Food and coffee are good but nothing special, I think this place is mostly great for Instagram but there are so many other good places in Miami I don’t really understand the hype. We had the cappuccinos (kind of watery), Brie toast, croissant, chicken and waffles, hash brown waffle. It does have a nice ambiance. Some of the little things could be improved too; Cutlery was plastic instead of metal, and the syrup is fake corn syrup.

This place is very cool and unique. Super eclectic outdoor eating space that almost makes you feel like you’re in Turkey. The iced coffee is probably the best I’ve ever had! The chef’s breakfast with its hash brown waffle is awesome! Very unique and hearty meal that goes great for breakfast and brunch. Awesome place for pets to come as well! A highly recommended spot to check out in Fort Lauderdale. Seating is first come first serve and your order before seating so have your crew ready and beware parking is sparse but it is all worth the dining experience.

Long line to get in. Parking is challenging. Food is not average. Not very impressed with chicken and waffles. Atmosphere is cool but not my favorite breakfast spot. Tried what everyone ordered and no one was very pleased with their meals. Took so long to get food almost said forget it and left even though we already paid. Not giving one star because the cashier was nice.

This place was good, I think its over hyped just a bit... The food was good, simple, nothing too crazy. I did like everything I tried. The chef special is good, I think it can be better, its more on the dry side. Wish they had sunny side up eggs as a choice. Everyone love the ice coffee, but I did not try it. Instead I had the Nutella hot chocolate, and the mint lemonade, which was delicious.

Love this place! Indoor and outdoor seating. Amazing vibes/eclectic/vintage vibes. I got the croissant from the brunch menu and my bf got the English muffin. Great value for what you get. Just the right amount of food for brunch. I also got an iced chai tea which was refreshing and tasty. Their service is super efficient as well for how busy they seemed on a Saturday morning around 10:30 am. Give this place a try if youre in the area!

Nice place for a scenic view but wouldnt dare to eat the food.Charming atmosphere but unfortunately the food is not as charming as the surroundings. I first ate here over a year ago and was disappointed by the pizza as it was very salty and tasted like it came fresh out of a frozen foods aisle. Decided to give them a second try today and ordered Waffles. They hadnt changed as the waffles were very mediocre and dry. The 3 stars is solely for the beautiful atmosphere.

What a delight to discover this gem of a place to eat in Wilton Manors on the day before I departed Florida! Apart from the decor which appears to be a labor of love, the food is great. Ample parking out front or to the side/ behind building. Friendly service, distanced tables. Outside area is nice, shaded, some covered. Lots of plants all over and funky touches throughout to look at while studying, reading, etc. It’s sort of connected to other outside shops where you can walk through and see lots of plants and art.

Head to The Alchemist for brunch. I assure you wont regret it! I went Sunday morning and ordered The Chefs Breakfast (recommended by the staff). The dishs description sounded good, but it was more delicious than I was expecting. All the staff members I interacted with were friendly and social, the restaurant was clean and food was reasonably priced.I visited in January 2021. I saw a staff member arrive and immediately another grabbed a thermometer and took her temperature. Many of us are burnt out from coronavirus, but I was glad to witness this.I look forward to returning and trying more menu items.

There is something unique about this spot. Nestled in an artsy eclectic area with wall murals, and other creative art is the Alchemist. Parking can be a big challenge so plan ahead. It is mostly an outside venue with tables and the set up is to order and they bring the food to you.Alchemist is best know for its slicers, which translates into an open face sandwich. I had the tuna which included a huge chunk of tuna nicely seasoned with celery salt and some olives. It was delicious. They also have personal pizzas which look tasty. If you just want coffee you will find that there as well as originally it was focused on coffee. The entire experience is quirky but very tasty. It is worth a visit. Five stars for being something different and succeeding.

What’s more disappointing than checking out a place for the first time and not liking it?? Checking out an awesome place for the 100th time and seeing that it’s no longer what it once was. When this place first opened and for years after it had great coffee, great energy, a lovely staff, onsite roasting, a beautiful garden and an amazing concept etc and now it’s over priced and watered down in all aspects. Seems like it’s success will be the key to it’s downfall. It seems like the owner has forgotten it and left it to simply be a money machine. Time to go back to basics and bring the love and attention back to the details.

Great food and AMAZING coffee. Customer service is extremely poor when the owner is manning the register as he hit on me and tried to make me feel poorly for having a partner since he was more interested in hitting on me instead of getting my order correct. He forgot my additional eggs with my potato waffle and the male food runner’s response was “you didn’t get charged for it so it’s not like you are missing anything.”I went again today because the coffee is really really great and the employees this morning were super kind and professional.I ordered an Açaí jar and the Iced Alchemist. There’s another giant ice alchemist called the Alchemando but I didn’t see it on the chalk board menu and it’s a large Iced Alchemist.Hopefully this review is a reminder to the owner to be a professional and not harass his guests.

Its a cool place, and the coffee is good, but frequently Ive had to send it back. The food is just okay. Ive had a few different food options here and the only good one has been the salmon slicer. Breakfast croissant was dry and not flavorful, no sauce on it or anything. The acai bowl was just way too mushy, the ingredients said there are oats but there were only a sprinkle on top. Service was friendly and informative, letting us sample one of their specially prepared coffees. Having to wait for our coffee to be brought to us was odd considering we hasnt ordered food, but seemed to fit in with the ambiance. The espresso coffee, seemingly roasted on site, has a slightly burned taste to it, beyond merely a dark roast, with bitter over tones to it. If I could give half stars it would be 4.5. Ok so when you get here first thing you need to know is there is a line. You dont get your table and sit and a waiter comes to you. You get in line order and then get a table and then when the food is ready it will be brought to you. Not the best set up but the food and coffee is definitely worth it. I had the tatortot waffles and their cold coffee was great. The food and coffee really was a highlight but if youre not the most patient person this may not be the place for you. Staff was super friendly but a little unorganized and sometimes would forget and item or two or youd have to wait a little longer to get your order. Again the place is packed and when you get your order youll see why. Its so good. Everything on the menu so good! But patience is key. How unique is this place? I never knew it existed until I was invited to brunch. This restaurant shares a space of just a few blocks where shops and other restaurants are clustered together. Its a mix of free and off-the-wall dining with an enclave of artists. Its almost secluded, a small world that only offers warmth and fun.I arrived to a crowded area in my car and was promptly flagged down by a representative of the restaurant asking if I was there to dine. When I told him I was, he directed me to a parking spot off the road. I waited nearly a half hour in line but it was worth it for the experience. I placed my order at the entrance and was given a number. After that, I located a table and got my own beverage to drink. Its mostly hands on for customers as opposed to full service which was in keeping with the atmosphere of Help yourself and be comfortable. Its all very rustic and basic and lends itself to a very different dining experience. The menu for brunch had some hearty and more healthy fare that would please most customers. Some of what was listed I would consider comfort food. I ordered a waffle with fresh bananas which was good.Even after we all finished our brunch, we just walked around and explored the area which offers fun entertainment and quaint little shops. The esperience makes the visit worth the effort and the wait and not just a place to eat.

The bagel was badly burned (it was black) and I didn’t want to remake the sandwich for the third time, because we were in a hurry. However, the worst part was the next day I had all the symptoms of gluten ingestion. Not eating gluten for over a year, this misstep really hit me, and it takes a while to get gluten out of your system. Won’t be coming back here
