These guys are great. I drive past several trailer places to do business with John. Hes your guy. They recently installed all new stainless brakes and hubs on my boat trailer.

They have big mark up on parts and massive labor charges, $100/hr. They will take a $300-400 repair and turn it into $1,200 at pick up. “Your trailer is ready” and SURPRISE “here is your bill, it was more than we told you at first because it took longer than we thought”. You got me real good guys.

By far the best shop that I have been to in the last 10 years. Never have I had anyone tell me the things I wanted didn’t need to be sold because I really did not need them. They were the most honest sales people and shop owners I have ever come across and from now on and even my children will be coming to the shop. If anyone doubt anything I am saying feel free to come here and experience at yourself.

This place is GREAT! I was about to tow a small trailer behind my SUV across the country and could not find anyone to Sell & Attach a hitch to my vehicle in time. I happened to pass by this place after grocery shopping and just stopped in. John, behind the counter, was so helpful and incredibly nice. He gave me a quick quote, ordered the part and had the install scheduled. Within three days after stopping by they had a custom job done in a couple of hours. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had a couple of trailer lights go out after my last outing on the water. Thought about ordering online as I hated my last experience a couple years ago at DIxie trailer. Then I remembered that one of my friends had told me a year or so ago the ownership changed. So I thought to myself things could only get much better from my last experience there. When I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman whom I found out was the owners father. This gentleman was so accommodating and very knowledgeable. He showed me Several options for what I was looking for and didnt pressure me into buying any specific one. I got home change one part in realized I needed another 1 as well. By this time it was 10 minutes after the store was scheduled to close however the same gentleman answered the phone and said he would stay open for me so I could return to the store. Came back to the store was pleasantly greeted again purchased what I needed. Thank you for being such a great local establishment! Hard to find this level of customer service!

They did a fantastic job. Their price was fair and competitive and they gave me a price over the phone, but I forgot to tell them that I had built out the inside of the van which gave them much more work to complete the wiring. They showed me the problem and they worked it out and only charged me for an additional half hour for one man, but they had 3 guys tied up to get it done. I would happily recommend the to anyone needing a hitch and wiring.

Needed a new tongue for my utility trailer, saw the reviews of dixie trailer supply and gave them a call. They had exactly what I was looking for. They let me measure it up to my trailer, and cut it to the exact length I needed! Good price too! Will be back.

I get to know this place because I visit the auto repair for my car with the same guys.I have an old trailer which I wasnt using for a while. All rusted and creaky.After I saw their service at the auto repair I brought my trailer for them to refurbish. At the end they make a great job. Thanks for the service guys.I will see you again.

The serice here is hands down the best. The staff is so very helpful, super feiendly and they actually know what what they are doing. John the owner is such an all around amazing person. Not only that they are super knowledgable about everything they have there and everything that they dont carry they will go out of their way to order it specially for you. Jerry is also a very down to earth, the biggest sweetheart and knows everything about everything and also goes out of his way to make sure everything is 100%. All in all whether you have a truck, a car or a trailer, this place is where u need to go. As well as being the best in the buisness, this shop is the most emaculate and clean tacility i have ever been to. Everything gets cleaned multiple times a day. Not to mention, its the cleanest restroom that i have ever stepped into in my whole entire life. I have been a waitress in 5 star restaurants and no bathroom even comes close!. This place is the best. It was sold to new owners a father and son team as of September of 2017. They really care and are a breath of fresh air to deal with. We are tourists and we were looking for an analog thermostat for the RV we are living in. NEW OWNERSHIP!!! In 2017 new owners took over this business... so if you had a bad experience before (as many...MANY people did), you should give the place another try. I had a major failure on the road and had little choice but to stop in as the choices for parts in this area suck! I was pleasantly surprised by the new owners and while they did not have the rim I needed in stock, they had everything else I needed and the rim was ordered for the next day... I cannot complain with service like that! The price I paid for my parts was reasonable (RV dealers typically rape you!) and the parts & repair pieces they have in stock in this little store are incredible, you can find other things you didnt even know you needed or gave up trying to replace! Its worth checking out...but dont take my word for it, go see for yourself!
