The dealership is OK, the sales person Kelly was super nice, I wish I could get the price to go down a little.Where things become problematic is their detailing department. My leather seats were dirty (I bought a used car), the dashboard and passenger door trim were not clean, the gas tank door chamber was ridiculously dirty. That alone should have brought the car cost down at least a $100.

I am so happy that GM David Jensen, got involved because had it not been for his lack of professionalism and rudeness, we may have actually purchased a vehicle here-with the bad financing they offered. After taking a deposit from us and telling us we were approved, the sales manager Eric Moore told us at the last minute that we needed a co-signer. We HAVE NEVER NEEDED A COSIGNER. Eric even said that its because we had just purchased a new car from another dealer 2 months prior and according to him the finance companies dont like that because you cant drive 2 cars at once. LOL! David Jensen got involved, talking over me, literally screaming at times (read the other reviews on here) then ultimately offered us a high payment/high interest loan-saying that we could not get a lease. We declined their offer and got our deposit back.The very next day we contacted FAULKNER Mazda, got approved IMMEDIATELY to lease 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition (which we originally wanted and Sussman didnt have.) and drove away with it 2 days later. NO CO-SIGNER, low interest, reasonable pymt, and just the 1st months payment down. Do yourself a favor-dont waste your time like we wasted ours. Find a dealer that has the desire and the ABILITY to get you in the vehicle you want.

I left my sunglasses at the compartment while leaving the vehicle for the service. I knew I forgot them in a car but didn’t want to come back thinking it shouldn’t be an issue. As it turned out it was. They are missing. I told at the front desk that they were expensive and I wanted them back. No return so far. Please be careful leaving stuff in the car at this place. To compare I had never things missing at Lexus dealership. Leaving this for your judgment.

I can not express how grateful I am for going to Sussman Mazda. I just purchased a 2021 CX5 Carbon Edition Turbo. I instantly fell is love with this car. I went in originally to get a certified used car but after doing tons of research and finally test driving I was hooked. John Dimon is an amazing sales person! This was my first purchase and he made me feel relaxed and well informed. He went out of his way to accommodate me and even talked to me on his off time and weekends. First, when I wanted to test drive my dream car and second when I decided to buy it. The service dept manager was very cocky and refused to state whether or not a loaner car would be issued for my car issue. Wants me to come by and let tech check out issue for one hour but says he can’t guarantee a car if they are all out. Not what I was told when purchasing my Mazda. Furthermore won’t accept a video of what the car is doing. I don’t have a day to waste sitting in their shop. Will be contacting corporate-regarding how he handled this . I’m sure if I had male parts this would be occurring

Just a few days after taking delivery of the car a small piece of plastic covering the telephone from our bumper went missing. Horrible! They took my money. I made an appointment to fix my car. I already knew what the car needed. I asked Mazda to order the part they said ok. They never ordered the part! They couldn’t fix NOTHING on my car not even the antenna which was a screw on. They gave me a diagnostic test but still couldn’t answer ALL of my questions on the car. I don’t know why not if they looked at the entire car. They ended up telling me everything I already knew about the car and charged me for it. They never called me back to fix the car and the General manager refused to call me back on this matter. I should not have to pay for nothing being fixed on my car! 😡bad place to go

They are super professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient as I worked my my way through the car buying process. I had my eye on the new Mazda CX30, but didn’t know how I was going to make it work. Dave the manager and Erik the sales associate walked me through every step and helped me to feel very comfortable with the financing plan and specifics of buying a new car. Kelly walked me through the details and features of the CX30 and how to connect the Mazda APP to my iphone to access even more special features. I love my car! I am so happy with my choice and I can’t say enough good things about the Sussman dealership!
My husband and I came in today to replace my Mazda CX-3 that was totaled when someone hit me last month. Both John Dimon the salesman and Jackie the finance manager were very helpful. John was knowledgeable about the car and personable while we waiting for the financing to be processed. (We’re both huge Harry Potter fans) I came in with a prequalified loan but Jackie ended up getting me even a better apr through Police & Fire so I’m paying half of what I was paying with my previous loan.The dealership itself was very clean and following Covid guidelines with masks on all employees, spaced seats in the waiting room, and lots of hand sanitizer. I did a ton of research on the CX-5 I wanted and found the pricing was very fair and priced below what other dealers were offering without the need to haggle. I hope I won’t be shopping for a new car anytime soon but if I do it’d definitely be worth the trip back to Sussman!*edit*So our experience was great except for the fact that they were either ill advised or straight up lying about pulling my credit. I have 5 hard pulls from buying this car alone and it caused my credit score to dip substantially.

Wonderful experience purchasing a car here! I met Anthony when I got there—he was friendly and professional. Other dealerships had undervalued my trade-in vehicle, but Sussman Mazda gave me a fair price for my trade-in. While I waited for the paperwork to be finalized, I was offered beverages, pretzels, and even a slice of pizza. The whole team, from Anthony to the finance and general manager, was courteous and efficient. I left happy with my new vehicle!
