I walked into this FedEx store with a LABELED box. All I needed was just for someone to scan the label and to give me a receipt.There was one customer in the store and three employees.One employee was helping the customer, the other one was boxing some items and the third one was watching the second one.I waited in line (there was no line - I was the only one waiting) for ten minutes.The first employee couldn’t solve the problem with the customer and started to ask questions from the guy with the box.No one acknowledges my presence in the store.No one apologized for the delay.I just turned around and left.Worst service!

I came in to get some pictures blown up and printed on cardstock. Sabrena who helped me was very sweet and helpful, and the manager Stephanie was friendly and very customer service oriented.

Open late which is good, but self copiers don’t work most of the time. Staff is friendly and willing to help out though which is helpful.

I made this location the drop off location for my 100 lb package (e bike) because delivery drivers would have had trouble dropping the box off themselves at my complicated apartment complex with very little room for large packages such as this one. We even brought our own dolly. When we arrived to pick the package up, we were unsure if the package would fit in our car, so we left to get measuring tape to measure the car and the package. I told the woman this and she said well its too late, Im marking the package as received and once thats done the responsibility falls to you. The lady was really inconsiderate about the situation. And it wasnt like she couldnt have just waited to mark it as received to make sure it fit in our car. Luckily it was as if the package was made for our car and it fit perfectly so we didnt have to rent a truck to pick it up. She didnt have any sort of kind attitude toward us from the beginning and throughout the interaction and acted as if we were a huge inconvenience.

They are the BEST!!! Ill be back soon. You all have to do everything for my wedding. I need everyone on the ones and twos. Love you guys😊

Leah is a rock star and is incredibly helpful - she made sure she knew exactly what every customer needed, explained next steps, went above and beyond to provide help and clarity, all while making sure everyone in the store felt attended to and seen. She aingle-handledly went through 7 customers in maybe 10-15 minutes, and everyone felt good as they left. A job very well done - she deserves a raise!!

I consistently have the best experiences at this location! This week I was there and worked with Zeti who was just excellent. She wrapped up all my items in the perfect sized box which immediately saved me money, since I always choose a box too big. My package arrived safely today at my clients location just as they promised.Zeti also explained to me the benefits of having a FedEx account for my business and quickly set that up for me as well.Thank you for your extended hours and great customer service!

Shout out to the BEST customer service team at FedEx Willow Grove! As a regular customer in the packaging and print industry, I use this location quite often. I’ve had a consistently positive customer experience during every single visit. This crew is always willing to put in the extra effort and make each customer feel valued – the friendly / familiar atmosphere feels like my office while I’m on the road!

Terrible experience. Walked in to shop a pre-labeled (billable stamp) medical package.Person at counter initiated shipment. Then made a label where “from” and “to” were reversed. Then unable to cancel it and reverse it.Subsequently assistant manager unable to fix it and tells me they cannot accept this type of shipment anyway and to just put it in the box.Obviously I’m not putting it into a box not knowing for sure it’ll be shipped.I took it home and call fedex and it is listed as IN TRANSIT and that it was already picked up.I’m not sure how FedEx will be able to fix this but this is extremely unprofessional and has significant medical implications for a patient..On the phone with FedEx now.

Laura was AMAZING. She had my banner done by the next day even though I didnt need it right away. And the print quality was OUTSTANDING! if you need printing done. I HIGHLY recommend this team. They are all professional! And will give you great pricing

I was taken back by the quality of customer service I received at this location.My interaction was with the store manager. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and overall a very positive human being. He made a custom box for us and inspected our packing; and then made some fine suggestions.It was truly wonderful customer service and I look forward to utilizing fedex in the future.

Only a 1-star rating...zero stars really should be an option!Absolutely the worst experiences dealing with this location. Just hung up with them, after calling to confirm the location of the main shipping hub for the area, and the gentleman on the phone said well, why dont you just Google it to find it? When I told him I wasnt able to find the information on the FedEx website, he put me on hold, and then came back and said well I cant be positive, but it looks like its somewhere around ...(insert address), but again, I cant be sure, I just put it into Google. When I asked what time they closed, he said he didnt know because they arent affiliated with FedEx at all. Really? The big sign on the door says otherwise. Beyond this call, I have never received good service. Print jobs are hit and miss. The service is consistently bad! Dont waste your time or money!

Customer service was cold and disinterested. We placed an order for printed invitation cards including specific size and amount. The order we received had the wrong amount of cards and the wrong size. Price was also a bit on the high side. We would not recommend this location.However, must give 2 stars as the quality was up to par.

Customer service is great at this fedex location. Their Manager, Brian helped me with the paperwork for an international shipment which was held up at another location due to improper paperwork. It was cleared. Thanks to Brian and his team for their efforts.

I’m in here about twice a week for work, and I wish every FedEx was like this one. You can tell that each employee is trying to do right by you.The only knock on it is that it is sometimes understaffed, but it looks like they have addressed that issue recently.

Ive been there twice to get copies made for a resume. Both times service was friendly and fairly prompt. The copies came out good and it didnt cost much or take forever.

Reading previous reviews makes it seem like they went through a change in management. Never had a problem here in my 10+ visits. One of the more friendly FedEx.

Custom Service Rep (CSR) was very polite and helpful. I had paperwork that needed shredding and when I was next, CSR promptly shredded my paperwork.

I use FedEx Office a lot, in all parts of the country, as I travel with work. This is the BEST FedEx I have ever worked with. I had two emergency orders, back to back. I needed big documents printed, hole punched and put into binders for someone else to pick up and I needed them FAST. I called on a Sunday night at 9:30 and AJ had them done before closing time at 10. My associate was able to pick them up at 7 am the next morning. They were done perfectly and the cost was much less than I was expecting. I received the 2nd part of the training material and was in the same tight spot. I emailed the order over and followed up with a call. They had them ready for me in less than 45 minutes. This time Patti held me and she was every bit as nice as AJ. You do not find service like this anywhere!

Dont waste your time here. Went in this morning to just drop a box off for shipment. Was packed, Taped closed and had FedEx shipping label already affixed. Decided to drop at this location to save the 25 minute round trip drive to Ft. Washington FedEx location.Present package to employee and he says although everything looks ok with label he cant accept package because it wont pass the push test. The push test is him pushing down on the top of the box with both hands. Keep in mind there are clothes in she box and bubble wrap to fill the empty space in the box. So he says he wont accept it without me purchasing new packaging.....lol. I tell him the both he and I know FedEx will take this box if I take it to their center. He insists they will not. So fine, I tell him give me the box I am going to the FedEx center. I take it and start walking out of the store and he is chasing me telling me to stop..he will make an exception....NOPE..sorry you already wasted my time and like the typical smug millennial tried to argue with me about the packaging. FYI went to FED EX hub to drop off. Talked to manager and asked him if the box was ok. He looks at me and says yes why are you asking. I say because the FEDEX store guy told me it didnt meet minimum standards.....he just looked at me in disbelief and laughed....Moral of the story...dont waste your time with this store...

One of the worst experiences that I have had as a working professional in 12 years of running my business. Never ever ever use this company. I called 2 times to verify I could work and both times they said that it could. But when I submitted the order they said that it wouldnt be done until 6 hours after I need it. And the clerk made me sound like an idiot for even asking.I called another Fed Ex and they took the order right away and said they were shocked that Fed Ex Willow Grove, a 24 hour store couldnt do this simple of a job.

Never any problems with shipping or providing assistance with making photo calendars. Helpful no matter what time I walk into the store.

I wanted help on a re-routed delivery, and the guy hung up on me. Do not deal with this place. FedEx should pull the plug on this location and the people in it.

I have always had good experience in the Willow Grove location, with friendly, helpful staff.

One dude working, spend 20 minutes cutting boxes before helping anyone else.
