Rami was very helpful and patient in sim card replacement...available to help wherever needed

This store has very low end phones. Their inventory and customer service is nonexistent. I expected better from Boost Mobile.

Not a good place. They are not helpful at all. Everybody complains everytime I am there. They want to return phones The most awful phone company ever. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM. AWFUL AWFUL

Have been coming here for years and the customer service is always polite and friendly. Boost always offers a great price on their services. The only thing that keeps me from giving this location five stars is that the accessories are really, really overpriced. You can get the same exact items at the flea market for 1/3 of the price. I always get my accessories elsewhere.

Pretty good customer service the few times I have been in there. However, it would be nice if you guys picked up the phone more often. :)

This store is a scam. Lady lied to myFace and made it look like the case she sold me fit myiPhone 5. It does not. Sold me a case that doesnt even go to my phone. Ill never shop at Boost Mobile ever again, Metro has my business!! Absolutely ridiculous but Id expect nothing less from Boost
