The most TRANSPHOBIC pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Some of the employees are god awful. If you’re so miserable with your life go find a new job. There’s no respect. Talked to the pharmacy manager once. Wasn’t any better after. CVS where your inclusiveness?! I guess you just want people’s money without actually caring.

I handed in my prescriptions to a young man. He said it’ll be 30 minutes. I said I’d wait because I was in a lot of pain. I was seated right in front of the counter where he could clearly see and walked past me several times. I finally ask a young lady and she looked and said yes it’s been ready. I said to the woman why did I have to wait so long, the guy happened to be walking by and in chimed in a very snarky voice and said well why did you tell me thirty minutes. I told you I needed it as soon as possible that’s why I waited! I was furious on top of making me wait he was so rude to me when I wasn’t even speaking to him. This is just typical of the pharmacy staff here. They really don’t care about their customers and there management is not much better. I wish I could give negative stars this store is Awful!!!! I will never return there and I’d advise others to do the same.

Worst customer service ever! They have absolutely no care in the world. My son has gone 3 days without his seizure medication in which his Neurologist since over 3 days ago. When trying to explain the girl Patty states “ I don’t care what they say it ain’t here”. Spoke with the Pharmacist and he’s just as bad” what you want me to just hand it over without a script?” I had my son Neurologist on the phone the whole time trying to reach out to them. This definitely must be CVS thing cause they are all rude.

I have given this pharmacy more than one chance. Its always unorganized, not properly staffed and 80% of the staff, especially the new female pharmacy manager are rude and not customer friendly. My px reminders are never correct. Tonight I went for the 3rd time to pick up a px because I get tired of waiting in line. They ring me up and then tell me my px has expired, YESTERDAY! I ordered it last week. Unacceptable. Im done with this mess! Ill change to Publix or Walgreens.

Hot mess. Phone doesn’t work. Even my CVS in Miami Beach can’t get them on the phone. How do prescribers contact them?Alba (pharmacy tech) was oddly hostile.Adam (pharmacist) was catty and oblivious.I’m sure it’s tough slinging pills and dealing with sick people all day, but… you don’t take out your frustrations on customers/patients.

Horrible. The pharmacy is understaffed, overworked and they are always in a rush. They’re cranky and stressed. Lady on the phone today told me that phone calls are not a priority, they are prioritizing Covid vaccines and Covid testing. Apparently their decades old business model of a pharmacy and filling prescriptions has taken a back seat to Covid testing and vaccines.

This is one of the worst CVSs out there. The store is always messy, with debris all over the floor, the carpets look they havent been cleaned in years and the front dest/checkout staff is rude. The pharmacy is better, but the rest of the story is abysmal. How CVS corporate allows this is perplexing.

Just had the worst customer service experience, at the pharmacy. I can not believe the counter person told me my dr office was lied to me. Dr called pharmacy, an confirmed scripts ready, 2 of them. get to counter, oh no we have one, and it just was called in... ummm. so second trip today to that location. Is now my last tryptophan that location. lost scripts, and noticed to my face.

Pharmacy had me on hold all day long. Called the front desk for help and the manager on duty said “with how busy the store is I’m not able to go back and talk to them” the front desk usually is ran by a miserable rude young man who I have heard on multiple occasions berate customers. I wish I could give zero stars. I’ll be going to Walgreens for all of my needs starting next month.

I Called the pharmacy, and I was told that my doctor would be faxed for my refill. And I would be contacted by phone. A few days later i was told that the pharmacy could not fax my prescription, and I needed to call my doctor. It would have been nice if I was contacted right away, so I would not run out of medication.

I just had all of my bottom teeth out and bone grinded. I went to pick up prescriptions and some soup. I cant find my card nor do I remember the number. TAVIA refused to give me the CVS price because I couldnt find my card! Im in pain and do not have extra money. I will never come back to this cvs and TAVIA is as rude and unprofessional as they come. I am in pain!! No one cares about the card! TAVIA be a decent human being from now on!! We all know you can give me the discount with out the card but you decided to be a bitter person today.

Several bad experiences in one trip, the prescription instructions being the most horrifying! I could seriously rant about my visit, which took two within 15 minutes, but I won’t. In a nutshell, there is no customer service in the store, and when I got home to see the instructions on my prescription it really blew my mind. Luckily, common sense tells me I shouldn’t take all six tablets in one day. This could have been detrimental for someone else, considering that medications are dispensed constantly at this pharmacy. Perhaps CVS corporate would be wise to do some further training at the store. Not going back again.

On 10-27-20 at 735pm I arrived at the pharmacy counter at the CVS 5 Points. While waiting for assistance, I could see only the very top of the pharmacists head as her work station/ counter is slightly taller than she. While still looking at the top of her head, she stepped out from behind the work station/ counter into plain view. It was at that time and much to my surprise, disappointment and anger I could clearly see she was wearing her face mask around her neck. It should be noted that she was counting and dispensing medications while wearing her face mask around her neck. Basically, she was breathing all over the medications of pharmacy customers. This was happening even though the store front and in various places inside of the store signs are conspicuously posted advising that masks are required. Why was the pharmacist not complying with the rules and regulations put in place by the CVS Corporation? How long has she been knowingly and willingly violating the mask policy?Unprofessional and unacceptable.On 11-02-20 the store manager did call me in reference to the above described incident. The store manager verified my version of events by reviewing the store video. The store manager advised the violation of company policy and common sense will be addressed with the pharmacist.

This store is terrible, terrible customer service, always messy .I purchased a few item that should have been discounted since it says on the shelf, 2 for $5. They charged full price, i did not notice as i walk to the door to leave the store, i realize . I returned to the register after not even 3 minutes. They demand id in other to fix their mistake. I understand if you return an item a day later but 3 minutes later . That’s ridiculous. Manager comes in to do nothing . When i ask the manager what would she do if i had no id ? She answers you have to go make an id in order to get the money back . Really ?...... they never ask for id to get my money why they need to return...... never ever i would go to cvs again.

As many people, getting much needed prescription is a matter of life or death. I was told I could not be helped setting up delivery of the prescriptions by Alba who was clearly irritated and took it out on me. I called customer service and they told me the pharmacy was indeed able to set me up. In addition, I asked for diabetic test strips and Alba have me the wrong ones. Thankfully there was one competent employee who rectified the error. When I advised Alba that she could indeed set up prescription delivery she dismissed me and was then rude to the young lady who was actually helping me. I don’t understand why Alba’s frustrations were taken out on me but it’s unacceptable. I hope she gets better training for everyone’s sake who has to deal with Alba.

On Sunday, June 28, 2020 at about 8:15pm I went to this store looking to shop. While I was shopping I could not find the merchandise I was looking for. So, I approached the Manager for assistance. The Manager was very rude and refused to serve me. So, I then went looking to the merchandise myself. I noticed that the Manager was following me around the store assuming I was trying to steal something. When I STOOD MY GROUND. The Manager responded VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. As a Black-American shopper, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BLACK-AMERICANS TO SHOP AT CVS-WILTON LOCATION. This Manager discriminate customer service and will follow you around the store. BLACK CUSTOMERS MATTER! ✊

Great Pharmacy Dept! Two different Pharmacist have gone beyond the call of duty to assist. I have been going to the same Walgreens for 35 years. I can not give the same glowing things about that Pharmacy and the attendants at that store. So I am slowly using CVS for my meds and a few other items I buy regularly at Walgreens.

I just left the pharmacy, it is 8:37pm March 14, 2020. Very disappointed of the service. The lady if you can call her that was very rude, she came to the drive thru window and just looked at us like what face. Since Im a very polite person I said hi, how are you? Which she just answered with good and looked at us with same what face. Any way I gave my information so I can get my prescription. She told us the copay and when she came back throw the prescription on the slide just left the window without asking us if we needed any info or any question about it or a thank you for coming. Is not about just the costumer service but just have a basic good manors her name is Sadia. Hope someone from cvs can see this and train their employees because is not the first time that I go there and have someone looked or talk with an attitude.

This place is a joke! Call the pharmacy and expect to wait on hold at least 30 minutes. Several pharmacy staff members are rude. Several of my RXs have gone missing. Scary that anyone would trust them to give you the correct medication.

Disappointing. Curious how restrooms close at 11:00PM.I find this lack of community awareness, if not merely customer care, an embarrassing failure. I ask, is there a policy directed at keeping certain unwanted individuals-- perhaps a certain class of individual--away from the sensitive customer base; or is it merely a way to have your employees not work quite as hard in fulfilling part of their duties, namely maintaining a clean and sanitary restroom?

This a shout out to Latoya at this CVS. Excellent customer service. I called 3 CVSs in the area asking about sheet protectors. The first one answered by the manager actually told me to go to the store to check for myself. The 2nd one said they dont have it. In this CVS Latoya took the time to check. She came back and said they have it. 10 for $2.50. ok I said Ill stop by. Later I swing by. Went to the counter and ask where in the store they were. Latoya had it ready for me. I was blown away. I had a definite need for the item and really appreciated the service. I was anxious to get back to my car bc parking is hard to find at this CVS location so her making it available really helped. Thank you Latoya!!

Doctor called prescription in on a Wednesday. I stopped in about 9 PM Thursday to be told 3 hour wait. Said I would return the next day. Arrived Friday, about 8 pm. Waited 45 min as I was 4th in line. Going to go somewhere else next time.

Could it be because the staff is exceptionally RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL especially the pharmacist MIKE and the Tech Barack Obama lmfao or at least thats what his name sounds like they are the worst 2 to have an encounter with .. They never have my medication in stock or they do but they delegate it out to the people they wanna give it to .. Its horrible customer service their very judgemental very sarcastic and very very lazy!! I used to refill my Rxs here via the app until they began not ever being ready by the scheduled time. I asked why that was happening and was told that customers were less likely to pick up online orders, so they just stopped filling them.Because online is no good at this location, I recently went to request a refill in person. I was told the wait time was two hours. There was no ambiguity about my intent to wait versus come back. I double-checked to make sure we were on the same page.Everyone is friendly at this location. Despite the frustration, I have no complaints about the customer service; however, I just can’t figure out any way to get Rxs filled in a timely, frustration-free manner. This location is too disorganized and undependable. It seems that their management makes it difficult and chaotic for both the staff and customers.

Last time I called at this location at 10pm to have my prescription refilled (alubetrol sulfate rescue Inhaler) told them I was having an asthma attack, my Inhaler ran out and needed a new Inhaler ASAP. Told me it would be an hour to refill and that they would call me when it was ready. 3 hours later I had to physically show up there and demand my Inhaler. Told the lady at the counter that it doesnt take that long to throw a damn Inhaler in a bag. She apologized and I left. Tonight I called (12AM) asking to refill prescription on the same Inhaler. Same scenario, Inhaler ran out having a hard time breathing. They told me my doctor hadnt renewed my prescription. I have dealt with this before and most of the time if you call my insurance company (which is on file) they will immediately circumvent and make them fill the expired prescription due to my medical history. Pharmacist refused to call and said sorry I cant due anything for you. If it is an emergency I suggest calling 911 or go to a local hospital called another 24hr CVS did exactly as I said in the above and I now have my new inhaler. This CVS is lazy, their incompetence and I dont give a s*** attitude is going to end up killing somebody. If somebody calls and says they are having a severe asthma attack and need their medication ASAP, you dont tell the customer itll be an hour to throw something that doesnt need anything but to be put into a bag and given to them thatll take an hour to be ready and then dont even bother to call for another 3 hours and after I show up there barely breathing pleading for my inhaler they give it to me in less than 5 minutes. Then on another occasion to go through the same situation as before and then to not even do the above and beyond that every other CVS in the area is willing to do even at 12 a.m. in the morning is absolute b*******. I will never be visiting the CVS and I suggest everybody in the area does the same. If they continue this, somebody is going to end up dying due to their laziness. I am just flabbergasted and will be taking what ever measures needed to address this to the corporate supervisors of this branch.

Worst CVS ever. They NEVER have my medication. I have gone over two weeks waiting for my medication to arrive to this CVS so I go multiple times a week praying it’ll be there - what if I needed this medication to live, such as a heart medication? The pharmacists would shrug and say “sorry, try again later this week”. They refuse to call me to let me know they received a shipment and many of the pharmacists at the drive-thru are rude and condescending. I’ll be going to Walgreens from now on.

Ive had several occurances where they didnt have the medication and seemed in no hurry to get it for me. The last occasion my doctor ordered an over-the-counter drug that he thought was still one that I would have to sign for, like for decongestants. After dealing with CVS for two days, they finally informed me that they didnt have it AND wouldnt order it for me. They said to go to Wal-Mart which is way out of the way and distant from me. So much for customer service. Walgreens is just a few steps farther for me.

I was in there July 20th and the customer service was horrible. Had 5 people in line and the cashier did not call for back up- When I got there I had a 5 dollar off re3qards to use. It would not go through and he called Richard the manager and it took him over 5 minutes to arrive. H tried and it did not work and he told me that I had to spend 20 dollars on groceries to use it. I let and got to thinking about that. I looked and it said I recieved the bucks because I had spent 20 dollars on groceries. I went back in stood in line again and told him. He looked and said I am sorry- he re-rug the transaction and said I must spend 5 dollars before taxes. He was just awful and after all the as a manager he told me I needed to buy additional merchandise. The worst experience and total waste of time

I cant tell you how many times I have received a recorded message from this pharmacy telling me my prescriptions are ready only to go there and find out that they have not been filled. I NEVER go anymore without calling them and having them physically check for the filled prescriptions. The poeple there are nice but grossly imcompetent. There seems to be quite a bit of turnover also so maybe thats why nobody ever gets really good at their job.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Not only do they treat everyone like a number, but for some reason this specific location is the only one that refuses to let me know if they have my adhd medication in stock over the phone for security purposes. This medicine is extremely hard to locate so I guess they expect their customers to spend all day driving? Ugh. Not to mention when you go in and they dont have it all they will do is offer to order it, but then they cant even tell you if or when it will come in! So am I supposed to physically go to this store everyday and ask what came in on the truck? I am never shopping at this location again.

Terrible customer service by elderly pharmacist. Pharmacist and many doctors in Florida lack genuine care. The pharmacist tonight looked at my prescription and said Ill have to call the doctor to verify that prescription tomorrow. I asked that that medical professional as he calls himself a pharmacist, pay some attention to detail, recognize my prescription is from MD Now, and they are open at 7pm (actually open until 8pm). Never met so many people in the medical injustry that could care less about people. Fl seems to genuinely be the least caring state ever. Or just more and more people are only doing the bare minimum to get by in their complacent positions. I was told Id have to wait 30 minutes for my medicine. Thankfully I only had to watch the pharmacy techs eat their Doritos for ten minutes before I was cashed out (and no, not one of the 3 techs washed their hands).

Filled a script that required 1 drop into left eye hour every hour. They dispensed a 3ml bottle that lasted 2 days but filed it as a 30 day bottle with the insurance company. Research indicates 3 ml of this eye solution yields 45-60 drops. The amount dispensed ran out after 2 1/2 days. The Insurance company refused a refill because of how they filed the claim as a 30 day amount. I wasted 2 hours trying to straighten this out and get a refill as I need to keep taking the drops for 5 more days. Looks like they need some Math classes at that location.

A pharmacist named Robert was very disrespectful to me about 10 minutes ago and demanded I come inside to get my medications as I was in the midst of having full blown panic attack. He also said I needed to drive back around and wait behind 4 cars, after waiting behind 3 to begin with to pick up my meds again due to him not allowing me to receive them any other way aside from going inside when I wasnt appropriately dressed and sweating/shaking due to my anxiety. His tone and voice and lack of professional curiousity was cruel and I am a recovering addict who was turned away by YOUR STAFF. When I asked for his name a young lady wrote down a fake name by the name of Jonathan Made being that I wanted to complain directly to management but after being lied to and disrespected, I decided to hope make this public and receive the proper apology. I will continue to go there and find out who that disrespectful man was until I am personally addressed and professionally apologized to. You do not treat clients poorly. Do the right thing in life and treat people with kindness, epecially when youre in the position of controlling someones LIFE with medication you have stored away but refuse to give without an argument. Totally inappropriate and Im big on customer service and social media. I hope whoever does the marketing for this CVS makes an effort to correct this mistake.

Terrible, buy a gallon of water in cash at a cost of $ 2.50, in Publix just crossing the street is worth $ 1. They asked for my ID so that they could return the money. As this company requires Identification to return what you bought in cash, totally arbitrary and against privacy.
