So, i do not advise you take anything other then a simple oil chqnge to them, i was quoted a price 1 day before i took my car in, they didnt even bother to try to save the part they could have re used, chqrged me an additonal 200 bucjs, my suspension makes a noise, i ask them if it is because the mounts they bought dont have bearimgs and the guys says they have them, i looked up the part from autozone in descriprion it states strut bearing not needed, well for my coilovevers they clang so i do need them, i feel lied to amd used, they even cut a hole in my cover for the top front struts instead of tryimg other things. Now i have to drop of ky car the 2nd time, i am a single dad with no job, i camnnot keep dropping my car off qnd walking.home. the cut the bolts to the original strut mount. I am letting you know the place is shady. Go someplace else. Now my simple direct instal is costing me more to install then the entire suspension. How do these people sleep at night. They will try to charge me again for something THEY caused. My sispension was built specifically for my car, yet they claim no responsebility. I am not taking my car there. I wish i could sue. They told me they could do it and look at the pictures, my car had alignment issues to this day. Ive spent 100s to get it right after paying 800 to get them installed, so called correctly by these idiots.

Ive been here a handful of times and every single time, those guys seem to not want to be bothered, I mean nonchalant, sort of standoffish, and sometimes just rude. I have a pickup, but it appears that the coupons they send out are always for cars only.

One of the best auto repair shops in Cleveland. This place has been around for a long time under the same ownership and the team of mechanics is top notch. All of my family cars have been serviced here over the past 18 years. Anything from tire rotation to full engine rebuild, these guys have done nothing less that a fantastic job.

I went into the shop needing the most economical solution for the dying tire on my 2008 PT Cruiser. I had borrowed some money to get this taken care of, but I didnt have the $40 it would normally cost. I thanked the person helping me politely, explaining my financial situation. I was almost to my car when he came out, checked the tire size I needed and told me they had one -- and theyd work something out. They did and I will never forget his kindness.

These guys always have helped me out over the years with quick service thats reasonably priced. Family-run and professional, I owe them a debt of gratitude for always keeping me on the road. Thank you, guys!

Walked in and immediately was greeted. Asked for an alignment and was on my way home in about an hour. Pricing was very reasonable.

Quick reliable tire service with cheaper models for the budget-conscious

The price was a bit high. We discussed it over the phone and it came to $850 for brakes, rotors, brake sensors, a pipe between the engine and the catalytic converter. I asked about the oil change to which the comment was made Ill take care of it. I took that to mean included in the price, but to my surprise, the bill was $1100+. I read over the charges and the oil change was $100, to which I responded $100 for an oil change huh? So he knocked $36 off. I got in my car and there was the key to unlock my wheels sitting in the cup holder of my $50,000 car... I went back in and asked what it was, he proceeded to tell me and I asked where it went. He said just through it in the glovebox of my Audi A6. A thousand dollar bill and I have to put the parts back where they dont even go? Then I got back in and noticed that the lights hadnt been cleared, so I went back in and asked him to clear them to which I was made to feel like an inconvenience. It was at the end of the day and I was there after hours, but I didnt receive the call that my car was done until 4:30pm... they close at 5pm and I had to Uber there during rush hour.I still cant believe that he told me to put that part in my glovebox of my car. He was nice, but it didnt feel very genuine. Premium pricing and average service... I think Ill try elsewhere next time.

They have taken care of us for years and they do great work at a fair price. The thing that impressed me the most was when they charged a flat rate to change my o2 sensor. It was very hard to get out. The thing must have been welded in and it took the guy 4 hours to get it out, ret thread it, and install the new sensor. When it was done, I expected they may charge me for 4hrs. They stood by the flat rate and said most only take 10 minutes and mine was the exception and that it all averages out. They offered a price that was 1/4 the dealer price and stood by it despite my car being a challenge.All other services go quickly and are always very fair.Last time I was there a customer said he was from the west side and drives here because these guys are the only ones he trust too.

Came in on a busy Sat morning with no appointment. Were from out of town and really needed our car fixed asap in order to visit my Dad in the hospital. But, Im sure everyone there had urgent reasons for their car repair. In spite of this, the manager John Cendrowski took pity on us and got us on the road in an amazingly short time. He did it with little fuss, not like he was going out of his way for us, (which he certainly was!) a real gentleman! Great service, fair price, quality work. Visit this shop with confidence!

Very poor service. Had car towed to their shop on 5/21. Called on 5/22 to inquire on what was wrong. They had not looked at it yet. Spoke with them on 5/23 and engine is frozen and that it required the engine being torn apart to verify the cause. I asked numerous times if they have time for this work and was told they do. Confirmed that I should have an answer by late Friday (25th) or Tuesday at the latest. Called today (Tuesday 5/29) and was told that they still had not started on it and they would try to get to it later this week. Totally dissatisfied with this company.

Bad service asked to change battery for the key he had one battery but said that’s not the one he make a fake phone call that he order a key battery I was still standing all of sudden he replace it with the same battery and charge me 21$ unreal

Had my tires, which I purchased from them, rotated and mechanic broke Plastic Wheel Cover. Owner told me he would not replace the Wheel Cover. He told me That was my problem! I will never shop there again!It is now 4 years later and I am looking for new tires, but I will NOT shop here.

TRUST ME, DONT GO HERE! This place charged me $26.70 to look at my car and not do any work. They didnt even have the decency to warn me that there will be a charge just to look at it. They claimed I needed 2,000 dollars worth of work, which I could sadly not afford and then went along and charged me $26.70 anyways. Screw this place! Ive gone to places that will look at your car without any charge. I really wish I did not go here. My mistake and I will never go again
