humongous.
A great mall with plenty of options for all matter of people with options for almost every kind of shopper. I recommend coming here for a quick meal or an all day shopping venture. Its mostly clean with polite staff and an easy access parking lot.

Your average suburban mall. It still seems to be holding its own compared to some of the other struggling local malls. A lot of big name retailers have closed in the last few years though, and it looks like they gave up on the proposed Studio Movie Grill. There are noticeable vacancies and some of the spaces have been taken over by independent stores selling trashy clothing, and some are comically empty of product! The Food Court seemed to be hoppin on a Friday afternoon. There is also still a tiny Zombie Sears store open for whatever reason, even though there is nothing worth buying in there. A good place for a nice indoor stroll given it has 3 levels. The outside of the property is kind of disgusting though with a lot of trash all over the place.

Place is unfortunately dying by the way it looks. All the good stores are gone. If it wasnt for the food court and the apple store the place would be gone for sure.
Typical mall. Ive gone here for years. Old chains are closing and being replaced by other stores. No real complaints.
Seems its going downhill fast. Witnessed lots of arguments in the short time we were there. Was hoping itd be different since last time. Nope. Customers berating store employees
Slowly coming back. Some vacant store fronts. Food court seems to do a brisk business, especially Chick fillet.

I stumbled across a cool arcade on the 3rd floor across the hall from Forever 21... I LOVE IT !! Its a hidden gem but its a fun place for the whole family. The place is the relatively new however the games hit home and brought back so much nostalgia!!! I recommend!!!
One of the only malls in the area (besides KoP) that seems to be rebounding from COVID.

Its Great Mall having Almost everything you need to buy and a food court one top floor is a plus. A lot of brand shops and also Sears and Macys inside the Mall and great tools in sears which i didn’t see in any other malls in philadelphia area. A loot of free parking and toilets are clean too. Its a must go shopping Mall

Great place to be on a scorching hot day. Three levels of stores, mostly all are open. Uncle Joes Arcade is a must visit for the kids... home run.
1st time I have been there in a year or so. One thing I noticed was how clean the mall was. I also noticed there are a lot of stores that are permanently closed.

Went there for business trip and went to Primark during lunch. What a remarkable store to shop. Great prices and they have the cleanest store in the mall. The options are phenomenal. There is something for everybody when it comes to shoes and clothes. If youre at the Willow Grove Mall you should check Primark out.
Great mall- plenty of stores (unlike other malls unfortunately) and a great selection of restaurants. This is a great area to run your errands

The main reason I go here is for Yard house if theres a wait I walk the mall. Very small alot if up and downs to visit stores. Just ok!

Been coming to the mall since I was young. Always clean and easy to find stores in the mall. They also have a lot of different variety of stores.
Must say I dont do malls at all but my daughter wanted to go to one for her birthday so I took her here. It was the best daughter mommy time ever. We spend about 4 hours just walking and shopping and we grabbed some food. If every mall was like this I might of been to malls before.

This mall is horrible. I went in to get a gift. I walked in Macys and the whole time there was a loud obnoxious noise, I had to leave. It was full of disrespectful kids who were alone with their friends. Going in and out being harassed by kids who wanted money for something.

I love this place. The food court has a chik fil a and any other kinds of food. There are many stores for just what I need, theres even a toy store. There is also also fountain to throw you coins into.. The only thing that not good is that the escalators are always breaking down.
